Ich kam in die Stadt für einen Besuch mit einem alten Freund. Es war eine tolle Hotelerfahrung! Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und die Bettwäsche auch schütteln und sauber. Viele Handtücher und Toiletten wurden auch bereitgestellt, wenn Sie nicht Ihre eigene hatten. Ich werde jemanden wissen lassen, wie groß dieser Hotel ist, durch die Gegend zu reisen.

I checked in on January 5, 2024, after I had a house fire. The lady that checked me in was great, but it quickly went downhill from there. I did not have housekeeping all weekend. On Monday I called and ask if someone could please make up my bed. I was told yes. I called in around 5:00 p.m. because no one came. I was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. I was told that they would put me down for a full clean on Tuesday. After no one came I called at around 2:20 p.m. I explained that I was promised a full clean. They stated that no one told them, and housekeeping was gone. I was promised again that on Wednesday I would get a full clean. When no one again showed up on Wednesday, I called the office again, I was told that housekeeping was gone. I explained how I had been promised for two days that someone would clean my room. They sent the head of operations to clean my room. In the meantime, I had cut my leg making up my bed and apparently, I had bled on the sheets. I got a call from the general manager waking me up on Thursday explaining how they had found biologicals in my room. I explained to her how they got there. In the meantime, someone from housekeeping stole all my daytime medications That I had just filled due to the house fire. I went to see the general manager and explained what had happened. She stated that they must have accidentally got thrown away. I gave them a benefit of a doubt that that was what happened. I had to jump through hoops just to get them filled again. A few days later I noticed that they had stolen my diabetic medicine and that they had open a box that was in my room and stolen all my pain medication. I had to go 18 days without my medication. I went to see the general manager to report this, but she was not in. They taped a message on her door asking her to call me. Of course, she never called. I went back down on Monday and again she was not in. They again taped a note to her door asking her to call me, but of course she did not bother to call. So, unless she wand to be ignored, disrespected, lied to and stolen from and stay in a dirty room don't stay there.

Ich hatte einen AMERIKANTEN Aufenthalt hier mit meinen Freunden. Wir blieben die ganze Nacht lang aufeinander malen Nägel. Das WiFi war sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Vergiss nicht den Toast mit Schlamm! Obwohl jemand um einen Knochen gefragt hat, riefen sie mein Tier-Shirt und gab es ihnen. Kinda seltsam ngl. Der Zimmerservice war so schlachtbar, dass sie mein Gepäck genommen und in die Zeichnungen gelegt und meine Hemden in Schwänze gefaltet. Ich bin nicht sicher, wie sie das getan haben, aber gehen Bestie. Die Betten waren so komfortable und weiche mein Freund Sadie ging dort schlafen und fiel in die Mutter. Sehen Sie sie für ein paar Tage hoffen sie ok in der Mutter Reich. Best von Wünschen nicht sterben. Bewegen. Das Badezimmer war so geräumig, wir passten hier 73 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. (Nicht mit den 35 Schlafsäcken.) Die Dusche war so heiß meine Haut geschmolzen und die Dusche drain nahm es. Es wird dringende Anschuldigungen. Als ich und da Jungs ausserdem schwingen, kam ein riesiger Roboter und nahm alle ihre Taschen. Was für ein Ende für eine tolle Reise. Alle in allen 5 Sterne. Ergänzungen zum Koch. Töte Mädchen Pop. Mehrwertsteuer tolle Preis.

Es ist die billigste und sicherste in dieser Stadt. Es gibt eine Hampton Inn neben der Tür und es ist eine 100 mehr pro Nacht, die Sie nicht hier aushängen wollen, es ist nur ein Ort zum Schlafen, aber sehr sauber nur älter und Sie fühlen sich sicher

Stayed here using my Hilton points si I really cant complain. The room was clean, comfortable, and the beds was great. The only complain I have is the barn door they use to cover the closet and bathroom when you are using it. The hardware for the door looked like it wasnt mounted properly causing it to come loose, the wheels on the door kept hiting the wall mounts and the door wouldnt close. I told front desk and showed yhem picture when I left. Plus if a person has a toddler bouncing around and they slide it to come out of bathroom it could easily hit the child with the door. This is a safty concern with this style door. The housekeeper also walmed sraight in on us the next morning saying yhe room was on her vacated list, frontdesk said it showed us checked out and was staying another night. I dint know what was happening but it was all incorrect. The breakfast was pretty goid, it had all of yhe essentials nut nothing to write bome about. The facility looked very clean on the unside and on the out. Had to laundry area during stay, it woukd be good to have a couole chairs in this area while waiting. Over alk it was a goid stay other than the housekeeping and the reservation issue.

Best Fairfield Inn at which I have stayed to date and as a Lifetime Titanium member, I have stayed at a LOT of Marriott properties and Fairfield Inns in particular. This place is new and its cleanliness and modern feel will attest to that. The staff is very nice and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and assist you in whatever need you might have. Unlike most hotel properties currently, there staff is actually present and accessible. If you are looking for hotel-type lodging in Rome, GA, look no further. The breakfast was GREAT. A cut above what you normally find at Fairfield Inns. It is also refilled and warm. They have a great back porch area where you can sit by a fireplace in cooler months or listen to the birds during the warmer ones. They have a bar and it serves food. The only thing I would tweak is to offer more food items, particularly microwaveable meal types, in their marketplace pantry. If you come in late at night and aren't interested in sweets, there's nothing there to eat. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. I look forward to an eventual return.
