Finde Hotels in Cheat Lake

Hello. I am a frequent customer with Wyndham because I am a travel nurse. I recently started a contract in Morgantown so I stayed at the super8 this week hoping for it to be the place I stay during the weeks coming up. I made my reservation online and put it the comments I needed a late checkout because I work nights and I sleep during the day. When I checked in Monday night I talked with the worker behind the desk and asked about the late checkout again to make sure it would not be an issue because I was staying there til Wednesday at 6pm and she said it wouldn’t be a problem and made a note of it. So when I did go to checkout on Wednesday I walked up to the counter and talked to a different employee that I was going to check out. She then proceeded to say that i should’ve been out of there at 1pm and that it was ridiculous for me to trying to check out at 530pm. I told her about how when I made my reservation online I made not that I would be checking out at 6pm is and I verified it when I checked in. She then said I didn’t and it wasn’t marked and no one told her. Then proceeded to tell me I should be charged another day because I missed checkout and their house keeping leaves at two. I would have been totally okay with this is she did not express her frustrations in a condescending attitude. The whole conversation she was shaking her head in disgust like I was a problem. All in all I have never experienced customer that was so poor and was so inappropriate. There is a way to approach issues and this was not it. Also it was an awkward situation in that the employee was sitting in her street clothes with cat ears in like she was going to some sort of costume party. So I had this employee arguing with me with cat ears on and trying not to laugh and be upset at the same time. Also there was no breakfast available and there was constant noise because most of the hotel was being renovated. I would have been totally okay with my stay had I not had this experience with an employee and I would never recommend to anyone to stay there and deal with that type of service. Unser Haus hatte große Probleme mit der Blei und wir mussten über eine Woche evakuieren! Ich dachte, es wäre einfach, mehrere erschwingliche Qualität/reine Hotels in der Morgantown-Zone zu finden. Um .... nein ..... Die meisten waren lächerlich teuer oder ein direkter Dump. Dann sah ich den Ausdehnungsstadium. Es hatte ziemlich gute Bewertungen, aber es war gerade außerhalb von Morgantown in Sabraton. (ältere Stadt, ein wenig run down, nicht so nett wie Morgantown). Wir beschlossen, es einen Versuch zu geben. Es war eine der billigsten Optionen, aber heilige Kuh! Ausgezeichneter Ort. Sehr sauber. Personal ist mehr als hilfreich. Reinigende Leute waren die schönsten, die wir je getroffen haben (bitte ihnen bitte tips sie verdienen es). Ich denke, alle Zimmer haben sogar Küchenzeile (alle 3 unserer Zimmer haben es getan). An einem Punkt während unseres Aufenthalts, einige unüberlegte Gäste über uns auf der 4. Etage und wirklich laut. Ich beschloss, am nächsten Tag etwas zu sagen an den Front Desk und aufgrund anderer Beschwerden wurden diese Dummheiten gebeten, das Eigentum zu verlassen! Das ist das, worüber ich rede. Ich mag auch, wie sie dich jeden Tag txt, um sicherzustellen, dass alles gut ist. Es ist auch kein verdammter Text. Ich habe mit einem Vorschlag zurückgekommen und sie haben mich wieder. Seriously this place is worth every penny. nearly all the guests were very nice too. They are Pet friendly with a dog walking/pooping area. Das Hotel selbst sitzt von der Hauptstraße ab, so dass es ein wenig schwierig zu finden, aber suchen Sie nach den Shoneys dann direkt hinter ihm fahren. Wenn ich eine negative wählen muss, wäre es der in und aus Oilfield Arbeiter/Gäste. Sie arbeiten hart und ruhig zum größten Teil, aber stinken die Aufzüge mit Paraffin und anderen Öl- und Gasaromaten. Entschuldigung, ich bin ein 20-jähriger Öl- und Gas-Reihen, so dass ich sagen kann, was ich über sie will. Danke für Ihren Service!

Look - this place is not fancy. But if you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, safe and friendly place off the interstate then this is the place. This is a halfway place for us in our travels and we are never disappointed. It's clean, affordable and easy. We look forward to staying here.
