I took my family down for breakfast before we checked out and was met by Ms.Terry. Let me tell you about your team member who went above and beyond. She engaged with my children, asked about our vacation and how much fun they had. She checked on us throughout our breakfast to make sure we did not need anything. She maintained the breakfast table area, the buffet line and kept the food stocked. She did all that while still greeting and asking people about their day and stay. I appreciate everything she did to make our morning better

Ich denke, dass es ruhiger und komfortabeler sein wird, dass es weit vom Flughafen entfernt ist, nicht. Es wird angenommen, dass die Epidemie nicht lange genug wiederhergestellt ist, die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind seit Jahren nicht mehr repariert. Die Schüttelfrost ist leicht geschwürt, bleibt eine Nacht, es ist zu müde, das Problem vorübergehend wieder zu warmen Wasser zu lösen. Die Türen, die sich gegenseitig scheinen, sind auch zerbrochen, und es gibt einen Meister, der repariert. Es wird geschätzt, dass das Zimmer einen Geschmack der Regensaison hat, weil die Würmer schmutzig sind.
Es gibt keinen Eindruck mehr von der Rezeption und dem Frühstück.

Definitely recommend! Room was extremely clean! The gentleman working the desk was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good with a lot of options! Pool was clean and available to use! Small fitness room available. Was nice and quiet. Was a great stay to get away from the storm! Close to a lot of stores and restaurants (walking distance to some) my only complaint is if the beds was a little bigger. (We had 2 double beds wished they was at least queen sized) But other than that was great!

We accidentally left a wallet containing money and cards and a pair of AirPods when we checked out. We had not noticed that we had forgotten these items! The items were secured and we were contacted within a hour of us leaving! When we returned , our items were secured in the back office and everything was in the wallet! The staff here is awesome! Sheena, the front desk associate is extremely helpful and super nice!

VV CarterDie Dame, die das Frühstück vorbereitet hat, war so nett. Der Kundenservice war ausgezeichnet. Sie half uns Waffeln und Getränke zu machen. Das habe ich wirklich geschätzt. Der Ort war sauber, das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das wird sicher wieder im nächsten Jahr sein.
Der Aufzug ging vorübergehend runter und war schnell wieder in Ordnung.

Ich hatte meine Tasche nie zu einer solchen Vernichtung gekommen und fühlte mich hilflos. Ich wusste nicht, dass ich wandte sich von Qualität Inn Nick arbeitete, dass Nacht er sagte ihm die Situation und er wollte mich nach dem Wandern den ganzen Tag helfen, alle behandelt mich wie eine Obdachlose Ich besitzt Lake City Auto Verkäufe in Swanson Stadt in Erholung und Lake City Florida jetzt weiß ich, wie sich die andere Seite fühlt seitdem ich Ihnen danke Nick danke Ihnen Qualität Inn für mich zu Hause fühlen

GGuest UserStayed here because I was returning a rental car to Hartsfield Airport early the next morning. Not wanting to drive all the way from Macon early, the fiancé and I stayed here. I was a bit leery about staying at a Red Roof after my previous experience at the one which is closer to the airport, but after staying at this Red Roof, my concerns went away. The young lady behind the counter, even with her first day being back to work after a long vacation, was very friendly to my fiancé and I. We had a room with a king sized bed, which was very comfortable, and everything in the room worked as it should have. I did not hear any noises, especially traffic, as this hotel is literally off of I-75. Check out was very easy, and the staff were still as friendly as the young lady was the night before. This will be my new hotel to stay at when I either have an early morning flight or if I’m returning a rental car to Hartsfield.
