Our stay was better than we could have imagined. We had water damage to our house and our insurance booked us into stay bridge. We ended up staying 5 weeks. The King suite with a kitchen met our needs beautifully and the staff was very helpful. The food service staff are amazing and friendly with a fully stocked hot breakfast buffet every morning with many choices. The courtyard outside with fire pits and furniture were a welcome setting after a stressful day at work. The availability to grill our own food was also very nice. Our room was cleaned every week and we had clean towels whenever we needed them. I would recommend for anyone!

I'm a Bonvoy Silver Elite member and have stayed at many of the Marriott umbrella hotels around the world. This is our fourth visit to this Residence Inn in the last 2 years. My son (14) and I stay while he works with basketball trainers locally for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. We have stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and 2 bedroom suite with full fridge, oven, induction cooktops. dishwasher, coin-op laundry and fully stocked kitchen. We cook almost all of our meals in the room. The staff are warm, friendly, responsive, hardworking and kind. If you need something for the kitchen, they are happy to make it right. The front desk will hold delivered packages and food delivery apps work well. Because of the Residence Inn location and staff, every trip to Grandville is smooth and easy. Grand Rapids airport is 25 minutes away, supermarkets, department stores and restaurants are very close. The rates are relatively inexpensive and I think an excellent value. Though the property is not perfect, it is well maintained and the staff clearly work hard and take pride in what they do. The elevator was working during our visit. We will be back again in March 2025.

Voraus buchte direkt über Choice Hotels und dachte, ich würde den “Member Rate”. Ich kam, um die Rezeption Ticketpreise für die gleiche Nacht als $60+ weniger als wir bezahlt zu hören. Als wir fragten, ob wir diskontiert werden könnte, wurde sie sehr verteidigungsfähig. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und sehr schön, aber beraten, es ist nicht richtig angekündigt! Es gibt NO im Hotelrestaurant. Befragt wurde, der Manager (der sehr verteidigungsfähig und nicht freundlich war) erklärte die Bar & Grill über das Parkplatz war ihr Restaurant. Es ist nicht für Frühstück offen. Er wurde ziemlich belebt, dass ich ein Restaurant Frühstück wünschen würde, wenn sie kaltes Getreide und Toast für Frühstück bieten. Äh, am Ende der Manager und ich einverstanden, eine vollständige Erstattung zu erhalten und wir gingen irgendwohin für die Nacht. Als wir verließen, vermieteten sie unser Zimmer für mehr als $60 weniger als wir bezahlten... Auch haben sie einen wunderbaren Pool, der offen ist, aber sie sagen nicht, dass sie nur eine Familie zu einer Zeit zulassen, Sie müssen Ihre 1 Stunde Zeitspot vorbehalten und bis zur Zeit, die wir in allen Spots überprüft wurden, wurden außer für den 9.00 Uhr Spot eingenommen.

War erstaunlich und Zeit

We booked a block of 25 rooms for our son's wedding at this hotel. We were very, very pleased with the rooms, the comments from our guests about the plentiful and restocked breakfast each day and the price. Jasmine, the Director of Sales was very helpful, polite, efficient and friendly. We dropped off ”welcome gift bags” for each of the rooms and she personally made sure they were delivered. I called many times with questions and Jasmine always took the time to help. We arranged for bus transportation and the hotel graciously provided details to our guests when they asked for information. The weekend was exceptional and we thank all of the staff for their care and attention to details.

Spouse & I stayed 4 nights. All staff members were friendly, helpful and courteous. We booked too late to get a first-floor room. Comfort Suites staff put us on the east side of the second floor (of the three-floor building.) Our room was very close to the elevator, but far enough away that we weren't disturbed by associated noise. It was easily the largest room we've ever booked and easily accommodated the two queen-sized beds & sleeper sofa. The AC wall unit at the window worked fine. All the customary complimentary amenities were easily accessed. The hair dryer worked fine once it was moved to a live electrical outlet nearby. The tiny working deck outside the window contained a couple of micro-wave antennae. (We failed to bring protective our aluminum-foil hats.) The window could be slid open from inside for fresh air and had a stick to ensure it wasn't opened from the outside. Downsides: The four clothes hangers in the closet were traditional ”hooked” devices. (Tip: bring along extra.) When the TV was off we could hear muffled footsteps above us. Our view was mainly the south end of an enormous Wal-Mart parking lot. The curtains did a fairly adequate job of blocking the lot's daylight-level illumination at night, as well as from the sunrise. The only ice-dispensing machine is on the first floor toward the end of the hall. Comfort Suites' policy on multiple-night stays is to only clean on the third day - unless requested otherwise. We didn't request anything special, but our room was cleaned & replenished every day. The only negative was housekeeping removed some stinky cheese we'd left out after our first night. Free breakfast was decent, with a pretty good selection of hot and cold items. Pool was popular, yet clean.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Super clean, comfortable, and quiet (located away from noisy streets or highways). It's like-new with modern features, like a sliding bathroom door and walk-in shower. Lots of counterspace and space to set suitcases. Very cleverly designed kitchenette. A not-too-bright built-in nightlight in the bathroom was a perfect touch (since I had forgotten to pack mine). The breakfast was Way Better than your typical included breakfast. Pet friendly! Friendly staff that made us feel welcome and appreciated.
