Die Klimaanlage war schlampig und wurde manchmal sehr, sehr laut. Unsere Tochter und ihr Verlobter schliefen auf dem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa. Als ich versuchte, ihnen eine Decke zu besorgen, wurde mir gesagt, sie hätten keine und ich bekam ein Laken. Das Kingsize-Bett war sehr schön. Schöne Lage und an das ****** angeschlossen.

Overall, this would be a good hotel property - not amazing - but good. However, the insanely bright flashing light of the smoke detector (compared to smoke detectors in dozens of other hotels rooms I've stayed in through years of work-related and recreational travel) requires a WARNING: Bring a sleep mask. Or you may want to pack some masking tape or duct tape to temporarily cover the bulb of the smoke detector (of course, without doing anything that would interfere with its operation). This may not be an issue if you are not a heavy sleeper or if you find flashing lights restful. Even sleeping in a position that faced away from the detector, the intense, flashing, green light (about every 10 seconds) lit up the ceiling, walls, and sides of the pillow. I've experienced issues with flashing smoke detector lights before - but none like this one. Who was the unqualified buffoon at Marriott who selected this model for a room intended for sleep?! Apart from this [significant, for me] flashing-light-in-room issue, the hotel was decent. It seemed safe and reasonably clean. The rate was reasonable. The front desk staff were professional and competent. Bedding was comfortable. The location is convenient for accessing nearby downtown Omaha. The setting is a little bland - in the middle of an area of parking lots and sports venues. You'll need a car to get to more interesting areas of Council Bluffs & Omaha for meals, etc. The soundproofing is not great. We could hear our neighbors TV clearly most evenings as well as noise in the hallways. The hotel provides coffee but does not offer tea - in the rooms or in the front lobby. I guess the same genius who saved money by buying a combo smoke detector/lighthouse decided that lowering service another notch in order to save $0.50 per guest (on tea) was a smart idea for a business in the hospitality industry. A final note on the smoke detector. The light bulb on this model illuminates both on the outside (like most models) but also (deviously!) within the inside of the plastic frame - and the frame has a big grating. So even if you put a small piece of tape or a band-aid on the exposed, outside part of the bulb, you will still get to see some flash from within the grating. With apologize to the reader if this review seems a bit obsessed with the smoke detector, but I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotel rooms and not experienced a flashing smoke detector light THIS intense before. My primary goal for my hotel room is sleep, and it boggles my mind that someone chose a model with a very bright flashing light for a hotel room. Come prepared.

Das Einchecken war schnell und einfach. Das Zimmer war groß. Allerdings nicht die sauberste. Ich reise zum Glück mit antibakteriellen Tüchern! Der Toilettendeckel hatte Urinspritzer auf der Rückseite und die Ecke neben der Wanne hatte Schmutz und Ablagerungen. Auf dem Bettbezug befanden sich Partikel verschiedener Art und an mehreren Stellen schwarze Flecken. Eines der Kissen hatte auch frische blaue Tinte, daher gehe ich davon aus, dass es nicht gewechselt wurde. Ich fand auch Schimmel am nächsten Morgen am Fenster, als ich mit Staus aufwachte. Das Hotel muss unter einer neuen Leitung stehen, da die Zimmernummern mit schwarzen Stiften an den Wänden handgeschrieben waren. Ich war auf der Nordseite, die am Semiparkplatz lag und laut war. Die Wände waren dünn, ich konnte Gespräche um mich herum hören. Das gute... Die Lage war einfach, Supermarkt und Restaurants nebenan, Frühstück zum Mitnehmen. Das Personal war am nächsten Morgen ansprechbar.

I stayed there last year and it was in bad shape. I was told the hotel was going to be remodeled and asked me to return this year. I agreed. Arrived on 9/12/24. No toilet paper and room looked like the floor wasn’t cleaned. Got up the next morning ready to shower and noticed there was no shower curtain. I wasn’t going to get dressed and go to office to find a curtain as I would be late fir the convention I was attending. Went ahead with shower & then started cleaning up water. Moved the trash can and the floor was filthy. The bath mat was also dirty. The mini refrigerator had chocolate or something inside. Got dressed and went to office. Wound up with another room with 2 double beds instead of the small “queen “ bed that I had -it wasn’t much cleaner than the previous one. At least there was toilet paper and shower curtain. The office did say for me not to worry-they wouldn’t charge me for the extra bed…well thanks a lot!!!! I feel they should have refunded my money. I WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN and would NEVER recommend it.

Wir blieben hier eine Nacht während unserer vier westlichen Fahrt. Dies war eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Alle waren sehr nett und im Hotel untergebracht. Das Hotel ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von zehn Minuten nach Omaha. Es ist sehr bequem in der Nähe der drei ******s, Innenausflugwagen, große Filmkomplex und andere lokale Attraktionen. Es ist wirklich nahe I-80/29. Es gibt viele Lebensmitteloptionen in der Umgebung. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was wir brauchen, einschließlich einem Kühlschrank. Meine Frau fühlte sich das Bett eines der besten Hotelbetten, die wir in letzter Zeit schliefen. Die Kissen waren sehr groß und fluffig. Die A/C funktionierte wirklich gut und war sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Hotel ist in einem Industriegebiet gelegen, war aber sehr ruhig, vor allem bei Nacht. Der Preis war im Einklang mit anderen Hotels in der Umgebung. Wir sind wirklich spät zurück von der ****** und es gab viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung.Das komplimentäre Frühstück hatte zahlreiche heiße und kalte Artikel und alles geschmackte großartig. Es gibt etwas für alle im Menü. Ein- und Auschecken war ein Brise. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Wichtigstens, meine Frau hinterließ einen persönlichen Artikel im Zimmer. Wir riefen zwei Tage später, als wir erkannten, dass sie etwas hinterlassen hatte. Das Personal fand es und schickte es nach unserem Haus, das wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Würde diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn Sie im Bereich bleiben.

The area looks sketchy, our room was clean and smell really strong like detergent. I only mention this for the people that are sensitive to strong smells (like I am) We stayed only one night with pet, we were just passing by. Overall would probably stay again.
