Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir brauchten ihr behindertes Zimmer mit dem Rollen in der Dusche. Ja, das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war am Ende einer langen Halle im zweiten Stock ... Ja, sie hatten einen Aufzug. Sie haben auch ein behindertes Zimmer im ersten Stock, aber wir waren früh zu überprüfen und das erste Stockzimmer war nicht bereit, aber das zweite Stockzimmer war ....Wir nahmen es und es war ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Hotel hatte eine minimale Probleme mit TV-Service, aber es wurde schnell gelöst und war kein Problem. Wir schätzten die frühe Eincheckung sehr. Das Zimmer erfüllte unsere Bedürfnisse einfach und war sehr angenehm. Alles funktionierte und Frühstück war sehr gut. Dieses Hotel wird wahrscheinlich unsere Wahl für zukünftige Aufenthalte in Greenville sein, da wir sehr wahrscheinlich zurückkehren und ist komfortabel, aber auch in einer ruhigen Lage; nur hoffen, dass ihr behindertes Zimmer für unsere nächsten Besuch verfügbar sein wird

Had the pleasure of staying at the hotel early May. From the beginning being picked up at the Airport by Monty could tell this was a very nice place He is so friendly and full of information with a smile that goes on forever. ! We were checked in by Marion Brayboy who was available to us for our many questions during the day- always smiling and tolerant 😀. This is a nice older hotel that has conference rooms available. It also has a restaurant where the food was delicious. Marie made the dinner even better. So pleasant and accommodating to our every whim. Also there is a bar attached that has televisions so you don’t have to miss a game. Louis was also great to work with. The beds were very comfortable and for the first time in a long time the hotel pillows were great. If you’re ever headed that way, this is the place to stay.

I went back to check my receipt to make sure this was the same HIE after reading the negative reviews. I'm not sure what's going on, but I thought this was a good option. The property is near the 85 exit but not right at the exit so it's in a quieter area. I didn't notice any traffic noise but we may have bene on the side that doesn't face the highway. Our room was clean and updated. It was actually pretty good for a HIE brand hotel. The A/C worked well and there is ample easy parking. We took the shuttle to the airport - which is actually an Uber (hotel pays) but that may have been because we left really early. You can pay a small fee and leave your car there. Overall, I thought this was a good option and I would return.

Large room, clean. Balcony overlooks the parking lot and road. TV did not work, but someone came and fixed it. WiFi worked well. Extremely high water pressure that could not be reduced; actually uncomfortable taking a shower. Only disappointment was that they don't provide free breakfast.
