Our trip to NC was a special Christmas gift to my wife. We planned it for February and chose this hotel in New Bern for its proximity to downtown. When we checked in, Laura greeted us as if we were family coming back home. She provided detailed info for shopping, restaurants, and even where to park. When we returned that evening, the heater wasn't working in the room and Laura very quickly relocated us to another room close by. She continued to show excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I've had to deal with some severe back problems and that night suffered from extreme pain and chose to drive home to VA. As soon as my wife told Laura we were checking out, she immediately wanted to be sure there were no problems with the hotel as she would do all she could for us. My wife explained my back problems to her so she would understand our early departure. Upon leaving, she expressed sincere concern for my health and for us to have a safe trip home. First, Laura was amazing and is a great representative for the hotel. Secondly, the hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We will be returning to complete our trip in the future, and we will only consider this hotel because of Laura. We highly recommend them and are extremely appreciative of Laura.

GGuest UserDas wäre ein 5-Bewertungswert außer für einen großen Fehler am Frontdesk. Wir waren in New Bern für unser 37. Geburtstag. Unsere Kinder sandten Blumen am 11. und wir wurden am 16. gemeldet. Die Blumen, die wir die ganze Woche genießen würden, waren tot. Wir wurden gesagt, wir haben die “keine Störung” auf unserer Tür verlassen. Wir wollten den Hausbetreuer betrachten!! Der Hausbetreuer, der uns geholfen hat, war Phyllis. Sie ist eine 5-Sterne-Beschäftigte. Giovanni hat uns eingecheckt und gute Vorschläge für Orte zum Essen gemacht. Der glänzende Stern des Hotels war unsere Frühstücksherzin, Katie. Was für ein Schatz!!! Sie exudes, dass sie ihre Arbeit liebt. Wenn die Führung weniger Interesse daran hatte, ob die Tische wurden gereinigt (Ich beobachtete den gleichen Mann die gleiche Tabelle 4 mal) und die Führungsrolle der Überwachung der Front Desk...Wir haben die letzten 15 Jahre in Marriott Eigenschaften aus den USA verbracht zu Spanien!! Wir melden, dass wir ein Paket hatten....normalerweise eine Nachricht auf dem Zimmertelefon oder ein Notiz auf der Tür, aber nie 5 Tage später. Management dachte, ein paar zusätzliche Punkte machte es ok... das ist nicht, was ich von Marriott erwartet habe!!
