Ich kam von Katy TX, weil meine kleine Schwester einen Wrestling Tournament hatte. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war großartig, Check-in und Check-out großartig Kundenservice ...Nur 1 Nacht geblieben, aber wunderschön und sauber .... liebt auch die Valentinstagsdekor ❤

Ich prüfte in ein Zimmer mit 2 Queen Betten mit meinen Kindern. Nach der zweiten Nacht wurde ich durch Bettbogen gebitt. Als eines der Betten hatte ein Bettbogen und es waren Spuren von Blut auf der Kissen & Bettblatt. Dann ging er zum Bad & es gab eine große Steinwand um. Geh zum Kundenservice & dann schalten sie mich in ein anderes Zimmer. Plus der Badezimmer Stocktile war los. Am letzten Tag ging ich zum Pool mit meinen Kindern, das Poolwasser war kein Wasser mit Chlor, es war Chlor mit Wasser. Ich hatte unsere Schwimmkleidung gebleich und irritierte Augen. Es war eine schreckliche Erfahrung.

Nach dem Thanksgiving war der Eincheckung ziemlich einfach und das Zimmer war bei 3 wie erwartet bereit. Es war sauber, aber kaum jede Handtücher (verglichen mit anderen Hotels der gleichen Kalibrier.) Keine Hänge im Kleiderschrank, die eine Art Würfel ist. Kein Notizpapier und keine Fernbedienung für das Fernsehen, das das Schlimmste aller ist. Die Barntüren zum Bad sind kein gutes Anruf, weil sie nicht ganz geschlossen bleiben. Der Safe im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, und als der Wartungsmann (der sehr effizient war) versuchte, es zu ändern, musste er es von einem Aufsichtsbeamten namens Tamara genehmigt haben. Sie schien es ok zu glauben, es zu versuchen, es zu reparieren, wenn es offensichtlich war, dass es ersetzt werden sollte. Nach 30 Minuten mussten wir darauf bestehen, dass sie eine Entscheidung treffen, weil wir zu einer Vision gehen mussten. Er installierte die neue und es funktionierte. Das Frühstück ist eine gute und gerechte Vielfalt an Nahrungsmitteln. In Anbetracht aller jüngsten Bewertungen, dachten wir es möglich, dass mangelndes Geschäft während der COVID-Verriegelung die Verwaltung zu einem Kürzung der Ausgaben veranlasst haben. Ich weiß nicht, dass ich hier nochmal bleiben würde, aber es war nicht besonders schlecht für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben.

First, I booked a stay at the location, specifically asking if it would be possible for me to check in around 9-10am vs at 3pm. Right away, I got a friendly and professional response, explaining that they would not be able to guarantee this prior to my arrival, due to not knowing which rooms will be ready. I understood that completely, no problem! They went on to say in a follow up email, that they would do their best to accommodate my needs, and couldn't wait to see me! (The bus does not drop off in front of the property, so, I had to walk a bit, which isn't too bad except I was having to carry several big heavy bags.) I arrived at the location at 1pm, I walk in and there are about 3-4 staff standing behind the desk, I approach and they all simply stop and stare at me, without a single smile, wave, or word! So, I broke the ice by saying I had a reservation, the response was a lady pointing to the next register and saying, ”He will do it over there”. So, I go to that window, the older man asks my name, he pulls it up, and says, ”I don't have a room ready yet, it isn't cleaned. You have to wait til 3pm”. I look at my bags, and very politely, I said, ”if it just has not been cleaned, it's ok, I can clean it.” He of course says, ”I can not give room without it being clean!” And I understood that, was fine with it. Then he adds as an afterthought, ”That if you want room before 3pm, it's a $20 fee. I was a little upset walking out with my bags trying to figure out someway to pass the next 2 hours without having to go too far with my belongings, but, rules are rules, so it was not a deal breaker! But then, as I am walking back to the property, I run into a friend of mine, he asked to use my phone. So, he walks with me so he can make his call. We walk in the door a few minutes past 3pm. He walks over to waiting area to handle his call, and I approach the woman at the window. This lady has sort of an attitude and asks what I need, I tell her I have a reservation, she asks for my name, then she asked for my phone number. I didn't understand what she said when asking for my number, so, I said, ”I'm sorry? I didn't catch what you said!” She just looks at me ... My brain actually kicked in at that moment and I gave her my number. She then mumbled under her breath something about she doesn't know if she has a room ready yet... She then looks at me and said, with attitude,”For future references, when you do a reservation online, you need go enter the actual number of guests...” I understood the confusion, and so I responded with a bit of surprise, ”Oh, no, I did update it, it should have been 1, I am the one getting the room! She glances towards him, and I explain to her that he was only with me because he needed to use my phone. At that point, this other female staff member who had not spoke at all to this point, gets an attitude while directing her statement to her co-worker she says, Unhunh, no they were walking together from wayyy back there!” I said, o

Wir waren enttäuscht, dass es in der Lobby nichts Frühstück gab, wo die Kaffee- und Saftbar waren und wo Stühle und Tische eingerichtet wurden. Ich weiß nicht, ob es für das Frühstück eine andere Gegend gab, aber es gab keine Anzeichen, die uns anderswo richten.
