1 star is generous. The general manager of this roach motel, Jasbir Singh, is a shady, lying, vile slum lord. His own employees told me that he's notorious for forgetting what he's said and lying to guests... I experienced this first-hand. I called to check availability. I spoke to Jasbir, who confirmed his name during our conversation. I asked for a military rate. He said they don't have one, but he'd give me a courtesy discount price of $452.76/week. I reconfirmed his name. The next day, the woman with whom I checked in called Jasbir to confirm the discount he'd promised me. He told her he didn't remember having such a phone call. She gave me the discount anyway. A week later, I went to the front desk to pay for another week, but was told I'd need to speak with Jasbir to get the same discount. The woman told me to not pay anything until I speak to him. However, Jasbir was never around when I was told he would be. This happened when I tried to pay the next week, too. After I'd been there 2 1/2 weeks, another manager called to ask when I am planning to pay. I told him about Jasbir's discount, and just like the women two different times at the front desk, this manager told me to talk to the elusive Jasbir Singh. That same day, I finally found Jasbir. Trying to be a succinct as possible, my conversation with Jasbir went as follows: He yelled and screamed and told me he never spoke to me on the phone, blamed his employees for making mistakes, and called me a liar -repeatedly- for saying that he and I had a phone conversation he'd forgotten about. HE SAID HE DOESN'T GIVE A MILITARY DISCOUNT BECAUSE ”I DON'T GIVE A SH*T ABOUT THE MILITARY.” He demanded I pay the full rate for the past 1 1/2 weeks I'd been trying to track down my discount, which I refused based on what he promised (and principal). When he knew that he had no more cards to play, and I'd proven that he'd made a mistake, he even threatened to call the police. All of this unnecessary drama because he either forgot what he'd told me or he did a bait-and-switch. Judging by the unprofessional manner by which he addressed my issue, I think it was the latter- he was just trying to get me to pay significantly more for the 1 1/2 weeks that were due- the 1 1/2 weeks that I was lead to believe I'd be paying the rate promised to me. An hour after this conversation, I went to the front desk to retrieve a package that USPS confirmed was delivered earlier that day. Jasbir refused to give it to me. Jasbir Singh is a deranged little bald man. 2 other guests have told me that this establishment either did the same thing to them or to someone they know. The place is also constantly under-staffed. Jasbir Singh is a dirty, lowlife swindler. Record every conversation you have with anyone at this place, and DO NOT EXPECT THIS BUSINESS TO HONOR THE PRICE THEY GIVE YOU.

Das Hotel hat sich in den letzten Jahren viel verbessert. Dauerhafte Hausaufbewahrung ist für mich ein schöner Kontakt. Die meisten Hotels sind seit den Pandemienjahren gestoppt. Das Frühstück ist angemessen. Angebote sind frisch und für Geschäftsreisende und Familie geeignet. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig klein, aber das Königsbett und die Kissen sind sehr komfortabel. Nice AC Thermostat hält das Zimmer schön und cool während der Wärmewelle in dieser Woche. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde zurück gehen, wenn ich nächstes Mal in der Gegend bin. Danke!

Es ist ein Motel, kein Wunder, dass der Preis günstig ist. Die Hygiene im Haus ist nicht gut, es riecht seltsam und es ist nur wenig besser, die Tür für längere Zeit zu öffnen. Am nächsten Morgen tauchten zwei Polizeiautos auf und es scheint, dass etwas schief gelaufen ist. Kein Frühstück, kein heißes Wasser im Zimmer. Der Schwarze an der Rezeption hat eine allgemeine Einstellung.

Anything you need they help. No worries, no problems. Quiet surrounding, and right near all major shopping and I loved the honesty and graceiousness from the staff. The bathroom was great and the room had a refrigerator and microwave!

Ich möchte auch sagen, dass das Zimmer so groß war. Nachdem wir den Pool besucht haben, der viele Pool-Nüsse für die Kinder hatte, gingen wir zum Restaurant. Personal war sehr aufmerksam und untergebracht. Bek war schön gemacht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Wir genossen unsere Zeit, als Dan uns Getränke ausbrachte, aber es gab eine besonders harte Kundenpräsentation. Einmal erhielt sie es an ihre Aufmerksamkeit und es wurde korrigiert. Die Jungs (Bek und Dan) sind der einzige Grund, warum wir uns noch einen Cocktail genießen.
