We were in Cincinnati visiting Motorboat garage with our boat club and this area was close by so I decided on this hotel because we are Marriott Members and we were staying with points and it was a bit less points then the Courtyard right next door. I am so glad we picked here. The hotel was so quiet, the room was super modern, clean and updated. We had the Studio which had a nice big King Bed, Desk, Nice Sofa & a Full Kitchen. We were only staying a night but if you were in town for an extended stay this kitchen would be awesome had everything you would need. Bathroom had great lighting with a nice vanity and a huge walk in shower. It even had a makeup removing wash cloth which i always bring my own and have never seen a hotel with these. What a nice touch. I was just super impressed for this being a mid range Marriott brand it's one of the nicer hotels we have been to for a residence inn. Would 100 % stay here again. The area would also be great if you didn't want to drive as there are tons of restaurants around you could walk to and its easy access to the highway. My only ding would be parking, its self parking $10 a day in the garage or valet $14 a day. I personally just like parking lots but this is what you get in big cities. If you need a clean, quiet hotel this is a great option.

Stayed here only because of a sports tournament, it was on a list of recommended options. It had an overwhelming, unpleasant smell upon entry-trying to disguise a bad smell with a floral spray. The rooms weren’t super clean. There was a remnant of something on the pullout bed’s mattress, and a child’s neon glow necklace from a prior stay. The soap dispenser was entirely empty in the shower. Called “guest services” to replace it at 6:30am (no bars of soap available) but no one answered. Went down to front desk at 6:45am, asked for it to be replaced by noon after our tournament, and had to call down again because it still hasn’t been replaced when we got back. Towels were small, thin and frayed. Air conditioner had a leaky hiss noise for 30 minutes upon turning it on. Breakfast was really disappointing to similar properties that offer free breakfast. Bananas were browning. There were only 2 tables in the breakfast area for 5 floors of families, many leaving at the same time for sports events. The outdoor “fire pit” doesn’t work…it is just for show. Overall, really disappointing, especially for a facility representing a Hilton property.

Really clean and great hotel. Staff was really nice. I was treated like a true Hilton honors member not one thing out of place in the room. Would highly recommend. I was having an issue with my luggage and couldn’t quite pull it to the elevator so a very nice lady at the front desk helped me bring my things to the elevator and it’s so nice to know that there are great workers out there still. Unfortunately, I forget her name

Place was very clean, quiet, friendly people and employees were great. I asked for a remote control because I couldn’t find it in my room and I was brought one immediately (found the one in the room afterwards so my mistake), asked for an extra blanket and received that immediately as well. Sonny was on the shifts I stayed and he was awesome and he’s the one that immediately took care of what I needed as well as checking me in and out. The owner of this place is amazing, I’ve known her for almost 18 years now and she has really fixed the place up nicely and the backyard patio area was an amazing peaceful place to sit and watch the fish in the pond. I will be staying there as often as I can!

GGuest UserHatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Ort hat tolles Personal. Ein Stand ist Robin im Frühstücksbereich! Was für eine freundliche und insgesamt glückliche Person zu behandeln. Frühstück schließt um 10 Uhr, was bedeutet, in der großen Mehrheit der Hotels ich verbleibe in, dass das Essen aufhört, wie 9:15 Uhr zu lagern und sie tatsächlich um 9:30 Uhr reinigen, so dass um 10 Uhr sie sind fertig. Nicht hier !!! Robin ging um 9:59am um die Leute zu fragen, ob sie etwas anderes brauchen, bevor heheh begann zu reinigen. Sie hat sogar die Dinge wieder gefüllt, die die Leute um 9:55am gefragt haben! Und es gab keine Dringlichkeit. Ich sah eine Mutter mit 3 Kindern, die versuchten, Frühstück zu sammeln, und Robin ging aus ihrem Weg, ihr zu helfen. Kann nicht genug über wie groß der Service war. Ihr Manager haltte am Ende auf und er war so freundlich wie sie war. Großes Team

GGuest UserDer Gastcomputer hatte viele Viren, so war es sehr, sehr langsam bei der Herstellung von Verbindungen. Bad Dusche nötig Ersatz. Das Motel war voll und eine große Gruppe von Kindern verbrachte die meisten Frühstücksartikel bis 7:15 Uhr. Die Firma konnte nicht die Gegenstände ersetzen und lief aus einigen Dingen wie Pancake-Sirup. Was war ziemlich gut, aber es war langsam, um Eier oder Sauce wegen kurzer Personalisierung zu bekommen.

I stayed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham and it was really great. The staff were friendly, the room was big and had everything I needed, and the free breakfast was yummy. They also had a gym and a place to do work, which was handy. I think it's a really good place to stay if you want a nice and easy time.

GGuest UserDas Personal ist großartig: warm und freundlich. Das Hotel war sauber und fühlte sich ins Innere sicher. Das Bett war ziemlich komfortabel. Das AC funktionierte. Die Lage des Hotels war nicht großartig. Es gab große Löcher im Teppich, schreckliches Kaul rund um das WC, die Tür war aus Wassertropfen gefärbt, der Bad-Fan war laut (auch effizient). Vor der Eismaschine war im Halle ein Teil eines Bademantels - nicht einmal ein volles, sondern ein Teil eines mit einem gebrochenen Rand. Mein Zimmer stand vor dem Interstate und es war wirklich laut. Dies ist der Ort, wo Sie bleiben, wenn Sie wirklich eine angemessene Rate brauchen und nicht viel Zeit in Ihrem Zimmer verbringen.

JJohnny SI came to get a little peace and quiet for 8 days .. I realized that I had no lights in the restroom ,so I spoke to the front and they said they will get on it..My peace ended when I noticed my car was being told for parking backwards..The lady at the front desk never made it clear to not park backwards..She only said! Make sure the parking pass was visible..I was lying in bed and kept hearing something backing back in forth..So I ran out the door with only my drawers on to stop the guy from towing my car..And their little towing sticker says the car wasn’t going to be towed until 9am ,but the guy wanted 75 dollars to drop my car.. At the time it was 1am..Satan definitely was here this night ..My blood pressure went high to the roof,because I came for peace and they took my peace away from me..This is a game and their making plenty of towing fees off of it..
