Das war das einzige Hotel, das ich in diesem Bereich während dieser Zeit gefunden habe. Nicht sicher, was in diesem Bereich passiert. Es ist in einem städtischen Gebiet von Wilmington. Ein geschlossenes und verlassenes Restaurant ist direkt vor dem Grundstück und hat das Bild überhaupt nicht geholfen. Ich fand zwei große tote Fehler in unserem Zimmer, die auch mir nicht viel Vertrauen in die Sauberkeit der Anlage gab. Ich muss sagen, das Front Desk war nett und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war nicht bereit, als wir nach 4:00 Uhr dort waren, also mussten wir warten. Sie entschuldigten sich und boten Ihnen, mit dem Gepäck zu bewegen. Es war ein 0-Nacht-Stadt, ich bin nicht sicher, dass ich hier wieder bleiben würde.

Ich war Teil einer Gruppe Ankunft am 19. Juni 2020. Zimmer waren noch nicht vorbereitet um 6:00 Uhr. Schließlich, gehen Sie zum Zimmertüren, Bett gemacht frische Handtücher. Ich konnte sagen, der Boden war nicht leer, keine Box aus Gewebe. Gehen Sie am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück, gehen Sie in die Tür. Nein, Guten Morgen. Ich fragte nur, ob Sie Ihren Frühstücksgutschein haben. Kein Kundenservice überhaupt, Cheryl war ihr Name. Ich denke, sie war Frühstücksaufsicht. Ich sagte ihr, wir haben Barrel unseren Zimmerschlüssel, so dass niemand uns einen Gutschein gegeben hat. Sie möchten vielleicht vor dem Aufenthalt hier umsehen. Ich weiß, dass die Plätze kurze Mitarbeiter sind, aber es gibt einen Weg, um zu informieren und zu sprechen.

This place is disgusting. There are cigarettes marks in the mattress and sheets despite all the signs claiming non smoking. It’s humid and smells like mold here. The beds are very itchy as well. There were also people trying to open the door at night as well.

On the cover, this hotel looks and feels like any other “Express” IHG hotel. Its newly renovated, decent sized pool, adequate fitness center, etc. BUT the STAFF is what makes this a 5 star experience! I stay 100+ nights a year in various IHG hotels across 15 states and the hospitality they bring to your visit is almost unmatched. They have complimentary fruit water, check-in cookies AND a gift!? Unheard. Everyone i dealt with at the front desk was super friendly, willing to help, and CARED about you and your stay. Special shoutout to Saniya at the front desk!!! She was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. It was like talking to a friend, but we were doing business. She is incredible and what I hope every IHG employee to be like!

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. I was a little nervous when I saw this was the hotel my group was booking at, you can tell from the photos it is a little outdated. But in the end was a better stay than I had expected. First the bad. The room decor is bright and furniture is old. If you are uncomfortable with stains on furniture this might not be the place for you. I did have a small issue with the smell by the bathroom, and the wet floor that caused it, but I was only in for one night so it was easy to work around. A few of the lamp plugs did not work, a lot of them really, which caused me to think the blow dryer didn’t work. I called the front desk and replacement was brought up right away. I then realized it was just most of the outlets that were faulty. Now the good…. everything was very clean, the amenities that mattered were new, and every interaction I had with staff was friendly. We arrived late, but we’re greeted and checked in quickly. I had asked for a room with a balcony which was honored. I was happily surprised by how big my room was, and liked the setup better than most. The desk chair and desk were actually great for working in the morning. The mattress was comfortable, which is important to me. I like a medium/softer bed for reference. There was nice new patio furniture on the large balcony. I like that they still have some rooms with balconies, I like fresh air and access to a functional door or window which is rare at hotels anymore. The top item that impressed the heck out of me though, was Donna at the front desk. She went above and beyond twice for me in my very short stay. I need coffee in the morning. Usually at hotels if I wake too early and the restaurant isn’t open I will grab a cold Starbucks can from the market, but it’s not the same. I went down at 5:30 and the restaurant had not opened yet. I started to walk towards the market, and confirmed with Donna that they opened at 6. She asked me what I needed and I told her. She asked what size and if I needed anything else, and ran back to the kitchen. She could have easily said “yup, they open at 6 see you then” but instead she went ahead and helped me out. The coffee was great! It really made a difference in my day. I truly appreciated that kindness. Also when my blow dryer did it work as mentioned above it was Donna that brought one up, and was friendly the whole time. Thank you Donna! Overall the hotel itself is nice, but rooms could use some updating. You can tell they have replaced some of the things that matter most, like the desk chairs and mattresses. I was impressed by the service, and friendly atmosphere.

We had an excellent stay here! We had to relocate when we lost power and this hotel really exceeded our expectations. I’m a clean freak and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The accommodations were great. The staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast was better than I expected! It was truly a great experience and I think we will return when we get our floors refinished. The suite didn’t feel cramped with a toddler, hubby, and a dog. It turned a stressful week into a mini vacation. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but maybe next time!

Direkt im Stadtzentrum ist nur das Parken am Sonntag an der Straße kostenlos. Die Rezeption sagte uns, wir sollen auf die Tür hören, sehr praktisch, das Zimmer ist neu, und es gibt Schlafsofas und Futons, die von Familien genutzt werden können, Kochen ist super praktisch, es ist für Abstecher geeignet Während der chinesische Magen befriedigt wird? , das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und der Preis ist sehr hoch

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und würde es wirklich empfehlen! Die Betten sind komfortabel, das Frühstück ist großartig und das Personal ist wunderbar!

Das Hotel war gut für eine schnelle Arbeitsreise. Das Personal war so, so freundlich, die Dame erinnerte sich sogar meinen Namen von der Frontdesk. Es war ein bisschen datiert, so dass der Aufzug ein bisschen betraf, was mich dazu veranlasste, die Treppen zu nehmen, aber die Treppe war sehr nett. Öffnen Sie sich an die Lobby, so dass Sie nicht isoliert waren. Das Restaurant in der Nähe des Hotels war für den Urlaub geschlossen, da ich gerade zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr war, also nicht ein großer Deal, wie es sonst offen wäre. Nice Gasstation fast neben dem Hotel, das hilfreich war!

We arrived about 10pm. The lobby seemed fine but we did notice folks with pets. I'm sure if you have a pet or pets, you look for pet-friendly hotels but we do not have them and were not expecting that. I think it should be more obvious when booking a room at the hotel as I have allergies. Our room was clean. The first thing I do is look in the bathroom and even before I turned on the light, I could see the shower floor was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned. The tissue holder had not been cleaned. The top of the toilet seat was not clean. We also had some sort of splattering on the wall around the toilet which should have been cleaned. A cleaning person could not miss it. If a small bathroom can't be thoroughly clean, it makes me question the rest of the room and hotel. For $200, I expect much more and would not recommend this hotel. (On a positive note, the front lobby staff and the breakfast staff was friendly).
