Es ist alles wegen Mary. Wir haben in den letzten 40 Jahren hunderte und hunderte Nächte in verschiedenen Botschafts Suiten und Hilton Properties geblieben (einschließlich Wohnen im Washington Square Tigard, OR Botschafts Suites für Monate im Jahr 2005 während unseres Hauses gebaut wurde). Ja, und ich meine nie, haben wir in eine so erstaunliche, sorgfältige, gedankenhafte, professionelle, organisierte, gründliche und glücklich charmierende Front Desk-Host wie Mary gelaufen. In aller Ehrlichkeit würde ich vorschlagen, ihr eine Erhöhung in der Hoffnung, sie nie zu verlieren. Ja ...she ist THAT gut! Mary ist ein Superstar mit einem Hauptstadt S! Aber ich werde Adriana sagen, dass das Frühstücksdetail auch ziemlich süß ist und eine erstaunlich harte Arbeiterin. Auch schreien Sie auf Gisele auf dem Vordertisch, der mein 27. Geburtstags Abendessen gerettet hat, indem sie eine Dusche über die Parkplätze in Ihrem Schwester Hotel The Hampton Inn auf Jan.25 anordnete, als das Wasser zum ersten Mal ausging. Aber unsere gesamte Erfahrung kommt zu einer unglaublichen, wunderschönen und engagierenden Lady ...Mary. Ja, ”Es gibt etwas über Mary!”

When we arrived at 7.30pm following a very long, stressful journey we could not see any staff. After waiting 5 minutes I went to the laundry and found a member of staff and asked if anyone was working on reception, she said she would go and find someone. Eventually a receptionist arrived , no apology for keeping us waiting and grumpily said ID, when I handed it over she said “oh good” in a sarcastic way. She proceeded to ask us why we were visiting the area and after explaining we were touring round she said (in a very uninterested way) “oh interesting”. She then told us about the daily evening reception that we could enjoy but this finished on a Wednesday (the day we arrived) and she said oh well maybe next time. The room had a very strange lay out. You had just about enough room to walk between the bed & TV. Every morning the room and corridor was filled with the smell of food being cooked (we were on the 4th floor). The smell was the same every day so it couldn’t have been coming from a room. As this hotel is in the IHG family and we had stayed in a couple of these already on the trip and had received a daily cleaning service we had assumed we would get the same here. After being out for the day we returned to find that our room had not been serviced. I went to reception and spoke to the same person that had checked us in. She asked if we had read the notice at reception (to explain what cleaning we would receive), I said no, where is the notice and she couldn’t find one! She then asked what service we had been receiving at other hotels and I explained that as they are in the same family we would assume it would be the same. She then told us they only clean every 5 days but she would give us some fresh towels. Breakfast was unsatisfactory. They serve until 9am on a weekday. We went down at 8.30am the first day to find cold coffee, no yoghurt, no fruit, virtually no cereal and no staff to ask. After that we sorted our own breakfast. To rub salt into the wound when we got home we found that they have debited our credit card around $500! This stay was prepaid, we did not incur any incidental charges and we have had no invoice from the hotel to explain what these erroneous charges were for. The case is now with our credit card company. It seems a shame as the hotel itself is quite nice but obviously poorly managed.

The place was the best! The staff all stunningly kind, helpful and friendly. I stayed at 2 other establishments this trip. This hands down won. It was less expensive. I really appreciated the breafast and coffee. They had real! Milk for the coffee. They dont charge for coffee, parking, or breakfast unlike one of the other hotels stayed. Nice quiet location. The bed was clean. The room freshly smelling. Its not modern but comfortable and homey. Great kitchen. Large fridge. Amazing laundry room. I have compared i am soo glad i found this. The value is right on. I want alot! For a low price They delivered!! Thank u for the stay. And the staff were amazing from the breakfast guy to check in peeps.

Ich habe hier ein paar Mal geblieben und jedes Mal war es großartig! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Einrichtungen sind gut.

Es war nicht voll zu Kapazität, was eine bessere Auswahl des beantragten Zimmertyps bedeutete (wir mögen den oberen Stock und nicht durch den Aufzug, und erhielten es). Wie die Gegend entfernt vom Stadtzentrum, hier mehr Geschäfts-/Industrie, aber immer noch einige Einrichtungen in der Nähe wie ein ganzes Essen nur wenige km entfernt. Starbucks nicht weit für ein schnelles Frühstück. Gute Lage, einfach auf der Autobahn zu springen. Nur 20 Minuten nach der Stadt. Es scheint wie Personalprobleme wie alle Service-Industrien in diesen Tagen. Aber Zimmer war gut, ruhiger Bereich, anständiges Bett (Komfort). Gewöhnlich kleine Mikrowelle/Kühlschrank. Ich habe über die Preislinie gebucht, um einen etwas besseren Preis zu erhalten und verwendet ihre 'Preisbrecher', wo sie Ihnen eins von 3 Hotels zum gleichen Preis geben. Ich hatte nur für die anderen zwei Hoffnung, weil sie Suiten waren und Küchen hatten, aber ich bekam diese eine so zuerst war ich ein wenig Enttäuscht, aber insgesamt glücklich, da es neuer, moderner und sauber war. Restaurant geschlossen, kein Frühstück. Gefallen mit ihm insgesamt.
