GGuest UserI stayed here on the off chance on a very stormy night. The gentleman on the front desk went out of his way to find me a good rate and researched my Hilton Honors membership as I knew I held one. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very modern. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and a hot tub on thet promises. Breakfast is provided and, whilst this is simple, it is quite adequate. This was. Really nice stay and the room was very comfortable and to a high standard. Internet access was good,

Linda, die zumindest hilfreich versuchte, aber klar am Boden der Treppe war, nannte Debora Runnion-Jessup - die buchstäblich durch einen Zauberball ersetzt werden konnte. Debora konnte nicht stören, das Problem zu verstehen oder eine einfache Lösung zu schaffen - nein, Nur einfacher zu einem Kranken zu sein und nein zu sagen. So habe ich alle meine künftigen Buchungen storniert - sie hätten mich ein ”großeres” Zimmer zum Preis vermietet, würden sie eine Zimmerreinigung kosten. Ich habe nie wieder einen Rabatt hören sie meinen Namen genommen und die Nummer sagte, jemand würde mich zurückrufen niemand angerufen. schlechter Kundenservice sehr enttäuscht!
