This was a terrible hotel. It was dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the wallpaper was peeling. I chose it because I usually trust the Comfort Inn brand, and it had good proximity to Union Station. This was very disappointing. I would definitely not recommend it.

This is a great hotel located in Central Park in Denver CO. This location has free parking and breakfast. The hotel is approximately 15 to 20 miles from the airport. Also there are many restaurants and shops in this area and by the way Starbucks is directly across the street. Now the staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional at all times. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I started here for a conference and it was the perfect location to relax. It was very quiet and comfortable.

Kam ziemlich spät nach einer Show im Red Rocks Amphitheater an, um Heilung zu sehen. Die beiden Damen an der Theke waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Totale Lieblinge. Es war auch keine überraschende Anzahlung erforderlich. Dieses beschissene kleine Hotel war ein Glücksfall und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Freundliches Personal, erschwingliche Preise, überraschend anständiges Zimmer!

Wir haben uns eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt, Marcus zu überprüfen war eine absolute Blast, mit der er uns in unser Zimmer überprüft hat. Meine Frau war am Geburtstag unseres Aufenthalts, und sie schickten ein Stück Käsekuchen und Schokoladekuchen mit Kerzen in ihm, das machte es eine perfekte Erfahrung für uns. Die Ansicht war erstaunlich und wir hatten nichts anderes als eine perfekte Erfahrung. Wir werden hier wieder bleiben!

JUNE 2024 I brought my 14 year old daughter to Denver for a concert. This hotel shares a parking lot with 7-11 gas station and a Chick-fil-a. I have stayed at this location once before in September of 2023 and since the last time my husband and I stayed here it wasn't as bad. This time it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! First, I paid 292.00 for a 2 night stay. My daughter and I decided to go look at our room prior to hauling our luggage inside. The minute we stepped inside, I went to the restroom and the tiles in the ceiling were falling, there was a ROACH crawling on the door frame of the bathroom door. I quickly ran to the sink to wash my hands and there were more inside the sink! I went to the front desk (where there were now 2 different sets of guests checking in) so I waited in line. When it was my turn, I asked the attendant if he could switch us rooms. He asked why and I politely said I would rather not say out loud why due to the other guests who were checking in. I asked him for a piece of paper and a pen and I would gladly write down my issues. He provided me when pen and paper and I wrote ”there are roaches in the bathroom and sink”. He didn't seem surprised at all and gave us a new room. My daughter and I did the same and checked out this room before we hauled our luggage in. The door keys did not work, so we had to go back to the front and have them activate the new key cards. When we entered the new room, there was a giant spider sitting on the top of the curtains hanging in the window. I looked for other issues like bugs and I did not find anything further. We brought our belongings to our room at that time. I hadn't sat on the bed before bringing our stuff up, but once I did, the bed was broken. The sheets weren't dirty, however they smelled musty. As if the sheets had been put on damp or haven't been washed in a long time. After we checked in, we visited the mall until about 9pm and came back. We decided to stop at the 7-11 by our hotel and when I pulled in to the parking lot, there were 3 men sitting outside the gas station doors. (This is normal for Denver, nothing I haven't seen) however since this was my daughters first time in the city, I decided to park furthest away from the men sitting down. Once I pulled in to my parking space there was another man standing around the corner of the building. (I didn't see him until I pulled in) he was dancing and singing to himself so I really didn't feel like he would be an issue. (I spoke to my daughter on the way to Denver about how to behave in the city, to not make eye contact with anyone and get to where you're going. I grew up in a big city, as did her Dad, but my kids have not experienced denver or any big cities) anyway so we open the car door and all of a sudden the dancing fool started making his way to my daughter narrating ”oooo look at these girls gettin out they car”. My daughter quickly came around to my side of the car so we could walk in together and he rushed hims

Ich buchte dieses Hotel auf Ctrip für 4 Nächte, hauptsächlich weil die Zimmergröße meiner Meinung nach relativ groß ist und es bequemer ist, selbst zu kochen und zu essen. Unsere vierköpfige Familie hat drei Namen auf der Bestellung. Am Tag des Check-in habe ich die Karte durchgezogen, um den Zimmerpreis und die Kaution für 4 Nächte vorzuautorisieren. Am nächsten Tag stellte ich fest, dass mein Zimmerpreis für zwei Nächte abgezogen wurde. Ich dachte, sie würden jeden Tag separat berechnet. 4 Nächte Zimmerpreis. Dann bat ich Ctrip zu kommunizieren. Das Hotel sagte, dass es nur meinen Zimmerpreis für 4 Nächte abgezogen hat und keine anderen Kosten abgezogen hat. Ich drehte es immer und immer wieder um, und es stellte sich heraus, dass jeder, der mich eincheckte, ein Zimmer für alle buchte ... und sagte, dass die anderen beiden es auf einer anderen Website bestellt haben. Nun, die von mir gebuchte Kreditkarte war neu und die Informationen wurden nur von Ctrip verwendet. Hotelbedingungen sind eigentlich ok, Frühstück ist gut in einem Hotel in den USA, kostenlose Parkplätze, der Ort ist etwas abgelegener, aber egal ob ein Auto da ist. Aber dieses Management ist auch schlimm genug. Erinnern Sie diejenigen, die später einchecken, die Bestellinformationen der Buchungsperson nicht mehr aus, sonst bereiten Sie mehrere Zimmerpreise vor!

Schönes Zimmer und schönes Hotel, aber warum haben einige Hotels schöne Balkone ohne Stühle irgendwo zu genießen, um sich in der frischen Luft zu entspannen??? Wir ziehen einen Tischstuhl und den anderen übergroßen Stühle und setzen sie auf den Balkon. Wir haben dieses Hotel nur gewählt, weil wir lieben, auszusitzen. Auch die Falten von Stühlen hätten genügen. Wir setzen die Zimmersitze zurück, bevor wir rausschnüffeln, aber ich war versucht, sie in Hoffnung zu verlassen, die Hausbetreuung würde die Immobilie auf die Notwendigkeit von Sitze dort hinweisen... aber sie haben genug, um zu tun, wie es ist. Der Warmwasserröhre war großartig! Die Fahrer waren stellvertretend und schnell! Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war wunderschön.
