You are also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Your two-story elevated vacation home offers a screened porch newly upgraded, and dining area which is accessible from the main level. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances, 5 flat screen TVs, 4 DVD players, CD player, fax/copy/printer, beach towels, washer/dryer, garage and free wi-fi.The home includes two private masters, with one completely private located on the second floor. The ensuite has a separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second master is located on the main level, with walk-in shower, separate his and her vanities, and plenty of storage. Third bedroom features two full beds, with an adjoining full bath with walk-in shower.Lower level offers, pingpong table, pool table, refrigerator, bar, seating area, flat screen TV, private bedroom with two twin beds, private bath with walk-in shower. You do have to exit the main home and access the lower level and pool by a back stairway. The open pool area and patio features plenty of open space and privacy. Lounge chairs and patio furniture offer plenty of seating area for you and guest along with a patio table and chairs. There is a stainless steel gas grill located just off the pool, to enjoy cooking your meal if you choose to grill outside during your stay.
