The chain hotels are usually just that, nothing special but just fine otherwise. This was a lovely surprise. I travel 50+ nights a year and have pretty much done so for ~40 years. I know hotel rooms. My wonderful experience at this Holiday Inn began entering the lobby. Bright, welcoming and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The experience continued at the front desk and all the way up to and into the room. I want to especially call out Lori at the front desk. What a special person. Sometimes it's the little things that make your stay. My ”little” thing here was a ”close elevator” button that responded immediately. Fabulous! The room couldn't have been nicer. Clean and fresh throughout. Super comfortable bed, great HVAC system and for maybe the first time in my career, all the plumbing fixtures worked flawlessly. Amazing. I claim to be able to find something wrong with every hotel room I enter without even trying. I have a trained eye. There was nothing wrong in this one and I spent all day in the room working in between my two nights there. I'll definitely be back. Thank you IHG Timonium.

Alle Bedingungen sind in Ordnung. Das Bett ist bequemer. Aber die Schalldämmung ist schlecht!

Der Ort war sauber und die Buchung war sauber ! Erschwinglich Geld wert. Großes Personal! Front Desk Personal ist extra freundlich und untergebracht! Warm Wasser und sauberes Badezimmer! Wird sicherlich noch einmal buchen!

Wir haben im Modell beschränkt in Cockeysville für Arbeit über das vergangenen Jahr verblieben. Diese Lage ist sehr bequem und nahe zu allem, was Sie von Walmart bis Gasstationen Geschäfte und Restaurants benötigen. Die Lage ist nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt und jeder hier arbeitet sehr schön.

Das ist unsere dritte Zeit, auf dieser Lage zu bleiben. Das Personal ist immer angenehm und hilfreich. Ich muss den Stiefvaterservice ausschreien. Corey und Eric waren besonders hilfreich und professionell. Sie navigierten uns navigierend auf einer überlasteten Straße, um sicher zu sein, dass wir sicher rauskommen konnten und unser Auto auch sicher war. Dieses Team ist Top-Notch und wir schätzen sie.

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und bekam ein anderes Zimmer: Zum Glück hatte dieses keinen komischen Geruch, aber ich habe die warme Beleuchtung auf dem Bettrahmen vermisst, die das letzte hatte: (Die Zimmer verwenden helle weiße LEDs… was? ist ok Nur nicht die Vorliebe für meine Augäpfel. Der Fernseher in diesem Zimmer funktionierte jedoch richtig! Warmes Frühstücksbuffet ist schön! Personal war auch freundlich!

Das Hotel braucht nur eine Aufrüstung. Die Teppiche scheinen, als wären sie ewig da gewesen, und das Frühstücksraum könnte mit etwas Verbesserung tun. Die Muffins waren raus und entdeckt, und es gab keine Zungen, die sie dienen konnten. Es gab keine Backofen, weder Samstag noch Sonntag, so mussten die Gäste improvisiert werden. Das Schlafzimmer war groß und sauber, und das Badezimmer war auch sauber. Leider scheinen sie ein Rachproblem zu haben, da es eine tote im Essensbereich und eine im Lobby gab. Sie wurden gereinigt, aber es ist ein bisschen grob, sie (wenige zu fair) auf dem Boden zu sehen. Auch außerhalb der Vordertür gab es eine Reihe von Toten. Vielleicht bin ich unfair, und vielleicht war das Hotel gerade wegen Fehler behandelt worden, aber eine im Essensbereich ist eigentlich nicht hinnehmbar.
