GGrandTour59335521405Where to begin, first was making a reservation and requesting lowest floor possible as I do not like elevators. Big mistake! You not only get a call before you come saying you have use 3 sets of steps but it’s like you’re in a basement. You have to go outside in the rain to get anywhere. The breakfast was cold and oatmeal was runny. Huge change because it has always been great until this time. We haves always stayed here and it was a top 10 place until now. We loved this placed and would leave 5 to 10 dollars a day for our room cleaning as a tip because they use to put so much effort into it,but not anymore. Smells musty, air conditioning gets either turned off or delayed at night as the room was extremely hot. The window sills had dust and crumbs. Extremely disappointing. We are a couple who have always took care of the room we are in and try to leave it clean and towels off the floor and trash not overflowing to help preserve the room but clearly this is not how people are anymore. The towels even smell musty. Our room keys stopped working the second day and we had to walk outside again and go to the front entrance to get new ones. The best part is there were rooms on the second floor not being used that would have been so much more convenient to the main lobby but we did not get those. Like I said I received a call approximately 1 week before check in to say we would have to use stairs. Shows that no matter how loyal you are to a business or well you take care of it they show none in return. Loyalty goes both ways. Now I see why everyone is using Kitchen Kettle accommodations and leaving Amish View Inn. Perhaps they have sold out to someone else or they just don’t care anymore. Either way it’s very sad.

Großes großes Zimmer, kostenloses Frühstück (nicht gedrehte Eier) und der ganze Ort war sehr sauber. Ausgezeichneter Front Desk Manager - Tom. Was für ein angenehmes junger Mann - fabulöse Persönlichkeit, sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Es ist gut, jemanden zu sehen, der an seinem Job glücklich ist. Tom gab uns eine Liste von Orten, wo wir essen und Richtungen. Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerUnsere Familie hat letzte April 2023 einen Aufenthalt reserviert, so dass es nur natürlich war, diese Unterkunft für unsere April 2024 PA Reise reservieren. Wir waren enttäuscht über den Zustand des Zimmers, weil beide Schranktüren vielleicht vom vorherigen Bewohner gebrochen wurden. Die Fotos erzählen die Geschichte und das Frontdesk. Die andere Frage betraf den lauten Lärm im Halle, der von unaufsichtlichen Kindern gemacht wurde, die in die Poolzone um 8:45 Uhr gehen oder aus dem Poolbereich kommen.

Großes Hotel großartiges Finden. Während es vielleicht nicht ein 5-star Luxushotel ist es ein 5-star Hotel. Ich habe nie ein Hotel so sauber und so ruhig gesehen. Das Poolbereich war erhitzt und mit Handtüchern sauber, das kontinentale Frühstück war ein Schritt darüber. Alles ist wieder aufbewahrt und sauber gehalten. Auch der 24-hour Kaffee war eigentlich immer heiß. Wir beantragten frühen Zimmerservice, weil wir eine Hochzeit hatten und sie durchgekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, und das Bett war komfortabel, wir haben im Voraus für zusätzliche Pfosten und Handtücher gefragt und sie waren oben. Es war nur nichts zu klagen. Ich denke, es begann alles bei der Eincheckung mit dem Vorbüromanager David Pugh, ich sage nicht oft Namen, aber er verdient es. Er war oben auf alles und erfüllte alle unsere Bedürfnisse. Der Comfort Inn ist besser an ihm gebunden. Alle Mitarbeiter, die wir behandelt haben, waren sehr nett und professionell. Die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht, es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe zu einem Supermarkt und Wawa. Und viele Bereich Attraktionen Auch ist es nicht so weit von einer Fahrt in das Herz von Lancaster. Ich würde ohne Zweifel hier nochmal bleiben, wenn wir in der Gegend sein sollten. Danke Comfort Inn für diese Suche.

We stayed here on our way home from Philadelphia because we wanted to go to Shady Maple Smorgasbord. It was just a few miles away. The front desk staff was very nice & personable. Had an accessible room which had a tub, shower chair, higher toilet, & grab bars all around tub & toilet. Very nice. Bed was comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast was good & very clean & well set up. Good variety & nice size room to eat in. My only complaint was no room with roll in shower which is so much easier with our mobility issues. In talking with front desk I found out there is only one accessible room in this inn of 69 rooms which to me is not acceptable. They r in middle of being bought out & were to have renovations done so it would be nice to have more accessible rooms added. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. No pool or hot tub but it was not deal breaker.

Nnewname2345We just arrived back home from the hotel and although it is a very clean hotel there are a few things that have us saying one and done. This was our first time staying at this hotel we normally stay up the street away from the over pass but we figured why not try this hotel. This has to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not the hotel but the traffic, what I did not know was the over pass was right next to the hotel I thought when others said it was noisy that it was from the road in front of the hotel. Thats not the issue its the tractor trailers running right next door to the hotel over the over pass all night long and during the day I swear as soon as they hit the bridge they had to shift gears to get over it. We were on the 3rd floor and although pot is not legal in pa there was most certainly someone smoking pot. Every day you could smell it. I told the girl at the front desk and she said maintenance was staying on the third floor doing work? Either way it was pretty over powering every day except the day after I said something to the main desk. The beds are a tad hard but after a few days you get used to them. Breakfast, go out for breakfast not much to pick from. Biggest issue is you can not make a left turn out of the parking lot you must go to the right and turn around in walmart if you want to go left and if your going to the outlets they are all to the left. One perk is that there is a walmart if you forget something within 3 minutes of the hotel. The price is more then fair but other then that we go to to lancaster at least once a year this hotel will not be on our list of places to stay.
