To Whom it may concern, my experience with this hotel was not a good one. When I first checked in on 8/14/24 The checked me into room #257 which seemed to be a storage room with paint buckets and different things. So I walked back to the front desk and explained to the guy at the front desk that the room was a storage room. He said I thought i put #207 I said no it was #257 here is the video that i took with the key and room number. The guy at the front desk said and the door opened? I said yes. He apologized then gave me another room. #221. So I went to that room to inspect it to make sure it was ok, only to discover that there were stains on the sheets and black mold in the bathroom on the cieling. and it looked to have been painted over, and not done well. I then went back to the front desk, They guy was leaving for the night and a female was there so she gave me another room #357. She stated to let her know how that room was. To my suprise it was better. I think the the hotel can be upgraded a little more and housekeeping should make sure they are verifying that the cleanliness of the room is up to par. I then parked in the back of the hotel, to be closer to my room, and none of the doors let me in with my key i had to walk all the way back to the front of the hotel just to get into the building. When I got there the guy at the front desk stated that we can walk out the doors but we cant get back in. I then asked then what the point of the doors having key access if the keys wont work. a little frustrated at this point. so I left it alone. I thing I should receive so type of accommodation for the inconvenience. Then there was a $12 fee per person for breakfast. I thought Breakfast was included. But that was that. Also the coffee machine didn't work in the room. I was not happy. But the DNC was in town and there was no other place to book everything was sold out so I stayed, But I was not happy at all.

Jeder macht mich wie eine Familie und mit Respekt. Ich gebe ihnen, was sie mir geben. Keine Probleme mit den Mitarbeitern. Freundlich, ich denke an sie als Teil meiner Familie. So glücklich ich wähle die Hügelstelle für meine in der Zwischenhäuser.

Die Kontrolle im Personal war nett. Die Kontrolle aus dem Kerl, nicht so nett. Sie tragen alle regelmäßige Straßenkleidung und Sie können nicht sagen, ob sie dort arbeiten oder nicht. Die Kontrolle aus dem Kerl sprach so schnell und schien verschlimmert, wenn er sich wiederholen wollte. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem ersten Zimmer, wo der Schließfach nicht gefangen würde, das zweite Zimmer war schön, aber die Wärme funktionierte nicht. Das dritte Zimmer war gut. Der Gentleman, der mir mit allen Zimmern half, war sooo schön und geduldig und entschuldigt. Sie geben einen Griff und gehen kalten Frühstück beim checkout. Ich denke, das ist wegen der Pandemie.

Das Hotel liegt dort, wo ich es für diesen Preis benötigt. Nahe Arbeit und nicht weit von Restaurants und Einkaufen. Die Service war durchschnittlich nichts besonderes, die Check-in-Beamte war freundlich genug und die am Morgen ein wenig charmanter, was ein Gleichgewicht schuf. Das Zimmer war etwas sauber, obwohl es einige Lebensmittelschütterungen auf dem Teppich in einem Abschnitt des Zimmers scheinen zu sein, aber ich fühle mich, dass es wahrscheinlicher als nicht außerhalb der normalen für dieses Gebäude. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Ort.

Am Tag, an dem die Rezeption angekündigt hat, dass das gebuchte Zimmer noch einen Raum übrig hat, damit es kostenlos gestaltet wird, und der Gesamtservice ist gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Frühstück ist etwas einfach. Der nächste Tag im Hotel WiFi ist nicht online, es ist gut, wenn Sie den dritten Tag schnell abziehen, und die Effizienz ist etwas niedrig.

The room was spotless & comfortable. We stayed in the main building and appreciated the convenience of the restaurant & the parking lot. All of the personnel were friendly and helpful. Also the food in the restaurant was very good. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel & we will return.

Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, es gibt ziemlich viele Kategorien, ich fahre mit meinen Kindern mit dem Auto und ich fühle mich sehr wohl. Der Parkplatz ist groß und der Parkplatz ist ausreichend. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum. Es ist sehr bequem zu essen und zu essen. Daneben befindet sich auch eine Autowaschanlage. Die SB-Waschanlage kostet 3 US-Dollar.

Chef Jeffrey Dobbs was outstanding and the bartender David made a very good Old Fashioned for me. Chef Jeffrey cooked up a salmon dinner perfectly. He also whipped up a delicious dessert of ice cream, chocolate brownie with fudge sauce. Chef came out to say hello and was quite personable. Five plus stars for Chef Jeffrey!!!! Your people at the front desk in the PM hours were not the sharpest and or attentive. Walked by the front desk many times since I stayed at this property five nights on two different business trips. The evening front desk group looked as if they did very little to nothing productive. Just standing at the front desk waiting for their shift to be over. Note: There were other more competent looking and productive people at the front desk that showed interest in what they were doing during the morning hours. I'll stay at this property again because Maria who is the breakfast hostess in the morning is very nice. Your breakfast selections and quality is excellent. Kudos to Chef Jeff again for the breakfast quality/taste and of course Maria who makes sure each guest is attended to and coffee if hot and ready. See you next time.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen. Es ist ein gemütliches, sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem Pool. Sie ermöglichen Hunde, die ein Plus für uns ist! Nahe dem Oakbrook Mall, wo sie viele Geschäfte und Restaurants haben. Das Front Desk Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfreich. Wir würden sicher wieder zurückkommen, um zu bleiben!

Absolute worst Hilton property I’ve stayed at in recent memory. ACs weren’t functioning properly and were blowing hot air making it very uncomfortable and hard to sleep. You got a different answer depending on who you asked. Front desk said engineers were working on it, a maintenance member said it had to do with the weather and they still had tarps on top of the units on the roof, another front desk associate said certain wings of the hotel just don’t cool off as much as others which turned out not to be true after I switched rooms, and it was just as hot. When I say hot, I’m talking close to 80° inside the room. I know because I bought a temperature gauge and brought it back to the room to find out. The hallways and lobby are much cooler than the rooms. Everyone was complaining and the hotel did very little to accommodate the concerns. I was told they could check me out so I could go to another hotel if I would like. Another solution from one of the hotel staff was to put me in a room with a balcony, and they said to prop open the door and let the air flow through. Meaning both the balcony door and the hotel room door. I would like to say Crystal and Sam in the evening at the front desk tried to help, but I believe their hands were tied in what they could do for the actual air. They offered a fan and waters. They were very friendly, despite how uncomfortable it was. Inside the room was very rundown. Several security items were broken, including the safety door latch, and there was no way to lock the sliding door or sliding screen on the balcony. In addition, the bathrooms were filthy, and a lot of the fixtures coming apart. See the pictures. Stay away at all costs. Plenty of other great options anywhere but here.
