We stumbled across Motel 6 Cutler Bay by accident. Our truck broke down on the highway and had to have it towed. The tow guy recommended Motel 6 to us. So, here we are. This motel 6 seems to be different from the others. It was clean, staff polite and courtesy and the prices were the lowest in town. Now, don't get me wrong, paying $149.00 a night at a Motel 6 is steep, it was still the best price in town. The room was clean and they had good coffee. Thank you for a great night sleep.

Das Personal war großartig! Das Zimmer war präsentabel. Das erfreuliche Frühstück war erstaunlich! Nahe dem Outlet Mall. Neben der Autobahn 1. Viel Restaurants und schnelle Gelenke in Minuten Fahrt. Echt Nacht.

This was the third or fourth stay at this hotel, and for good reason. We came to Miami for a surgical appointment and we stayed at this hotel again because our stay here earlier this year was a very enjoyable experience. This time was no different and it started even before we arrived. I messaged ahead of our arrival and requested a ground floor room because my wife was to have the surgery (which, btw, was successful) and we needed an accessible room. The responding representative (Dan or James?) was most helpful and he agreed to reserve a room for us, and when we arrived we headed straight for that room. Things went simply well with our stay from there onward, from 7 through 15 Sept. Generally, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, assisting us whenever we needed something during our time there, particularly the front desk staff. We noted that all this happened during a fairly difficult time for hotel staff generally because of reported labour/industrial issues at major hotel chains across the USA. In short, we were impressed with the professionalism (and if my wife says it, that's saying a lot!) and we can only encourage the staff to please continue with this attitude and approach; it will keep guests coming to this hotel for a very long time. This quality inn is a great alternative to expensive (resort-fee) hotels. I’ve stayed here twice while doing personal business in Miami Beach and not having sufficient time or inclination to pay for amenities I don’t use. Though it is a half hour drive from Miami Beach this location is easily accessible and the traffic is manageable certain times of day. Nice residential neighborhood that I felt safe running in the morning. Close to many family friendly restaurants & The Falls mall which has an Apple Store. Updated clean & spacious rooms. Very comfortable queen beds. Nice pool & patio, free parking and free, breakfast. Well run, family-owned establishment. I chatted with the owner last year and she said her family owned and operated it for 40 years. My brother and I shared a room and both agreed that the place is simply pleasant and relaxing. I love staying at the beach but when I have no time do it this place is my go-to alternative.

Ich wünschte, wir hätten früher ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel gefunden! ! ! Kann es sehr empfehlen !! Die Leute waren so nett und freundlich, der Service war ausgezeichnet, die Zimmer waren großartig, vor allem mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit allem, was man sich vorstellen kann! ! ! Der Preis war fantastisch!!! Wird auf jeden Fall für zukünftige Reisen im Hinterkopf behalten!!!

Es ist etwas abgelegen, aber es ist immer noch bequem, das Zimmer ist sauber, die Toilette ist ein Whirlpool, nicht ein Blumenbad, es gibt Kühlschrank und Mikrowellenschrank im Zimmer, die Heizung kann angepasst werden, mit einfachem amerikanischen Frühstück, Mitarbeiterfreundlich

Compendium: Customer oriented staff. Simple and comfortable rooms. Decent amenities. Well maintained. Very short distance to shopping sites. “So, why would you stay all the way out in Homestead, which is sort of like in the middle of nowhere?” That’s what a friend asked me after a few stays at this hotel at the tip of Florida. I informed the individual that this TownePlace was definitely a hidden gem in my eyes. It is definitely a distance from the major cities like Miami, Doral and FLL but it is still a great choice for many reasons. If you are fond of shopping then there is a shopping plaza ~ 5 minutes driving distance, with off-price retail stores like Ross, Marshalls, and TJ Max, and brands like Old Navy, Kohls and the must try ‘Its Fashion’ for fashionista females who might love trendy or urban clothing(I found myself wanting to either pick out some items for friends or just bring them and watch them find multiple beautiful items at a great price.) There isn’t much of a view but there is a Wendys in walking distance, and you can make a quick dash to Publix or Mcdonalds across the street. The front desk staff to the housekeeping and maintenance workers are always friendly, personable, and some staff like Sasha and Maria - definitely my favorite front desk staff and housekeeper, respectively - will always ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. Maria would often ask if there is anything I need without being prompted or asked. Their personalities and work ethic are both awesome and perfect for their positions. The hotel also seems to uphold safety and privacy standards rather well as I’ve always observed them asking for identification in a polite manner. Even Jesus, one of the maintenance workers whom I constantly ran into, was very friendly and would greet me with a “hey” and smile even when I wasn’t aware he was nearby. But if you arrive at night you will possibly be greeted by Emory and Elias who are also very likable and amiable. As I’ve stayed at this location a few times, I can say that the rooms are well maintained for a hotel built in 2016. Maintenance ensures the hotel is well kept and preserved. The rooms are simple with no bells and whistles but you’ll feel relaxed and comfortable. The TVs are a decent size, maybe 47', and there is the basic selection of channels . They do come with a full kitchen setup. Utensils are provided. The showers have always felt clean and hot water is always available. The gym is a decent size(maybe borderline spacious) with an adequate selection of equipment. I once grilled at 2am in the morning and was even able to get an oven mitt upon request. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfast and it is a decent selection. There is often yogurt, milk, Belgian waffles, cereal, and veggie frittatas. The breakfast staff is very friendly so if you do not see something you like do not hesitate to ask, as I’ve seen about two people ask for something specific and the kitchen

Ich habe ein Meerblickzimmer reserviert, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Bett ist auch groß und komfortabel, die Zimmerlandschaft ist sehr schön 😻 Das Hotel hat täglich Bus zur Stadt und zum Hotel, es ist sehr bequem. Das Hotel Frühstück ist einfach, aber sehr lecker 😋
