It was a decent hotel. I arrived late at night and the front entrance was a little dark and a bit non-descript. Check in was easy and the front desk receptionist was kind. I was disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub weren't available and were under renovations. I didn't see anything posted on the website about that and honestly would have gone elsewhere had I known. The room was fine. There was a big empty space where there could have been an armchair like most hotel rooms have. The bathroom needs a bit of work to be updated. It reminded me of a motel bathroom. The breakfast was good. There wasn't much of a buffet. It was just a step up from a Continental breakfast, but it was tasty at least. The location was good, right off the highway, and as a solo traveller I felt relatively safe. Overall I'd probably stay again since it was inexpensive as long as the pool and hot tub are functional. But probably only for a single night.

Der Parkplatz ist sehr groß, der Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Das Frühstück ist in der formellen westlichen Art, die Vielfalt ist sehr groß und ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist sehr warm umgeben und es ist sehr bequem zu kaufen. Und der Hotelverkehr ist bequem. Wenn ich nächstes Mal nach Lancen komme, muss ich hier bleiben.

Spending the weekend in Lansing. Had a very good stay. Especially enjoyed the breakfast. Room and facility was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the location. Didn't use the pool but others were enjoying it

The hotel is very nice. Desk staff were very nice as well. It’s located right next to Starbucks and the Outback which is very convenient. The hotel restaurant has a nice menu but I but pricy (basic hamburger $14.00 and fries are an extra $4.00). The fitness center is one of the better ones I’ve seen. As for the negatives, the pillows feel firm but once you lay your head on them they go flat and don’t provide much support. When I’m in town, I almost always stay here and have filled out surveys in the past. One issue I’ve had previously still is an issue is the filthy carpet in the elevators, some customers like me have respiratory issues and the smells and is filthy. It really should to be replaced with a laminate floor. Other than that, very nice hotel

The Crowne Plaza is a late 1970s/early 1980s hotel that needs extensive renovation. Hallways, ceilings, windows, doors, fixtures, the bathrooms, etc. All feel original to the hotel's construction. The lobby feels recently renovated but the decor is a weird mix of styles and color schemes. Nothing really fits together. There's certainly no theme. This is especially obvious in the hotel's bar and restaurant, Bordeaux. With a name like Bordeaux, you expect a French-themed bar and restaurant. Half the wall art are black-and-white photos of London, England. The rest are an assorted mix, including reproductions of French-looking art. There's no club lounge, the parking is self-parking in an uncovered parking lot, I didn't see a bellman or doorman to assist with luggage, and no newspapers were anywhere to be found. There was no hotel directory in the room nor any laundry bags. Room service doesn't seem to be offered either. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, but it is not open 24/7. That's a little unusual. I booked a king premium room, which is one of the hotel's higher categories. My first room had hair on and under the toilet seat and mold or mildew in the bathtub. The front desk moved me to a new room and gave me a $20 credit for dinner. The second room also had hair on and under the toilet seat. The windows in both rooms look like they have haven't been cleaned for years. Mold, dust, debris -- you name it. Just disgusting. The third room, the two-room presidential suite numbered 534, was cleaner but still very dated and not terribly well-designed. For example, the door that separated the bedroom and bathroom from the living room closed and locked me out from the other half of the suite. There's no door stopper and no way to unlock that door when the suite is being used as a two-room presidential suite. The closet is in the living room and not the bedroom. They have special bedding for the bed, including at least five or six decorative pillows. But when you remove the decorative pillows, you're left with just two normal pillows to sleep with. There's no mini-fridge nor any bottled of waters provided. The vending machines have been removed and there's no club lounge. The hotel doesn't provide soap in guest rooms, not even in the presidential suite. Instead, you get a wall-mounted dispenser containing hand wash. The dispenser isn't tamper-proof and may or may not be full. In my case, the first two rooms had empty or half-empty dispensers. No dental kit, mouthwash, shoe mint, etc. are provided. A robe was in the closet, but no slippers. These issues aside, two things that stood out about this hotel were the staff and the food. Both of my meals (breakfast and dinner) were very good to excellent. The dinner menu is pretty extensive with something for everyone. Despite being called Bordeaux, the restaurant doesn't have French food. The breakfast menu was significantly more limited, but the food was equally as good. All of the staff

Die Menschen haben immer negative Ansichten über Motel und die Gesamtsicht des Red Roof Inn ist nicht, was es einmal gewesen sein könnte. Ich verspreche Ihnen, dass diese Lage Ihre Erwartungen übersteigt und sich selbst für Geldverschwendung in jedem anderen Hotel/Motel in der Gegend schmeckt. Die Preise sind immer super vernünftig, auch am Wochenende, wenn wie jedes andere Hotel/Motel ein Preisanstieg ist. Was wirklich erstaunlich ist, ist, dass das Personal hier so engagiert und hervorragend ist, dass sie irgendwie in der Lage sind, sich die Gäste Gesichter zu erinnern und werden Rabatte auf Ihren Aufenthalt anwenden, wenn sie wissen, dass Sie hier vorhin verblieben, oder zumindest das war meine Erfahrung. Das bringt mich zum Personal. Ich kann nicht genug über die hervorragende Erfahrung mit jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter, den ich getroffen habe, sagen. Sie alle haben eine sehr positive Aufwärtsstellung und es scheint wirklich eine Freude, die höchste Qualität der Gastfreundschaft zu bieten. Sie fühlen sich nie wie ein unsichtbarer Kunde, weil Sie immer mit mindestens einem Lächeln anerkannt und Angebot, jede Hilfe zu bieten, wenn es nötig ist. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar! Das Hausbetreuungspersonal hier ist oben und ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details ist offensichtlich, sobald Sie in Ihr Zimmer gehen. Es gibt keine kurzen Schnittstellen oder vernachlässigte Bereiche in den Zimmern. Das Linen ist schrecklich, frisch und wunderschön. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Zimmer und die Lage ist genauso sauber. Sie sehen das Personal, das die Hauptabfallbehälter in verschiedenen Orten rund um das Gebäude regelmäßig über den ganzen Tag leert. Die Tatsache, dass sie die Zeit nehmen, um den Müll zu prüfen und nicht nur warten, um es überflüssig zu sein oder ein neuer Tag bedeutet, dass es keinen schmeckenden Geruch von jemandens Müll oder Insekten. Die Landschaft ist auch sehr schön und gemütlich gepflegt. Es ist ziemlich gut und die Zimmer sind super Sound-Beweis, das ist auch schön esp. wenn Sie versuchen, in zu schlafen. Ich verspreche Ihnen, dass Sie nicht enttäuscht werden in dieser Lage!!

Ich arbeite derzeit im Bereich Lieferungen, während ich als Ingenieur auf der Suche nach Arbeit suche. Der Ort ist erstaunlich und ich kann kaum den Preis glauben. Das Personal ist wunderbar und die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Das ist das dritte Hotel, das ich in Lansing gehabt habe, und es ist das beste der Bande. Das Personal war freundlich, die Lobby-Zone ist sehr gut gepflegt, die Heißröhre ist großartig und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Ich reiste für Geschäftsreisen und schätzte den großen Bar-/Landmarkt über die Straße sowie die Nähe zu guten Restaurants. Die Betten waren gut, aber nicht groß. Der Poolbereich war schön, aber der Pool war gefroren und der Poolbereich war zu kalt. Die Warmwasserleitung war hervorragend.
