Mechanische Probleme mit einem Flug führten mich 20 Stunden lang in Chicago zu verhaften. American Airlines hat mich in diesem BW Hotel aufgehängt. 1) Ich wusste nicht, aber ich musste anrufen, um den Shuttle zu holen. Fine. 2) braucht ein neues Shuttle. Dieser Wagen war eine Katastrophe und fehlte ein Sitzgurt und sehr schmutzig. Der Fahrer war so nett! (Obwohl es einfach war, jemanden zu sagen, dass er ein Raucher war.. Ich habe eine Maske vom Geruch aufgestellt) 3) die Lobby braucht eine Update ziemlich schlecht. Die Liftfläche und die Hallen brauchen ein neues Teppich und ein paar bessere Beleuchtung. Es fühlte sich dünn, aber nicht skizzy. 4) großartig Personal! Der Gentleman am Frontdesk sorgte dafür, dass ich für einen Shuttle gebucht, um früh am Tag wieder zum Flughafen. Dann änderte er die Batterien in meinem Fernseher. Andere wir’ sind raus und über Reinigung und versucht, den Eingang weniger schleifend aus dem Regen und Is. 5) Lage weise, es wäre eine 45-60 Minute Taxifahrt nach der Stadtstadt, so dass ich in. Ich habe Uber Essen und bestellen eine Menge lokaler Speisen, um nur für die Nacht zu verhungern, da das Wetter war CR*P. 6) mein Doppelzimmer Queen war gut! Anständig und komfortable genug. Sehr sauberes Badezimmer und ein gutes Einstellungsgefüge. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, Kaffee und TV. Das Bett ist gut, aber ich bin ziemlich prickig mit Matratzen haha Ich fühlte mich in meinem Zimmer sicher und die Ausgänge in der Lampe funktionierte. Komfortable Temperatur. Frühstück beginnt um 6, aber mein Shuttle wird um 5:30 gehen, so dass ich es nicht versuchen. Die anderen Gäste im Lobby sagen, das Frühstück war gut!

Really close to airport. Looks shady from outside but fine inside. Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were nice. There's restaurants and bars nearby too so handy if you're just off a flight and need somewhere to crash

Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum. Es ist sehr bequem zu essen und zu essen. Daneben befindet sich auch eine Autowaschanlage. Die SB-Waschanlage kostet 3 US-Dollar.

Wir blieben hier für eine Nacht als Schlaf-'n Parkhotel. Das Front Desk war nicht super freundlich und war nicht sehr klar, wo unser Zimmer war. Als wir es versuchten zu finden, dann wurde uns gesagt, es war über das Parkplatz im Outbuilding und es gab keine Der Innenwand, der die Gebäude befestigt hatte. Es hatte am Vortag geschneit und schneete, als wir ankamen und wir mussten die Gepäckracke über das Parkplatzlot in das andere Gebäude in der Schnee, die nicht sehr gut geschleift oder plündert. Als wir Snacks und ein Getränk wollten, gab es keine Wahl in diesem Gebäude, nicht einmal eine Verkaufsmaschine, so mussten wir ausgehen, um zum Hauptgebäude zu kommen, das nicht genau schön ist Mitte des Winters. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr veraltet, aber es war sauber. Der Shuttle war sehr zuverlässig und der Shuttleführer war sehr nett. Es war einfach, mit dem Shuttle am Flughafen in Berührung zu kommen und nach unserer Rückkehr aufgeholt zu werden. Ich würde wahrscheinlich nur noch hier bleiben, wenn es unsere einzige Option war, die verfügbar war.

Mein 2 Freunde und ich haben dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Oak Park gewählt. Wir wollten eine Suite mit einem Wohnbereich mit einem Sofabett getrennt vom Schlafzimmer. Leider, als ich das Sofabett für die erste Nacht abgezogen habe, bemerkte ich, dass die Matratze nicht sehr komfortabel war. Wir waren müde und ich entschied, es zu behandeln. Ich erhielt Samstagmorgen einen Text, der sich um unseren Aufenthalt gefragt hat. Ich habe wiedergefunden, dass die Matratze nicht sehr komfortabel auf dem Sofabett war und fragte, ob sie ersetzt werden könnte. Ich erhielt schnell einen Text zurück, der leider keine neuen Matratzen hatte, aber mir eine zweite Matratzen, um die erste aufzulegen. Das machte das Bett viel komfortabler am 2. Abend. Das Hotel braucht neue Schlafsofabettmatratzen, aber sie reagierten mir schnell und ehrlich und machten, was sie zur Verbesserung der Situation beitragen konnten. Der Preis, den wir für 3 Personen für 2 Nächte gezahlt haben, war sehr vernünftig. Es gab ein warmes Frühstück beider Morgen, das unseren Bedürfnissen entsprach. Am Freitag Abend hatten wir Abendessen bei der beigefügten Uno Pizzeria. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Kellner konnte nicht schöner gewesen sein. Wir hatten genug Essen für das Abendessen am Samstag Abend nach einem späten Mittagessen übrig. Das Zimmer hatte eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Alle waren zufrieden mit unseren Unterkünften und würden zurückkehren.

Der Mikrowelleofen wird zusammen mit dem Leitungsband gehalten. Die meisten Shuttlefahrer und Büroberater waren freundlich. Die Dame in der Tageszeit schien ein wenig snobisch aber. Der Zimmerreinigungsservice ist sehr minimal. Wir blieben 5 Nächte und das Bett wurde nur einmal gemacht. Das Zimmer wurde nie während unseres Aufenthalts gevakuiert. Der Müll wurde leer, als wir den Reinigungsmann gebeten hatten, es zu tun.

GGuest UserMein 2 Freunde und ich haben dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Oak Park gewählt. Wir wollten eine Suite mit einem Wohnbereich mit einem Sofabett getrennt vom Schlafzimmer. Leider, als ich das Sofabett für die erste Nacht abgezogen habe, bemerkte ich, dass die Matratze nicht sehr komfortabel war. Wir waren müde und ich entschied, es zu behandeln. Ich erhielt Samstagmorgen einen Text, der sich um unseren Aufenthalt gefragt hat. Ich habe wiedergefunden, dass die Matratze nicht sehr komfortabel auf dem Sofabett war und fragte, ob sie ersetzt werden könnte. Ich erhielt schnell einen Text zurück, der leider keine neuen Matratzen hatte, aber mir eine zweite Matratzen, um die erste aufzulegen. Das machte das Bett viel komfortabler am 2. Abend. Das Hotel braucht neue Schlafsofabettmatratzen, aber sie reagierten mir schnell und ehrlich und machten, was sie zur Verbesserung der Situation beitragen konnten. Der Preis, den wir für 3 Personen für 2 Nächte gezahlt haben, war sehr vernünftig. Es gab ein warmes Frühstück beider Morgen, das unseren Bedürfnissen entsprach. Am Freitag Abend hatten wir Abendessen bei der beigefügten Uno Pizzeria. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Kellner konnte nicht schöner gewesen sein. Wir hatten genug Essen für das Abendessen am Samstag Abend nach einem späten Mittagessen übrig. Das Zimmer hatte eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Alle waren zufrieden mit unseren Unterkünften und würden zurückkehren.

ZzettikowskiWegen des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses gibt es vier Sterne. Ich bin geschäftlich unterwegs in den USA und als anständiger Mitarbeiter habe ich gelernt Geld für meine Firma zu sparen. Ich verspreche also meinem Chef mit 150,--US$ pro Nacht hinzukommen und lande letztlich zu diesem Budget im Four Points von Sheraton. Wirkt erst etwas spartanisch, wird dann aber immer besser, ich fühle mich wohl. Das Hotel selber steht schon länger da, das etwas höhere Alter wird aber scheinbar durch gute Pflege kompensiert. Alles ist sauber und dazu ist es nicht so ein Standardbau, wie man ihn den USA manchmal findet. Allerdings recht weitläufig, es kann schon sein, dass der Weg zum Zimmer von der Lobby aus fünf Minuten dauert. Egal, denn die Teppiche sind angenehm. Die Lobby selbst bietet genug Raum zum warten und zum Zeit überbrücken. Wifi geht sehr gut mit einfachem anmelden. Die Lage an ORD ist gut, die Wege kurz und der kostenlose Shuttle ist dreimal stündlich unterwegs. Wer also ein Hotel am Flughafen sucht, der ist hier richtig. Wer die Stadt erleben will, der ist zu weit draussen. Günstigste Art in die Stadt zu kommen: Shuttle zum Flughafen nehmen und dann die blaue Bahnlinie in die Stadt für schlappe 3,--US$ - günstiger geht es nicht. Allerdings ist es anders herum zu Stosszeiten extrem voll im Zug, klaustrophobe Typen, wie ich bekommen da Probleme. Ein Uber hier heraus oder herein kostet im guten Fall um die 40,--US$, kann aber zu Stosszeiten ebenfalls etwas länger dauern wegen Stau. Zentral gelegen zum Sightseeing ist man an ORD also nicht. Zum Shoppen hilft die nahegelegene Outlet Mall in Rosemont. Hier gibt es auch teilweise lustige Restaurationen, so etwa auch das Hofbraeuhaus Chicago. Das Zimmer ist - nun ja, es ist eben etwas älter. Aber die Pluspunkte sind: Es ist gross, der Teppich ist neu und das Bett bequem. Dazu gibt es einen grossen Schreibtisch, also das ist alles, was ich auf dem Businesstrip benötige. Und dann wird mir das nicht superstylische oder topmoderne Four Points sympathisch. Mit meiner Liebsten würde ich hier nicht nächtigen, aber für mich und mein Business reicht es eben. Der Knackpunkt im Zimmer ist die Klimaanlage. Laut, alt - ein Dinosaurier der 80er. Mittlerweile ist das Klimagerät von einem Thermostat aus zu steuern, aber: Wenn man schon im Flughafenhotel den Lärm vermisst (alles gut isoliert) dann hat man bei dieser Klimaanlage das Gefühl, dass alle Flugzeuge durch Dein Zimmer müssen. Damit kann man in Abwesenheit das Zimmer kühlen, muss aber nachts dann alle paar Stunden die Klimaanlage einschalten, was Schlafverlust zur Folge hat, denn bei dem Lärm der AC schläft keiner. Vier Kopfkissen helfen aber dabei schneller wieder einzuschlafen. Das Bad ist klein, aber OK, die Convenience Produkte habe ich selber mitgebracht, denn hier gibt es nicht viele. Insgesamt komme ich für meinen Trip gut klar. Der Service ist gut. Beim CheckIn rattert Tracy ihre Standards so schnell herunter, dass dem fluggeplagten Reisenden manche

AAnonymer BenutzerEs gibt auch schmutzige Dinge, die nicht sauber sind, und die Bettwaren sind nicht sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr groß, die Tür am Mittag fragte die Zeit des Austritts sehr laut. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Bustransporter, sehr bequem und sehr nah vom Flughafen. Wenn Sie das Flugzeug abholen, können Sie darüber nachdenken.

GGuest UserWir blieben hier für eine Nacht als Schlaf-'n Parkhotel. Das Front Desk war nicht super freundlich und war nicht sehr klar, wo unser Zimmer war. Als wir es versuchten zu finden, dann wurde uns gesagt, es war über das Parkplatz im Outbuilding und es gab keine Der Innenwand, der die Gebäude befestigt hatte. Es hatte am Vortag geschneit und schneete, als wir ankamen und wir mussten die Gepäckracke über das Parkplatzlot in das andere Gebäude in der Schnee, die nicht sehr gut geschleift oder plündert. Als wir Snacks und ein Getränk wollten, gab es keine Wahl in diesem Gebäude, nicht einmal eine Verkaufsmaschine, so mussten wir ausgehen, um zum Hauptgebäude zu kommen, das nicht genau schön ist Mitte des Winters. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr veraltet, aber es war sauber. Der Shuttle war sehr zuverlässig und der Shuttleführer war sehr nett. Es war einfach, mit dem Shuttle am Flughafen in Berührung zu kommen und nach unserer Rückkehr aufgeholt zu werden. Ich würde wahrscheinlich nur noch hier bleiben, wenn es unsere einzige Option war, die verfügbar war.

GGuest UserMechanische Probleme mit einem Flug führten mich 20 Stunden lang in Chicago zu verhaften. American Airlines hat mich in diesem BW Hotel aufgehängt. 1) Ich wusste nicht, aber ich musste anrufen, um den Shuttle zu holen. Fine. 2) braucht ein neues Shuttle. Dieser Wagen war eine Katastrophe und fehlte ein Sitzgurt und sehr schmutzig. Der Fahrer war so nett! (Obwohl es einfach war, jemanden zu sagen, dass er ein Raucher war.. Ich habe eine Maske vom Geruch aufgestellt) 3) die Lobby braucht eine Update ziemlich schlecht. Die Liftfläche und die Hallen brauchen ein neues Teppich und ein paar bessere Beleuchtung. Es fühlte sich dünn, aber nicht skizzy. 4) großartig Personal! Der Gentleman am Frontdesk sorgte dafür, dass ich für einen Shuttle gebucht, um früh am Tag wieder zum Flughafen. Dann änderte er die Batterien in meinem Fernseher. Andere wir’ sind raus und über Reinigung und versucht, den Eingang weniger schleifend aus dem Regen und Is. 5) Lage weise, es wäre eine 45-60 Minute Taxifahrt nach der Stadtstadt, so dass ich in. Ich habe Uber Essen und bestellen eine Menge lokaler Speisen, um nur für die Nacht zu verhungern, da das Wetter war CR*P. 6) mein Doppelzimmer Queen war gut! Anständig und komfortable genug. Sehr sauberes Badezimmer und ein gutes Einstellungsgefüge. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, Kaffee und TV. Das Bett ist gut, aber ich bin ziemlich prickig mit Matratzen haha Ich fühlte mich in meinem Zimmer sicher und die Ausgänge in der Lampe funktionierte. Komfortable Temperatur. Frühstück beginnt um 6, aber mein Shuttle wird um 5:30 gehen, so dass ich es nicht versuchen. Die anderen Gäste im Lobby sagen, das Frühstück war gut!

Oft sehe ich Bewertungen wie diese und denke 'es kann nicht so schlecht sein, es ist nur ein Bett zu schlafen'.. vertrauen Sie mir, es kann. Schrecklich von Anfang bis Ende. RUDE schreckliche Rezeption Mitarbeiter (frau, wird nicht den Namen, sondern Rhymes mit Sia) Von der Eincheckung, Nichtraucherzimmer STANK Rauch und ein schmutziger Stachelgeräusch. Flugzeuge überqueren alle 30 Sekunden (nicht ihre Schuld, sondern unmöglich zu schlafen). Menschen rauchen ****/behaupten außerhalb Ihrer Tür. Wir baten um Zimmer zu bewegen und wurde gesagt, wir überschritten die 15min Berichtszeit (dies ist nicht angegeben und war eine blatante Lüge und wie lächerlich sie erwarten, dass Sie innerhalb von 15 Minuten auf die Rezeption zurückkommen - wir diskutierten, ob wir es aufstellen könnten Aber auch ehrlich versucht, irgendwo Ort zum Abendessen zu finden, bevor wir innerhalb der Stunde, als wir in der Vergiftung angekommen sind, geschlossen sind). Rezeptionist weigerte uns, Zimmer zu bewegen, wie er sagte, sie hatten keine verfügbaren, aber noch Ladeaufträge auf booking.com. Er sagte uns, mit dem Manager zu sprechen und war unsere Schuld, das Hotel nicht besser zu untersuchen (wie sie uns schuldig machen konnten, weiß ich nicht).. Dann gab uns eine falsche E-Mail und eine Telefonnummer für die Rezeption, wo der Manager nicht einmal auf dem Wechsel stand und es ging gerade zurück zu dem armen Mädchen. Dann sagte uns, wir könnten Zimmer bewegen (obwohl sie sagten, sie hatten keine Ersatzzimmer) nur um uns in einen anderen geluften, dann schließlich gab uns ein besseres Geruchsraum als letztes Resort, als sie uns zurückzuzahlen (was nur schrecklich ist) Aber es gab schwarze Haare alle im Bett und wir mussten voll bekleidet schlafen auf den Blättern und fühlten sich sofort schmutzig und grob!!! Wir haben zwei Nächte da draußen gebürdet, wie alles andere $400+ kostete, aber ich wollte jede Menge Geld zahlen, um es zu vermeiden, wenn sie uns nicht ein Zimmer gefunden hatte, das sich abgelegen annehmbar schmelzt (die sie eindeutig gerade mit Antibac Spray lief). Bitte geben Sie diesen Menschen nicht Ihr Geld oder Gewohnheit, sie sind brutal, verzweifelt, haben den schlimmsten Kundenservice und ich hätte lieber in einem Hundekennel, draußen, im Regen geschlafen.

Sie reklamieren ein kontinentales Frühstück auf der Website. Was sie haben ist eine Wahl von zwei Getreide und verpackte Kracker. Es gibt Kaffee, aber wir fanden, dass es nicht besucht wurde, da die beiden Kisten leer waren, blieben sie leer. Als ich eine Tasse hatte, hatte es Grund in ihm. Das Zimmer hatte ein Toilette mit langsamen Fülltank. Die Duscheventil in der Tube war in der offenen Position gehalten. Das Toilettenpapier fallt getrennt. Der Mikrowelleofen wird zusammen mit dem Leitungsband gehalten. Die meisten Shuttlefahrer und Büroberater waren freundlich. Die Dame in der Tageszeit schien ein wenig snobisch aber. Der Zimmerreinigungsservice ist sehr minimal. Wir blieben 5 Nächte und das Bett wurde nur einmal gemacht. Das Zimmer wurde nie während unseres Aufenthalts gevakuiert. Der Müll wurde leer, als wir den Reinigungsmann gebeten hatten, es zu tun.
