The hotel has spacious rooms and a little free parking. These are two only good things. The rooms are smelly. The airco is not properly balanced! The breakfast is terrible, the worst we have had in the States, so far. Very limited choice. No warm food. When we came to breakfast very early at around 7 am there was only one yoghurt, 2 beagles, no spoons and there is no space to eat. You have to take everything to your room. The hotel is built in a very cheap way. You hear everything. All sounds from outside- and it is situated at a busy street and you hear all other guests, especially those above you, every move. I could barely close my eyes. And furthermore internet is not working! It is 2024 how is it possible? We would never get here back. Avoid this place.

We stayed there on Friday January 5. We used digital key. We had stayed here before. It's an ok hotel. We got our room on the 3rd and highest floor. The ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor but my husband was able to get ice on the second floor. We returned on January 15th. We again used digital key to check in (no need to go to the front desk). Our television was blue and we could figure no way to adjust the color. The ice machine on 3rd floor was STILL broken. As we were sitting there, our door opened. My husband saw the man who tried to get in, the guy was given our room as his. My husband went to the front desk and asked about the mishap. The front desk lady (an older woman) apologized and said she was trying to fix everything. The poor guy also had to go back to the front desk to obtain an unoccupied room. At one point, we had 3 rooms assigned to us in the app. When we left on the morning of January 16, we checked out at the front desk. We explained to the younger front desk person what had happened. She agreed that she had NO idea how someone else got a key to our room. I asked about the ice machine and said that we had been there 10 days earlier and she said, ”I think they are waiting on a part”. When I explained that our TV had a blue picture, she said, ”I think that someone is working on that”. We are Hilton Honors members, and thought that Hilton had a guarantee. We got nothing for our troubles. Not really even an apology, just excuses. Though we will probably continue to stay at Hilton properties, not sure we will stay at Hilton Garden Inns in Dothan again.

Basic needs are already in the room Other amenities were available - grill, pool, basketball court with great housekeeping staff who maintained the area very well

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer im ersten Stock. Zimmer war sauber und hatte keinen Lingegeruch. Personal beim Einchecken und Auschecken waren sehr warm und betrachtet. Gästezimmerservice-Betreuung war sehr günstig.

Das Zimmer riecht wie Urin auf dem Aufwachen. Es war so stark, dass ich ursprünglich dachte, es kam aus der Matratze, auf die wir legen. Es zeigte sich, dass es aus dem A/C kam. Wir merkten es nicht, als wir ankamen, da es einen starken Luftfrisher/Kölngeräusche im Zimmer gab. Der Fernsehscreen wurde beschädigt, als wäre es irgendwann geputzt worden. Es gab Farben überall auf der Decke. Auch die Mitarbeiter (die alle scheinen zu verwandt) sind auch sehr bemüht, sich zu überprüfen und wenn Sie Ihren Wagen um 11 Uhr packen, werden sie Sie alle wenigen Minuten zu harmieren, bis Sie verlassen.
