Ich muss sagen, dass dieses IHG Hotel wahrscheinlich das beste, wo ich jemals geblieben bin! Ich reise für Geschäftsreisen und bleibe in vielen IHG Hotels. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sind hervorragend. Das Personal ist freundlich und bereit, wenn nötig zu helfen. Das Frühstück ist der übliche Preis, aber ist frisch und reichhaltig. Jeder trägt VT Hokie-Geschirr, das ist immer ein Plus. Wenn Sie sich durch Südwesten Virginia reisen, halten Sie an der Holiday Inn Express in Dublin. Sie werden wirklich nicht entschuldigen!

Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Es wäre nicht jemand am Frontdesk manchmal, der unglücklich war, aber immer noch eine gute Hotelerfahrung.

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt hier. Es ist sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden für einen niedrigeren Preis geliefert, den ich auf einer Online-Buchungsstelle gefunden habe. Das Frühstück war schmecklich mit vielen Optionen zu wählen, und das Essen war sauber und gut gelagert. Wir werden hier wieder bleiben, wenn wir durch das Gebiet reisen.

We have stayed at this Hampton multiple times on our trips from Florida to Pa and we were completely happy in the past. But, this time we checked in online and stopped at front desk for our keys. The room selected for us was not cleaned...unmade bed, towels on floor and room in disarray. We returned to front desk and a very nice person (Victoria I believe) apologized profusely and assigned another room. This time the room appeared fine; after we unpacked saw that the bath sink did not drain and was somewhat unclean with dead flying insects in it. I picked up the phone to notify the front desk but the phone buttons did not work so used my cell phone. We were not going to ask for a chg of room but wanted to be respectful in reporting issues for the next guest. This morning I see that the alarm clock does not work. Although these were not deal breakers for chging a room after being on the road 10 hours, they were inconveniences that have never happened to me in over a decade being a Hilton honors member and traveling frequently in business. Check out your room before unpacking or explore other hotel options.
