Die Zimmer sind bei der Ankunft unverschmutzlich. Räumliche Zimmer, vollen Kühlschrank und zwei Verbrennungsöfen. Das Personal, insbesondere Lee und Karen gehen oben und darüber, um Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel zu machen. Wanderweite zu thailändischen, italienischen und japanischen Lebensmitteln. Viele Parkplätze. Wasch auf der Website. 🥰

All the staff was welcoming. They were personable and engaging. The room and bathroom were clean and in good order. The breakfast area was clean. The food choices were okay, I've seen better. But, I was satisfied with what was available. Check-in and checkout were easy and efficient.

They added a $100 charge at check -in in case of damages, smoking in room, whatever. This charge was supposed to be refunded after my 4-day stay. Still waiting.......I called to remind them.....they claim to have submitted but the credit card company is late. Funny, every charge on my AMEX card appears super quick. Thanks Quality Inn of Merrimack, now I have to waste my time arguing with the credit card company.

So I booked through Priceline, for the 25-27 of June 2024. The maintenance and care of this place is non existent. I have stayed here many times. But every time the place gets worse. The manager does not get anything fixed or cleaned up. The curtains are rags. I nothing gets deep cleaned. This time the toilet was falling out of the floor. I brought to their attention within an hour of check-in. The maintenance, non English speaking, shows ups with a plunger, the next day. I told him it falling out of the floor...he leaves, says he will be right back, 2 hrs later, he finally shows up. with a crescent wrench. says its fixed....nope. still falling away from the floor. I asked the desk, they say they have no control over them...I'm am not able to go forward with my plans for the day. he comes back 2 hrs later again, removes the toilet, floods the room. I am in a room with sewer water. it's now 1:00pm, they move me to a room, took me an hour to transfer, my day is ruined. I ask about compensation, tell me I have to talk to priceline first. that took hours, they are a mess in itself. This hotel finally come back with a compensation of $20. for my inconvenience. They can't understand why I'm pissed. They acted like it's my fault the toilet is falling out of the floor. Like I should be grateful for the experience. Then tell me, they will refund me my fee, if i were to leave, because I am irate by now. But I won't be getting it until I check out, in a few days from now. Yeah, no dice......I will never see my money..The Hotel is under new ownership, who clearly do not intend to invest in any upgrades or repairs. Steer clear of this place, never got to take a shower, until 8:00, due to having to deal with priceline, and the hotel. Maintenance has gotten complacent, with doing the least amount. I don't think they have ever sanitized the Ice machine, or the washers and dryers. I had to scrub them down every time I have had to use use them. People, customer service, employees have gotten lazy. I will never stay here again, and because I got mad, they will not let me back anyway. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR FAILURES AS A BUSINESS. Last time I was here there was garbage strewn all over by the by the side door, for a week.....food, cig butts, nasty stinky trash. the manager walked past it everyday, and did nothing, or directed anyone to do anything.....LAZY!

Go elsewhere. Checked in for 3 nights, and right away saw the piece of paper saying the pool would not be available until the 26th of July. If you wanted to use the pool at the hotel across the street, you needed to contact front desk to make a reservation!!!! It's the middle of July and your pool is not available. I don't book a hotel with a pool to use another hotels pool. Breakfast ok, but nothing great. On the mirror in bathroom is said Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. To request a stay over cleaning or just a few extra towels, simply call or stop by the from desk. The second day I went to front desk and asked for housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was done only after 3 days. Then take that sign down. Woman at desk asked if I wanted some towels, and I said yes, but said I was on my way out. The response I got was well just stop by on your way back. Couldn't even sent them up. When checking out, obviously a manager was talking to front desk rep. Both said are you checking out and I said yes. Neither one of them asked how my stay was. Construction all over this hotel as well. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from instead of this one. I am Hilton Honors member and this is why I chose this, big mistake!!!

Die Erfahrung war wunderbar. Ich dachte, dass es wegen der Flugzeuge irritieren würde, aber überhaupt nicht. Der Service war großartig. Ich habe meinen Kaffee im Aufzug gefallen. Ich fragte die Dame, die das Zimmer reinigt, wenn sie etwas hatte, das ich es aufnehmen könnte, und sie sagte, wenn Sie bitte die Tür einfach offen halten könnte ich kümmern und es mit einem Lächeln und Gespräch getan. Jetzt ist der Service. Die Anlage war sehr aktualisiert und die Dekoration war schön, sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war gut, heiß, und sehr reichlich. Zusammenfassend hatte ich einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und werde wieder bleiben, wenn ich Manchester New Hampshire besuche

Ich bin so froh, dass ich ein paar Aufenthalte hier reserviert und jemanden vorschlagen, der um das Nashua-Gebiet herum sieht. Bei der Ankunft des Personals am Frontbüro machte die Kontrolle schnell und einfach. Alles, was Sie brauchen, finden sie glücklich für Sie und lassen Sie nie fühlen, als ob Sie sie stören. Wenn Sie die Tür zu Ihrem Zimmer öffnen, ist es unspottbar. Ich liebe, dass ihre Bettwäsche immer so sauber sind und dass die Küchenfläche in jedem Zimmer sehr neu erscheint. Es gibt einen vollgroßen Kühlschrank, einen Ofentop mit 2 Kochbrennern, ein Tauchbad, Zähler und großer Kabinettraum und das Kochprodukt, das sie auch liefern, ist sauber und neu wie und es ist, als ob, wenn Sie in ein Zimmer gehen, es ist unbetroffen. Wenn Sie neue Handtücher oder Bettwäsche brauchen, müssen Sie nur einen neuen Satz anfordern. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und Sie können niemanden um Sie hören. Verkaufsmaschinen sind auch auf der Website sowie Wäscherei und sie nehmen auch Kredit/Debit. Kaffee ist bis 6am und es enthält Frühstücksartikel, die auf dem Weg zu gehen. Sie werden wahrscheinlich Kathy, die Generalmanager ist, und Roe, die Assistentin GM, wenn Sie Ihren Tag beginnen, sehen und diese beiden sind persönlich und lustig und immer so freundlich. Ihr anderes Personal ist auch nichts anderes als ein Atem von frischer Luft. Ich war froh über alles über dieses Hotel und werde wählen, hier zu bleiben, wann immer ich in Zukunft brauche. Ich fand mich einige der Mitarbeiter vermisst, als ich sie verließ, waren sie so groß. Die Management-Management, die sie haben, hält sich wirklich an den Standard, den wir alle während eines Aufenthalts irgendwo suchen und werfen die Art von Menschen, die gut mit Kundenservice passen. Wollte sicherstellen, dass jeder, der um das Gebiet schaut, gibt diesen Ort einen Versuch!
