Taxis haben sich nicht auf eine 15-kilometerige Strecke von 28 Kilometern vom Flughafen Philadelphia ausgewählt. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, nicht zu verändern, das öffentliche Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Keine Rezeption. Vorläufige Reservierung von Zimmern, begrenzte Ressourcen, ist unschuldig. Ich habe eine Nacht verbracht.

Had a business meeting in the vicinity of the Philly airport. I haven’t been impressed by most of Marriotts airport offerings, the Residence Inn my usual hotel was unavailable. Took a chance on this property and I was quite happy with it. It’s a newer Fairfield Inn and this showed through the hotel and rooms. Most Fairfields I’ve stayed at were older properties and this is better than all of them hands down. Room was clean and tip top shape. Free parking is always great. There is a 24hr Wawa a couple minutes drive away. I’d recommend this property to anyone liking to stay in this area and if you have access to a vehicle.

Overall this is a good hotel that I continue to come to when visiting family in Philadelphia. The staff is phenomenal, the hotel is generally very clean upon check-in and it's pretty convenient to most parts of the city. My biggest issue every time I stay is housekeeping. Although I take my tag off the door, I leave it at a good time , and see them on the floor, my room is never cleaned unless I actually stop at the front desk and request on my way out. He started leaving cards under your door to let you know they stop by unfortunately they slip the card under your door after you've already left your room. So essentially I leave the room no one has come by my tags off the door and when I come back as a card under my door. They did this twice during my last day and I had to complain at the front desk. I have stayed there for longer than five days and still only have my room clean one time and that was of course on request. Although the hotel has returned to normal operations this is what is lacking. Again the front desk staff are great, my check in the room is usually clean, and when I request things I've gotten them pretty quickly. I will continue to stay when I am in Philadelphia but I wish they would do something about housekeeping..

Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt. Im Kühlschrank waren offene Getränke und Essen. Das Zimmer riecht düster. Der Toilettenpapierhalter wurde gebrochen und nur in einem nach unten anhängenden Winkel. Ich reservierte das Zimmer für drei Personen, aber nur zwei Handtücher waren im Zimmer. Es gab überhaupt keine Seife. Ich glaube, die Blätter waren sauber, aber mit diesen Fragen und mangelnder Aufmerksamkeit auf die Reinigung und den Zustand des Zimmers im Allgemeinen habe ich meine Zweifel. Die Vorderseite und das Personal waren freundlich, obwohl ich nie gefragt wurde, wie mein Aufenthalt war, als ich auscheckte. Ich bin ein Hilton Diamond-Mitglied und wurde nicht aktualisiert und ich musste um das Wasser, das ich empfangen sollte, bitten. Ich habe den Nahrungsmittel-/Getränkekredit für einen Tag erhalten, aber nicht für den zweiten.
