Danke Cindy, Sarah und Gabe. Sie haben es für meinen Freund am Geburtstag besonders gemacht! Ich schätze die Güte und Willkommen! Wir haben das Essen am Frühstück und Abendessen geliebt. Ich wünsche mir, dass ich den Namen unseres Bartenders am Montag 29th erinnern konnte, sie machte eine tolle Gespräche und machte uns wohlkommen. Das Hotel ist 12-15 Minen entfernt zu den meisten Restaurants, ich werde sicher zurückkommen, wenn es sonnig ist:)

I used to enjoy staying at the Pacifica Suites many years ago. It was a beautiful place for families to stay, and the hot breakfast was a huge bonus. During this stay, the hotel felt really run down, old, and overpriced. The bathroom shower head and toilet were worn and stained. The toiletries provided were cheap and ineffective. There's not even a soap dish near the sink. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable, and the bedding was stained. We had to call for pillows and a blanket to be delivered. The grounds were not well kept (e.g., overgrown bushes on the outdoor staircase). There is no food or fresh coffee items (even though many hotels continued to offer packaged breakfast items even during covid). And why do they charge $10 per day for a space in an open parking lot?! Our 2 night stay was super expensive and uncomfortable and felt like a big rip-off. I would never stay at Pacific Suites again.

Let me start by saying I used to love Hilton up until this experience. We are Diamond Members which means we use their hotels A LOT. After watching our son play tennis, we decided to stay in town at Hilton Garden Inn. They didn't offer room service but they had a very cool rooftop restaurant that we decided to go to. We ordered wings, an Arnold palmer for my husband,(he hasn't had alcohol in 16 years) and a glass of wine for myself. The server took approximately 20 minutes to bring our drinks but after I waved to him that the drinks were sitting at the bar he brought them right over. NO BIGGIE. A lady who was super talented was Playing the guitar and we were having a nice time. After about about an hour I ordered another wine and asked the hostess if we could sit near an open fireplace because it was a bit cold. She said yes and we went closer to the performer and near a fireplace. Perfect! After another 2 hours I had ordered a margarita but it wasn't to my liking so I asked my husband to get me another chardonnay. As he got up, the hostess put our bill down and stated that we were cut off. We were confused! My husband, hoping for clarity, went to speak (politely) to the bartender and ask what had happened. It was obvious to us both that there must have been a mistake. The bartender yelled at my husband that he had been serving my husband all night! That we were drunk. My husband, like I said, does not drink. And in over 3 hours there were 3 drinks on the bill! All mine and one of which was never drank. My husband told the bartender that he was mistaken and that he has been sober for 16 years and also as a diamond member expected some clarification. The bartender MOCKED my husband's sobriety saying ”yeah, we are all sober! And we are ALL diamond members! Haha!” I was mortified. Absolutely, positively humiliated. We could not order dinner to go and were KICKED OUT!! To add insult to injury, as I was walking out the bartender grabbed my arm to push me along. After we got to our room, my husband went down to speak to management but he was put aside because the cops were there to stop a bar fight up at the rooftop bar!! Ding ding ding! There were the culprits!! Hilton reached out, apologetically, and said that they did indeed finger the wrong couple, but the damage was done. I will never go there again. Das Hotel ist eine elegante Umgebung, das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel; die Lichter und die Wärme des Schlafzimmers machen die Menschen sehr komfortabel, und es hat ein schönes Bild gemacht, das dem Zimmer einen Schönheitsgefühl verleiht; die Rezeption kann sich selbst helfen, warmes Wasser zu pumpen und Kaffee zu pumpen, das ist in den Vereinigten Staaten weniger häufig und kann warmes Wasser zu trinken!

I had a bit of trepidation booking this hotel, but didn't have much of choice as everything was booked or super expensive for UCSB's open house for admitted students. Turns out it was the nicest Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. Room was small, but furniture was nicer than other Motel 6's and water pressure was great. Same soap/shampoo/towels as other Motel 6's, but it was nice that room seemed and felt a step above other Motel 6's. We did pay more for this Motel 6 than other locations, but I chalk that up to the UCSB event and it being Santa Barbara.

Need to increase staffs working at night. It is not safe for all the guests. More table and chairs at the breakfast room. More variety fruits and food.

The Marriott Residence Inn in Goleta has been our families home away from home when they visit. My parents live on the east coast and come to visit several times a year and always stay here. It is truly a vacation for them. From the delicious breakfast each morning, to the comfortable room and amazing amenities in my opinion it's the best place to stay in Santa Barbara. My dad loves the pool, jacuzzi and workout room. My mom loves sitting by the fire pits. I'm always amazed by how incredible the staff is. They are so helpful, friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. I can't thank them enough! I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

Very satisfied with the room, amenities and staff (front desk), who are very helpful, friendly and considerate. The property is quiet and well maintained. Easy on/off the 101. It is not a “suite” with separate bedroom – it’s like a typical motel room; except the cleaning/linens are not done daily. It has a well-functioning kitchen. You need to get the utensils, dishes, etc. by request after arrival, which no surprise (maybe request they put them there before arrival?) ). The the rates are reasonable for Santa Barbara, being the second least expensive in Santa Barbara/Goleta. (but I don’t do Motel 5 +1) Close to gas stations, Starbucks, In N Out Burgers and ½ mile from small ***** shopping with Vons super market, coffee house with food, and shops; plus Cody's Restaurant (has a nice outdoor patio – rated $$ - $$$ AmericanCafe). There’s many 5 star ratings that provide more positive insights, and with whom I agree. The 1 star ratings possibly happened, but I doubt the compaints are valid. We experienced none of that nonsense; there’s always some complainers.

Schöne Landschaften, schöner Pool und Heißtub. Große Lage für die Santa Barbara-Gebiet, um die Attraktionen, Museen und Orte zu genießen. Nahe zum Einkaufen, Strand und viele historische Attraktionen. Auch in der Nähe der Autobahn, die Reisen nach und von der Ramada Santa Barbara bequem.
