It's not often that I leave a hotel disappointed. However, that's what happened here. I'm no where close to being an upper echelon traveler, but I do have Silver Elite status and I have a reasonable expectation of what type of service to expect. Check-in was quick. Very quick. Like verified my ID, had me pay and gave me my keys quick. No 'I see you'll be with us for X days', no 'Thanks for being a Marriott Silver member', no friendly banter at all. Nor any directions to the elevator. I'm not asking for a guided tour, but a simple 'Elevators are that way to the right', would have been nice. At this particular location, I purposely chose a higher floor since it was a good rate. I could have saved a few bucks by going lower, but I splurged. The room (King room/9th Floor) was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for my belongings and clothes. While I can appreciate hotels using the small refrigerators that require you to push a button to get them to chill quickly, I wish they'd go away. They never really seem to work correctly for me, but it's not anything that I'd ding a hotel for having. Refrigeration is a minor thing to be honest. The bathroom was large, shower items (Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) were color coded (which is great for me because without my glasses, I can't read squat) and the faucet handle for the shower was at the opposite end as the shower head. More facilities need to design their showers this way. It's nice to get your shower nice and hot without having to get under cold water to adjust the temp. Which brings me to the disappointment of my trip, hot water. It's one of the items that I expect there to be plenty of when I travel. This was not the case during my trip. I was traveling solo, so when I go to take a shower, I expect there to be hot water. My definition of hot water is such that when I turn on the hot and let it run, I should not be able to keep my hand under it. Lukewarm water is NOT hot, not even close. The next day when went to take a shower, the best that I got was lukewarm water. It lasted long enough for me to clean the ”important parts” and that was it. Maybe a couple of minutes in the shower tops. So I go downstairs and lodge my complaint. I was told that it would be looked into and fixed. So I leave for the morning and come back later in the afternoon. When I got my room, I could see that they had obviously been in and there indeed was what I consider sufficiently hot water when I tested it. In hindsight, I should have taken a full shower then, but I decided to take a nap before I went out for the night. When I woke up about 45 minutes later, the hot water was no longer hot, but the same lukewarm that I had earlier. Once again, I make my way to the front desk. This time a different front desk person (Omar) took my complaint and offered to move me to a different room. A room directly across the hall. My question was

The hotel was clean, although the 1st room's AC didn't work well. We checked in at about 12:25am on 9/3/23. Were out at 11:15am. We are in hilton honors and are both Navy retirees. We were charged 140+ for one night and an additional $75 for our dog. For a pet-friendly hotel, I felt the charge was way too much and it was non-refundable. Our dog is in the first stages of service dog training and is very well behaved. This is not what we expected as Hilton Honors members. We've stayed multiple times in Jacksonville, FL. This experience was a thorough disappointment! As we are members of several other hotels, we'll have to think twice about staying at another Hilton anywhere near Jeffersontown.

Die einzigen Probleme, die wir hatten, waren, herauszufinden, welches Fernseher in unserem Zimmer zu verbinden war und der Elektroschock auf uns einmal in der ganzen Zimmer. Neben diesem, schöne Ort zu bleiben. Sicherlich wird sie daran denken, wenn wir wieder ein Zimmer in Louisville brauchen.

Das Personal ist großartig. Sie sind immer bereit, Fragen zu beantworten. Toni, Ashley, Siamora und alle gehen aus ihrem Weg, um Gästen zu helfen! Ich spreche nicht Spanisch wie die Haushalter, aber sie sind gut mit Übersetzung auf den Telefonanwendungen. Sie versuchen zu helfen und sind freundlich. Ich denke, Probleme mit Ruhmheit ist weg. Dies war ein Hawthorn, und einige Leute sind daran gewöhnt. Ich denke, dies ist der beste verlängerte Aufenthalt, den wir verwendet haben. Kann es Hilfe verwenden? Absoluut! Es scheint etwas zu passieren. Das Fitnesszentrum wird Aufmerksamkeit gewinnen und ist mit Optionen geladen. Nein, es gibt kein echtes Frühstück. Zumindest hat der Tasche-go eine Art. Kann mehr verwenden. Vielleicht kann das Hotel eine einfache Verbreitung im Frühstücksbereich ausgeben. Kaffee ist gut und verfügbar, und sie haben Wasserflaschen. Juice/Milch wäre schön. Die Boden sind im Allgemeinen klar. Nicht schlechter als Sie sonst sehen. Ich mag das Zimmer, außer für eine kleine Frage mit der Mikrowelle. Dass es nicht immer an anderen Orten verfügbar ist, schützt uns vor dem Kauf von Gerichten und Kochware. Außerdem haben sie Freibestände an dem Desktop jederzeit, die Sie wollen. Das Waschzimmer hat Verkauf und viel Platz. Es braucht Hilfe mit dem Geruch, aber es ist immer noch gut zu benutzen. Dieses ist kein fantastisches Hotel, so behandeln Sie das Personal nicht schlecht, weil es nicht alle Luxus haben. Es wird Ihnen einen anständigen Platz zum Schlafen, Entspannen und für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt geben. Nein, die Leute folgen nicht immer der Regel, nicht in den Zimmern zu rauchen. Manchmal stehen sie an der Außentür und müssen sich bewegen, wenn Sie rauchen. Hier ist jeder Ort, an dem Sie gehen. Insgesamt bin ich glücklich genug, hier zu bleiben. Ich freue mich auf Verbesserungen, die weitergehen.
