Room was not vacuumed, hair covered the tub and floor, toilet had hair and pee everywhere. Mirror was filthy. Someone had pulled the plug out of clock radio and left it plugged in. I went to unplugged radio and grabbed live wire. There were construction workers living at the hotel. They were sitting in the hallway, even right outside our door, playing music loud, standing in the hallway all the time, on the phone at 7am taking on phone very loud. We all felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. The hotel next door was closed down for some reason, which was part of theirs, and all the guests that were staying at the hotel were switch here. They didn't even inform the guests. Just left a sign on the door, check into other hotel. So they normally use the big kitchen at other hotel but since it was closed there was NO nighly reception and breakfast was horrible. All done by microwave. Coffee grounds in coffee 3 days in a row! Breakfast was super greasy. The pool had to be treated with more chemicals because overgrowth and no sign posted. A worker told us about it. The room kept changing the temps back to 74. We asked for connecting rooms and one room was on one end of the hall and the other one was clear other end of the hall. So much for family staying together!!! Room key didn't work on 2nd day. The front desk seemed annoyed that we were there. They didn't bother telling is about the reception or breakfast. We will not be staying here again. Also maid cart left in hallway all 3 days. And no pool towels on 2nd night stay. Hot tub was warm and not strong and next night super hot and strong. People were vaping and smoking everywhere. Everywhere smelled of smoke. Bathroom was so small you could sit on toilet and wash hands. Shower wasn't hot. And when you pulled on shower lift up not only half the water went to the shower head. Strong smell of **** inside and outside of hotel.

Schreckliche Lage, müde Marriott Hotel, schmutziger Büro-Agent (ca. 20 mit Nasenpierz) der nicht auf dem Büro war, als ich ankam. Ich sagte, ich wartete 15 Minuten, sie sagte: ”Ich war im Badezimmer!” Keine Entschuldigung. Das Zimmer war angenehmen, großes Bett und Kuchen, und das Frühstück war schön. Sie braucht jedoch eine Kundenservice-Ausbildung.

Overall, no real complaints. For the price, I'd have expected a bit more in terms of room size or amenities. With Pear Tree being the ”cheaper” Drury Inn, I'd expect to pay less. That being said, it was a satisfactory experience with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a lovely pool. We will miss our rope bubbles.

What was right - the room layout and the bed. But, so much was wrong. No welcome 'gift' for Silver members (not even the bottled water - they said ”this Hampton doesn't give anything to Silver Honors members”). TV didn't work. Ice makers didn't have ice. Refrigerator small and didn't get cold. Bedspread wrong size for bed. No cookie or apples welcoming you at the front desk or dining/lounge area. No yogurt for breakfast. No Fruit Loops or Frosted Flakes (or generic equivalent) at breakfast. Overall disappointing. We stay at Hampton Inns because we know what to expect, and we like the consistency - makes it easier to be away from home. This was a disappointing stay and they either need to be consistent with Hampton Inns elsewhere or change their label.

Sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Qualität des Holiday Inn. Geschätzt ist es hier sehr qualifiziert. Das Wichtigste ist, dass es genau in der Mitte des Bettes einen zusätzlichen Tisch gibt, einen Snack. Auch die Innenbeleuchtung ist sehr gewohnt und weich.

Das Spiegellicht im Badezimmer ging aus und weiter. Als ich es berichtete und eine Wartungsperson aufsteht, sagte er, dass sein Boss die Teile nicht bekommen, um es zu reparieren. Es war sehr irritierend. Auch der Tauch im Badezimmer würde kein Wasser halten. Das war sehr ungünstig.

Unfreundlicher Service; sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, aber minimale Ausstattung. Amerikanisches Standard-Frühstück, aber wenig Auswahl.
