Best Western Plus war nicht auf meiner Tagesordnung für meinen Huntsville-Besuch mit meinem Mann und Grandson. Ich buchte spät und das wurde auf dem Urlaubspaket, das ich schließlich nehmen musste, angeboten. Ich war skeptisch, weil ich an mehr aufskalaerende Hotels gewöhnt war. Hmm ... Einchecken war wirklich einfach, besonders wenn unser Flug Stunden vor der Eincheckenzeit angekommen war. Ich habe gefragt, ob wir frühen Einchecken und die schöne Stimme auf dem anderen Ende genehmigt haben könnten. Das Zimmer war sauber und 'hotelisch'. Es gab einen kleinen Vorfall, der meine Stimmung jedoch verändert hätte, der Vordertafel Herr war in Minuten bei der Tür und die Situation wurde gelöst. Frühstück erschien schön.. Nichts wie heißer Kaffee, um den Kurs des Tages zu setzen. Ich kam nicht zum Pool, aber meine Familie hat es gehabt und sie genossen es! Die Hauspflege Damen waren angenehmen, untergebracht und gepflegt Handtücher und Toiletten gefrierter. JA! Ich werde Brst Western Plus Madison wieder besuchen und anderen empfehlen.

Von Anfang bis Ende war der Service ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war wissenswert und sehr bequem. Große Lage, Restaurants sind überall und einfacher Zugang zum Interstate. Das Zimmer war immer sauber mit einem schönen erfrischenden Geruch. Die Preise sind großartig und es ist eine Lage, die ich sicherlich noch einmal besuchen werde.

Due to a series of unfortunate incidents I am temporarily having to do hotel living. I stayed at this location February 2-27 while staying there I had to move rooms three times during my stay. The first time was due to the smoke alarm continuously going off whenever I would take a shower. All their smoke alarms are hard wired in on the wall that shares with the bathroom. Which, the owners manual explicitly tells you not to do because condensation will set off a nuisance alarm. When I changed rooms, I took out all the trash and swept up a little. The room they moved me to was a slightly larger with a different layout. Everything was fine until it rained for three days and black mold appeared on the walls. I told the front desk about this and they still left me in the room for four days after that. I used bleach to clean off the walls but during this time I got sick. I don't know that it was related but four three days I was sick with respiratory issues and still stuck in the room which the black mold came back even worse. The lady that works at night, Melissa, is a total sweetheart and when I told her about it she immediately moved me into a new room. When I moved out of the mold room, I took out all the trash, stripped all the linens off the bed and vacuumed the floor. The room they moved me in that night was the same room type and was actually much nicer than the other rooms. I was in that room for only one day before they contacted me and told me I would have to move rooms because they couldn't rent out the one I was in. So once again I moved rooms, I took out the trash, and swept up the kitty litter that had spilled out by the cat box plus I was in that room for only one night. Now this morning they call me to tell me that I can't extend my stay. Their reasoning is that because I didn't accept room service by keeping the do not disturb sign on that my rooms were left too dirty and housekeeping doesn't want to clean it. This is ridiculous because as I mentioned before I didn't leave trash and I picked up each room before leaving. I don't see the point of accepting room service when I have cleaning supplies and a vacuum here with me and I have a lot of personal possessions in the room. Plus in order for housekeeping to come in and clean I would have to crate my cat and leave with her while they clean. That being said if I had been told my accepting housekeeping was a requirement I would have obliged but nobody told me that. I don't know what kind of a mess I could have left when I vacuumed, removed all trash (except for a bouquet of flowers I forgot in one of the rooms) and stripped all the linens. Maybe that's the reason, because I stripped all the linens including the comforter and piled them on the floor which forced them to actually launder all of the linens. Now as far as the basics go about the shape of the hotel. The rooms need to be updated, two of the rooms had a musty smell to them. I did not see any bugs so that's a plus. It's non
