GGastnutzerBeautiful view from my cozy and comfortable cabin facing the lake. I could not have been happier with my stay! Only issue was not being to find an ice machine, but it wasn’t that important in the grand scheme of things. Definitely would stay here again!

Spent one night during a business trip. No issues at all from me. Front desk staff very friendly at check-in and check out. Room was clean, Beds were comfortable - no issues, A/C worked, TV worked, and breakfast I would say was very good. I would stay again without hesitation. If I could offer two bits of advice to hotel ownership, bath towels need to be replaced, they were very much on the thin side. Also, maybe a bigger TV in the room, it was a little on the small side but it worked fine and I am not staying in a room based on watching TV so no worries.

GGuest UserIch bin Hilton Diamond und bleibe in Hilton Immobilien überall im Land. Ich bin nicht in irgendeinem anderen Hotel mit einem solchen vollständigen Mangel an Covid-Protokolle in der Lage. Nicht ein Mitarbeiter trug eine Maske und Covid steigt derzeit überall im Land. Die totale Unachtsamkeit für die Gesundheitssicherheit und Protokolle war alarmierend.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war im Allgemeinen schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und riecht schön. Das Badezimmer Roomy gefällte und hatte eine schöne Dusche, die eigentlich warmes Wasser hatte. Wir hatten ein Königinzimmer. Es war klein, aber hatte, was wir brauchten, wir blieben nicht im Zimmer, sondern am Abend. Die untere Seite, die Leute konnten direkt unter Ihrem Fenster parken. Wir waren unten. Auch ein anderes Hotel nahe. Die Leute spielten laute Musik in ihren Autos und sprachen laut. Sie könnten hier die Menschen in der nächsten Zimmer fast Wort für Wort und es klang, als ob die oben stehenden Leute auf dem Boden stechen. Online sagt, warmes Frühstück oder Gastgeber würde Ihnen Eier dienen und so, wenn Sie gefragt, aber nie gesehen haben das Frühstückshaus, als wir da waren. Sie hatten waffle, die Sie machen konnten und hatten Getreide, Bananen und Yoghurt und einige Weidereien zusammen mit Saft und Kaffee. Wenn es nicht für den Lärm wäre es gut gewesen.

My wife and I were on a furniture hunting trip to the Hickory Furniture Mart, and this Property seemed nice and quite close to the Mart. Pictures looked nice, and it seemed a good choice. It was a lousy choice. To begin with, there is no mention anywhere on their website that there is NO ELEVATOR, so guests must muscle their luggage up metal stairs to the second floor. If handicapped, only ground level rooms will do. Unlike most hotels, access from the outside requires a key card to unlock an outer door. Not here. These stairwell access doors not only don't have locks, they are left propped open, allowing anyone to come in off the street whether they are guests or not.In fact, we found two people who clearly weren't guests squatting by an ice machine at the foot of the stairs charging a cellphone. When we got up to the second floor landing, (again, NO elevator) we were shocked to find the clearly marked fire doors on both the left and right had been propped open. Someone had jammed a ball point pen into a hole in the floor to keep the doors open. Housekeeping, to make it easier to move their carts down the hall? We left for a while, but when we came back, they were still propped open, so I closed them. We went out to dinner, and when we came back, they are propped open again. The room was adequate enough for the price, but the experience with the lack of security, the disregard for fire codes, and the really rundown nature of the place means we will NEVER use this hotel again, ever. We have stayed in hotels all across America and Europe. Some are better than others, but you at least can reasonably expect basic security and safety. Not here.

I have been staying at the Red Roof Inn for an extended period of time. The staff has been very helpful. Jennifer and Jessica have both taken extra time to assist me with my accommodation when things have been difficult for me. I'm not sure what the maintenance mans name is, but he was very quick in getting the toilet fixed after letting him know of it not working properly. I will continue to stay with this Red Roof Inn for future stays. Thank you again to Jessica and Jennifer especially!
