GGuest UserIch muss das vorantreiben, indem ich sage, dass wir nie im Hotel geblieben sind. Meine Verbindung zu diesem Hotel ist der nahe gelegene Tesla Superladen. Auf unseren Reisen nach oben und nach dem Interstate 5 Korridor ist diese Superlader-Station ein Ort, den wir oft aufgrund der Anzahl der guten Restaurants in der Nähe erheben. Wenn wir jedoch nicht in einem Restaurant essen, ist das unser ”Putty stop”. Jedes Mal, wenn ich in dieses Hotel für den ubiquitous Badpause gehe, bin ich unglaublich beeindruckt von der sauberen ist dieses Hotel. Ich meine, EHRLICH CLEAN! Spotless! Auch das Personal ist nicht nur bei meiner ersten Interaktion (”wo ist das Schlafzimmer”) zu den Zeiten, in denen ich sie mit Menschen in oder auseinander setzen sah. Wenn mein Mann und ich irgendwann einen Grund haben, in Springfield zu bleiben, dann würden wir ernsthaft überlegen, hier zu bleiben.

Bei der Kontrolle im Front Desk Agent Crystal war so wunderschön und sehr hilfreich, sie sicherte sich, unsere Erwartungen zu überschreiten, von Anfang an fühlten wir uns sehr begrüßt! Ein großer Schrei nach Crystal für eine so große Arbeit und für eine zusätzliche Hilfe bei allen unseren Fragen!! Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, geräumig und eine große Aussicht aus der kostenlosen Upgrade, die wir bei der Eincheckung erhalten haben. Wir werden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn das Personal so wunderbar ist wie diese Erfahrung wir nicht wollten verlassen! Mary C.

Nach der Ankunft entdeckte die gesamte Eigenschaft ist Haustiere freundlich. Groß. Gut: Ich riechte nicht Haustiere. Das Badezimmer war sauber, (Badewanne permanent verfärbt), die Blätter waren sauber, Betten und Kissen komfortable, Schneegarten funktionierten. (Aber sie hatten eine grobe weiße Farbe auf ihnen) Bruch. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte und war sauber. Großes Zeug: Das Teppich war schlecht gefärbt und wir fühlten uns, dass wir Flip-Flops tragen müssen, während wir umgewandelt waren. Groß. Die geprügelten Stühle waren auch schlecht gefärbt. Wir hatten ein spätes Abendessen, das wir gebracht haben, und ich musste einen Handtuch auf den Stuhl setzen, um zu essen. Groß. Es war ruhig und das Personal war freundlich und freundlich zu einer späten Auscheckung, und frische Kaffee. Ich hoffe, nicht hier wieder zu bleiben und fühlte sich gelogen über die ”pet-free” Zimmeranfrage. Ich konnte nicht über den Teppich und Stühle steinig aber. Gross.

GGuest UserI had an accessible room, I was disappointed there was no mirror in the room I could see myself in. I use a wheelchair and the only mirror was above the sink. I’m a diamond member and all other BW offer me a bottle of water at check in, they didn’t at this BW. Worst of all they put a $30.00 charge on my credit card. I know this is common, later it’s removed. But 22 days later it’s still on my card. I called them 4 times about it. The first 3 calls I was told the manager would return my call, they never did. Finally the 4th call, I was told the charge was dropped and I’d have to call my credit card. It’s now in dispute. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than most. But I will not be staying at this BW again.

Das Best Western, das wir im Juni verblieben, und dieser Ort ist beide älter. Das Badezimmer in diesem Quality Inn war klein. Das gesamte Zimmer war auf der kleineren Seite. Der Preis war auf dem Geld tot, wenn Sie wollen ein paar Geld zu sparen, wenn es nicht viele andere Optionen gibt, die Ihren Haushalt sehr schnell werfen können. Vor jeder Überprüfung glaube ich, dass es notwendig ist, dass die Menschen verstehen, was wir überprüfen. Das ist ein wertbasiertes Motel, nicht ein Hilton oder ein Hyatt. Basierend auf dem, dass ich es vier von fünf Sternen gab. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Front Desk Personal war hilfreich, und mein Sohn und ich beide gut schliefen die drei Nächte, die wir dort waren. Die Betten AR komfortabel, sie könnten bessere Linen und Toiletten, aber es ist nicht schlecht. Wenn Sie wohnen wollen, auf einem Budget, schauen Sie nicht weiter.

GGuest UserOne of the 3 worst motels I have ever booked in... So bad I did not stay the night. I booked a room through Expedia because I was working entertainment at an event that was going to run well past midnight and didn't want to drive 3 hours home after. I didn't need anything fancy, just clean, safe and reasonably comfortable. While checking in, the other guests that I saw looked way too much like characters on COPS, and I don't mean the ones with badges! Sadly, the motel staff was not much better. I didn't have time before my gig to start looking for something else, so I checked in at about 6PM. The place seems to be a regular problem spot with local police due to the clientele. I was required to sign a waiver notice for evictions due to drugs, fights, loud noise, intoxication, etc. Entering the room, the smell was distinctly like ”stripper's perfume”, if you know what I mean. The bedspread looked like someone had been walking on it with filthy bare feet. I had been driving for several hours, and still had to work most of the night, so I pulled back the dirty bedspread to take a nap. After about 20 minutes, I heard a loud argument between one of the managers and a guest about whatever they were doing in their room. Getting ready for my gig, I didn't feel safe leaving anything of value in the room, so I packed it all back into my car. At that point, I decided that I would rather drive through the night after working, than come back to Executive Motel. $93 for a 20 minute nap!

GGuest UserDie Gegentümer Mädchen waren sehr freundlich. Aufzug riecht von Urin, Decken, Hallen und Treppen waren sehr schmutzig. Zimmer war sauber, sehr grundlegende. Es war nicht viel zu erwarten für $71. nette neue Dusche, sehr alte Vollgröße Kühlschrank. Heißplatte für Kochen.
