Es war ordentlich. Ich hatte Angst, meine Zahnbürste zurückzulassen, aber als ich es der Rezeption sagte, gaben sie sie mir freundlicherweise. Vielen Dank☺️Ich hatte eine tolle Erholung!

The first time we visited the USA and after Orlando and Washington we stayed in this hotel new jersey near George Washington bridge for 5 nights . .I wanna mention good things first and that is the front desk officers .very cooperative and respectful with their guests .one of the Chinese officer helps me in luggage shifting .that's so nice of him .I don't know his name .thank you.other there lobby is good . .but so many things they should give importance.first the lightning in the room is worst .it's dark for us .few lamps just No proper lights. secondly no pool no spa no activities for kids no proper area for any sort of activities .only gym .so that's ridiculous.the worst thing is the breakfast.we eat halal food .no customise egg no live cooking .we take cereals only .that tall waiter is so rude and disrespectful I could nt visit that area again .I did complain but they say sorry only.he neither gives or asks me for tea .neither display it or early close might be .but you should respect your guest whether he is Muslim or not .shame to him .he should be kicked off from this hotel and get some manners classes .so never wanna go again and never recommend to live there .

Ein neues Hotel wurde gerade renoviert und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich. Obwohl sie in der Nähe der Straße liegen, sind die Zimmer mit schallisolierten Fluren ausgestattet, so dass es im Grunde keinen Lärm gibt. Das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und sehr zu empfehlen.

Love this hotel, small and cozy and pretty. the front desk is very helpful and polite. they gave us senior discount and we travelled from Canada. its served the purpose well, the United Palace theatre is just 10 min walking distance. The only issue is the water leaks from the shower stall when we shower.. for (queen bed suite ) the reason is its narrow, which is understood for small suite. I would give 5 stars in spite of it. The hotel staff comes and cleans it right away, as we did not expect it. they were willing to provide the needed things. Book it with confidence. So, pretty, and clean. Trust there are no MICE, because in the street outside there are plenty, looks like they keep it out of mice.

Ich kam 25 Minuten vor der Eincheckung und es war kein Problem. Nach der Eincheckung ging ich in mein Zimmer und ich wurde abgeblasen, das Zimmer war super sauber. . Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm ohne Probleme. Gute Job-Tage inn halten Sie es auf! Bis bald!

Accidentally booked this hotel replacing earlier apartment. After reach it’s little far from down town but very convenient Bus service just out of hotel in road 158 take you 42th street. Nice and very clean big room. It’s perfect for those who they want relax in peace atmosphere. Front Counter always welcoming with smiling faces. Specially Colombian Guy willing provide you all your assistance. A good thing free coffee in different flavors always waiting for you 24/7. Overall I will stay again my next trip for sure 👍

Was there for 40th high school reunion .. Hubert Lester .. Kim and Hyorim were excellent representation for your hotel I am local and will continue to come back . Shout out to Hilton. I was given name of General manager and will also send an email Amy hiccups were taken care of in a timely manner

I’m sorry ,but I can’t not give this hotel more than 2 stars . The hotel itself is a newer Hampton Inn and nice looking ,the rooms are also new and nice . MetLife stadium: the hotel advertise they are close to the stadium and a good choice if you are going there . Well ,non of the staff knew anything about how we could get there or come back (we asked 3 different stafff members) . One didn’t even know the stadium existed. No shuttle . Ok price if you take an Uber to the stadium,extremely expensive to take one back . If you go to a day game you can wait a bit in the shopping mall before you take an Uber back For a night game be prepared to pay usd 100-150 to get back to the hotel. Breakfast: Extremely chaotic ,not enough room to all the people staying in the hotel . Long lines all the time ,we didn’t even bother to eat there the last day . Grumpy staff who closed at the minute even if people were still in line . Housekeeping: They were supposed to come every day we were told . First day they didn’t come ,second we asked them to come . They gave us fewer towels ,no toilet paper and didn’t clean . The lastt day when we were checking out and shouldn’t have cleaning ,they came . The worse case was the night we came back after being out for 10hours. Our keycard didn’t work ,I went to get a new one and was told it wasn’t the card it was the lock that was empty for power (must be a normal problem as they knew without checking) … they should send and engineer. I tried to say we were 3 people sitting in the hallway with a lot of shopping bags . He said it would take 15-20 mins … we sat there exhausted in the middle of the hallway outside the room . No one came ,after 30mins I went back to the front desk . They seemed to have forgotten about the whole thing . They were friendly enough,but this wasn’t ok at all . It was close to 10 in the evening and we sat there in them hallway . They came after what was close to an hour and changed the whole lock . Again ,front desk was friendly enough,but had no knowledge about anything. I stay in hotels 7-10 days a month and has never experienced something like this before . They could at least offered some kind of compensation. I will never stay again and can not recommend this hotel .

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war komfortabel und das AC funktionierte gut. Da es 100 Grad war, war das Ac eine Muss. Der Kaffeemacher in unserem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, aber der Kaffee war am Morgen in der Lobby komplementär. Frühstück war 10$ pro Person. Der Busstopp ist buchstäblich im Hotelparkplatz, der noch wunderbarer ist! Es wird 4.50$ pro Person kosten (exaktes Geld) und der Bus führt Sie zur Hafenbehörde. (Times Square).Das einzige, was ist, dass der erste Bus am Morgen um 9:30 Uhr am Wochentag ist. Also wenn Sie früh in der Stadt sein wollen, ist es vielleicht nicht der beste Ort zu bleiben. Für uns war es okay. Wir hatten keine Sorgen, da wir um Mitternacht im Hotel zurück waren. Auch besser, der Busfahrer wird Sie am selben Bushaltestelle (Hotelparkplatz) spät abends, wenn Sie aus der Stadt zurückkommen. Da das Hotel in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft mit Büros liegt, ist es sicher, dass Sie spät in die Nacht zurück zum Hotel kommen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie den Vorderbüro-Verwalter bitten, Ihnen einen Busplan für alle Details zu drucken. Sie müssen auch wissen, dass der Bus die 167Q ist. Nicht die 167T. Und wenn Sie Ihren Ticket am Terminal kaufen, um wieder ins Hotel zu kommen, wählen Sie Zone 3. Und nicht spät sein. Die Busse am Terminal sind in der Zeit und werden nicht warten und extra Minuten bei der Tür. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und nahmen den Bus an der Tür 326. Die Fahrt ist etwa 20 Minuten, um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Für uns war es der perfekte Ort, zu bleiben, weil wir nicht unser Auto benutzen wollten. Eines hätten wir tun sollen, obwohl es ist, die 7-Tage-Metrokarte für 34$ zu kaufen. ( wir nahmen einzelne Fahrten) Dies ist definitiv der beste und billigste Weg, um die Stadt zu erreichen, so zögern Sie nicht, diese Karte zu kaufen. Wenn ich nach NY zurückkehre, dann bin ich sicher, dass ich wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehre, weil es sauber, billig und perfekt ist, um sicher nach NY zu gehen.
