We arrived after Midnight. We found that the doors are locked during certain hours (I believe it is 10 pm and 6 am) and we had to press an intercom button to get the attention of someone at the front desk onky nobody was there. My husband pressed the button several times and knocked on the glass doors and finally someone came to let us in. Turns out the intercom buzzer wasn't working (we tested it with the employee). Other than that the stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and there was an extra pillow on the bed. The room was clean and as we were only staying over night, we didn't have use for the amenities.

Ein Hotel das ein bisschen Moderner sein will. Es werden kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus geboten. Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Frühstück ist typisch Amerikanisch. Unser Zimmer war auf den ersten Eindruck auch Sauber, man darf halt nicht zu genau hinsehen. Wenn sich die Matratze, bzw. das Bett etwas verschieben, dann kommt der Schmutz zum Vorschein. Das ein Schließmechanismus der Zimmertür auch mal geölt werden muss, Super, aber dann wische ich doch das überschüssige weg! Bei uns lief es an der Tür runter. Auch im Bad war es auf den ersten Eindruck Sauber, man darf sich eben auch nicht die Ecken ansehen. Unser Zimmer war mit zwei Betten ausgestattet, aber es gab nur einen Stuhl. Unser Preis belief sich auf gut $ 112.-.

KKristineDas Zimmer war sauber und ruhig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war vernünftig, aber ich wünsche mir, es gab mehr Milchfreie Optionen: Coconut oder Mandelmilch für Getreide, Eier ohne Käse. Ich schätze besonders den ökologisch freundlichen Zimmerservice, wo Sie wählen können, was man wäschen kann, wenn, zusätzlich zu den wiederfüllbaren Produkten in Versorgungsanlagen, statt der Abfall einer Menge kleiner Kunststoffflaschen im Badezimmer. Ich habe geschätzt, dass das Hauspersonal für Weihnachten frei war: es zeigte sich, dass das Personal für sie wichtige Familienzeiten freigegeben hat.

EEscape29788493782I had to use 20,000 points to stay here but it was worth it the motels very clean and in good shape and managed well and we had a suite at two queens. The bedroom very comfortable sweet girls, extra room and purposes normal but being in this jail area is probably one of the better motels it’s $100 room but it didn’t cost me anything but 10 days the points go down to 10,000 but oh well yeah we’re down here golfing in Jackson cell if I was in the area I would stay here again for sure

Check in was really strange at this hotel. As if we were inconveniencing the desk clerk when we arrived (after the MSU football game in East Lansing). My brother in law reserved 2 rooms for he and his wife and for my husband and I to stay after the MSU -Ohio State game. He reserved 2 king rooms at least 2 months prior. Yet when the 4 of us checked in after the football game, the desk clerk had trouble finding our reservations. It took forever to check in. Then she assigned my brother in law to a 2nd floor room and assigned my husband and I to a 1st floor ADA room...by the elevator and the ice machine. I’m pretty sure they messed up our reservation and stuck us in the only king room left. The clerk refused to move us. The lobby was clean. The room was absurdly tiny. There was no chair (even though the website description includes a chair). There was almost no toilet tissue left on the roll. When we returned from a quick dinner at the nearby Red Lobster (a nice easy walk away), the free sodas, snacks, and fruit were all put away and no longer available...not mentioned to us or offered when we checked in. The bed cover was very thin and there was no blanket available, not even one in the closet. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathtub area was dated. The caulk was old and cracked, the wallpaper needed repair, the shower curtain was in bad shape, and there was rust around the tub drain. The mini fridge was in good repair, but there was no microwave in our room. Brighter lighting would’ve been welcome. The HVAC worked well but was noisy, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was the usual options. We grabbed a quick cup of coffee before hitting the road and would’ve appreciated lids for our coffee cups. When my brother in law sat to drink his coffee, the chair completely collapsed. There was no staff to notify; we put the chair to one side. Thankfully his quick reflexes averted injury. All in all not a terrible hotel but could use some updating and more conscientious staff at reservations/front desk.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was alright but when it comes to checking in and out is another thing it was a hassle paid for the hotel online with my CashApp card and when I had arrived and they asked for a security deposit fee and I had asked them if they accepted CashApp being how they took it the first time they told me no they didn’t accept it and that I would have to either have cash or a bank card that isn’t CashApp, Venmo, Chime, PayPal etc rude as can be and not only to mention they had kicked me out my room until I had paid a security deposit fee for my pet and later that night I had paid the pet fee and the staff was nothing but disrespectful but the day of check out I woke up late and apologized to the housekeepers and they were nothing but rude and told me that I had 5 minutes to get out or else there were going to be police there and I had a lot of stuff in my room being how I stayed a few days there but and 5 minutes wasn’t going to be good enough for me so I had asked if I can get a little bit more time and after I had got everything out they were nothing but nice as can be asking if help was needed and I told them that I didn’t need any help from them got everything into my car and walked back in so I can get my security deposit fee back and I was denied my security deposit fee and I want and I am going to be calling the head honcho and reporting that and everything else.
This is not the first time either that this has happened to me

Met my brothers coming from Ohio here, had to be at a sporting event by 7am the next morning and while the location was perfect for us this property wasn’t. Very outdated and ceilings leaking. Furniture in lobby heavily stained. Property is also a long term rental. Vehicle with flat tires in lot that had been there a long time. Everyone that smoked congregated outside of lobby, my room was right above there and smelled like a 50 year old ashtray. Broken tiles in bathroom and everything felt unclean. The lady doing check in was nice but I had to stand in the lobby while she had a smoke break.
