I was hesitant to try this hotel because the reviews weren't great but we were so happy with our stay. We were in town as a family to watch my son's robotics tournament. The hotel was packed! The staff was helpful and friendly. They were super awesome when we forgot something in the room on check out day. The front desk clerk went to the room and got it and held it for us until we could return in the late afternoon. The room was very clean (except for dirty dishes in the dishwasher), spacious and very comfortable. The sheets were clean and soft, the beds were comfortable. The room had a full sized fridge, kitchen sink and dishwasher. Breakfast was good, exactly as expected/standard fare for a free hotel breakfast. The pool was clean with plenty of towels, the water temperature was fine, not too cold. The staff did a great job trying to keep breakfast stocked with so many people and they were always friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Our only complaint was that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and that breakfast needed extra staff. Our last day there (Saturday) breakfast started a 7am but the robotics tournament started at 8. So there were TONS of people trying to cram breakfast into a very short period of time. We were constantly running out of food and staff was run ragged trying to keep up.

Mein Mann und ich nehmen jährlich eine Reise nach Frankenmuth, Mich rund Weihnachtszeit jedes Jahr. Wir verbringen in der Regel ein Vermögen, in der Stadt Frankenmuth zu bleiben. Wir entschieden uns, außerhalb von Frankenmuth zu bleiben und fanden die Springhill Suites in Saginaw, MI, ca. 20 min. von unserem Ziel entfernt. Wir waren so angenehm überrascht von tbe Unterkunft. Die Suite war schön, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Das Personal war so hilfsbereit und freundlich - auch nachdem wir zweimal aus unserem Zimmer verschlossen waren. Sie waren aufmerksam und sogar Restaurant-Vorschläge angeboten. Tbe Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl - Sauce, rggs, waffles, Saft, Getreide, Paste etc. Zusätzlich war das Hotel insgesamt abd Lobby sauber und sehr schön. Die einzige Frage, die minimal ist, war die Poolgröße. Es war ein bisschen klein. Allerdings war der Heißröhrchen groß und sehr entspannend. Der Preis, den wir für einen 2-Nacht-Wohnungsurlaub in einer schönen Suite bei den Springhill Suites in Saginaw gezahlt hätten, hätte nicht eine Nacht in einem Standard-Hotelzimmer in der Stadt Frankenmuth abgedeckt. Ich werde dieses spezielle Hotel während unserer künftigen Reisen suchen. Sie haben alles richtig gemacht.

I’d like to think that my husband and I are pretty understanding/patient individuals. Negative reviews aren’t something I enjoy writing, however; when the experience is extremely inadequate, or unsatisfactory, I find that it is warranted, in hopes to prevent others from having the same unfortunate experience. I had booked our reservation several weeks in advance choosing this hotel specifically because of the in-room kitchenettes AND pool/spa area. The morning of our arrival I received an email from the hotel’s front desk receptionist stating that their spa area would be closed during the duration of our stay. Although they apologized for the inconvenience, the assistance that was offered was not appropriate for our situation. We are Marriott members, and had used nearly all of our points to book the current reservation, I was offered assistance making reservations else where, but not a reimbursement of my points to do so. I communicated concerns about other local hotels not having a kitchenette, and the price of their rooms being more than we could afford on such short notice, as a result the receptionist moved us from the studio room to a two bedroom suite (the extra space wasn’t necessary as it was just my husband and I, I communicated this with them, & then thanked them for their efforts to compensate). Although the previous situation was unfortunate, we were prepared to move past it without a problem. Upon entering our suite I immediately spotted a child’s toy left under the kitchen table by previous guests, turning to set down our groceries on the kitchen counter I accidentally ran my hand through a bunch of left-over crumbs & looking straight above was a dirty coffee cup, still full, sitting in the microwave. Going into the master bedroom there were visible smudges all over the bottom of the bathroom sink, the support underneath the king bed was noticeably broken/worn, & while using the restroom I noticed both drawers underneath the sink were missing & the bottoms were visibly soiled, additionally; the curtain in the second bedroom had a 3” or bigger rip in it, and the garbage located under the detached bathroom sink in the 2nd bedroom was full (shopping receipts & clothing tags from previous guests). Lastly, but certainly not least, upon leaving I addressed the assistant manager, Mr. Weiler, about two $80 charges made to our credit card during the duration of our stay, this was in addition to the $40 incidental deposit that was held. Mr. Weiler’s response was “yeah I see it right here. I don’t know why that happened, it should fall off within a few days.” At that point I had decided to waste anymore of my time addressing the remaining issues that occurred during our stay & made a call to Marriott’s customer care line. After speaking with the customer service rep, I received an email from Mr. Weiler. In his email he questioned the validity of my concerns, rather or not I addressed HIS housekeeping staff about their job performance & reiter

Hotel was clean and well priced. I was very pleased with everything and would go back to this location. I also want to compliment several employees! Fairfield by Marriott Saginaw. 5200 Cardinal Square Blvd, Saginaw, MI Fantastic location with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Also close to downtown! I would like to compliment two front desk employees that assisted me prior to and during my stay. The first was William. He was wonderful and assisted me with adjusting my reservation! Thank you, William! And the other was Maria for assisting with a delayed/late checkout. We attended a meeting and wanted to refresh in the room and change into comfortable clothing prior to our 8 hr drive back home. Thank you Maria! Appreciate the very good customer service!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, ich hatte Kniewechsel vor 3 Wochen Wir fragen, ob wir frühzeitig überprüfen können, so dass ich ausruhen konnte, Der Front Desk hält unsere Anfrage. Unser Zimmer war sauber und alles funktioniert gut. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Das Hot Breakfast war wunderbar, viele Auswahl und alles wurde voll gehalten und die Tische wurden sofort nach dem Verlassen der Leute gereinigt. Später ging ich hinunter, um Ziploc Taschen mit Eis zu fyllen, um mein Knie runter. Ich kämpfe ein wenig und Miss D arbeitete auf dem Front Desk und kam und half mir, meine Taschen zu füllen. Sie war so eine angenehme und wunderbare Person.. Dann später, ich wurde im Aufzug zwischen den Stockwerken gefangen, ich drückte den Alarm-Knopf, Miss D musste den Aufzug ausruhen, ich war gefangen 4-5 Minuten insgesamt. Sicherlich werde ich hier nochmal bleiben.

Somehow we got booked in the handicap room. That might have been my fault but not sure. They tried to move us but couldn’t. The staff were attentive, friendly and the breakfast was quite tasty. I would give it 5 stars except for our room just wasn’t that great. First off the right side of the mattress was just no good. I’m not a large person but when I laid in it it made a mess sized crater and I was much lower than my wife next to me. When I tried to roll toward her it was quite a bit uphill…. To get out of bed not so much but still a little bit uphill. The room in the middle of the night was incredibly lit up. If you are someone that needs a very dark room do not book this room. (Room 126). I woke up at 2:30am and it was so bright in the room I thought the sun was up. There is a large light outside to room on the ground that just comes thru the window relentlessly. The shade system knocks down some but not enough at all. Needs thicker and darker curtains for sure. Great place but room 126 is a little substandard.

First time to stay at this hotel for my delivery run to Michigan, hotel room is super nice and bedding is very comfortable. Location is right off freeway and two chain restaurant diners are walking distance so can't complain about location, only drawback is the wifi was down and they don't include breakfast.

Erst I:AM zurück nach Tripadviso ist es früh 02/2020 seit ich überprüfe irgendwo. so ich hier mit meiner Familie für unsere 30 Jahre der Ehe zusammen.Es kam als keine Überraschung für die Frau für die letzten 15 Jahre Hotels Motels die letzten Jahre war ein Urlaub inn irgendwo .Frau wach mich 3 am zu mir sagen 5 das ist Nummer 2 kommt im Winter zurück .Wenn die Neue Eigentümer sind hier nach der (Übertretung) ihre Planung auf 76% Remodel The new shower curtains there call 1 3\4 es all together 3\4 is for the water Splash in der Tube. die eine nach dem Aussprung 95% Wasser in der Tube.Menschen waren groß von Desk-Check in Haus halten ect.it si nahe alles Mall Autobahn 2 eine 3 Straßen von Autobahn Restaurants viele Auswahl Theater ect,ect.New Eigentümer nur Tage weg von der offiziellen Übernahme.. Ich sagte Frau die Matrix einige von ihnen müssen gehen die Parkplätze müssen atouch up Linien einige Dinge neu gemalt an mit dem Neu covet-19 Arbeit zu hinzufügen dort Liste jetzt es wert ein paar Besuche im Jahr Ich werde in der Umgebung NOVEMBER AN JANUAR 2021 Als die meisten Du weißt, ich besuche immer wieder 2 mal sehr ein ich bewerten Gregory Marshall
