EE8032PWe chose this hotel because it wasn't far from the MV Ferry, but our stay here was so enjoyable, we'll come back just to stay here again. At check-in you are greeted by Tammy, one of the most knowledgeable, professional, helpful, hotel front desk workers anywhere, who provides you with a wealth of information about the hotel -- and free snacks. Our room was absolutely lovely -- spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of Buzzard's Bay. The only thing that wasn't up to snuff was the breakfast -- but I'm sure they'll fix that with a few easy changes (i.e. get rid of the do-it-yourself waffle batter, and those lemon/poppy seed pastries).

Wir waren Mitte September 2024 dort und von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir ankamen, war die Atmosphäre ruhig und ruhig und setzte den Ton für eine entspannende Flucht. Das Wetter war wunderbar, zusätzlich zum Gesamt charme der Erfahrung. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, Sie in das Herz der lebendigen Szene von Provincetown platzieren, während Sie einen friedlichen Rückzug halten. Der Spa war ein Standort featurespotless und swanky, es bietet eine erbarmungsvolle Erfahrung. Der Pool, obwohl kompakt, ließ unsere Gruppe bequem und war unglaublich erfrischend. Der warme Rohr, in einem gemütlichen Grotto verdunkelt, bietet einen einzigartig entspannenden Rückzug, perfekt für die Entspannung nach einem Tag der Erforschung. Das Hofgebiet gab uns viele Möglichkeiten, mit anderen Gästen zu treffen und zu interagieren. Das Frühstück war ein weiteres Highlight. Das Essen war einfach, aber lecker jeden Morgen, wir wurden zu einer Vielzahl von Optionen behandelt, die sowohl frisch als auch zufriedenstellend waren. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Während der charmante Brickhof zu dem ästhetischen Anruf des Hotels hinzugefügt wurde, könnten die Bricks am Morgen und bei Weichheit ziemlich schleifend sein. Nur eine kleine Überlegung zu beachten. Das Crowne Pointe Hotel und Spa bieten insgesamt auf allen Fronten mit Komfort, hervorragender Lage und außergewöhnlichen Einrichtungen. Es ist ein wahrer Standort in Provincetown und ein Ort, den ich sehr empfehlen würde!

We have stayed at many Hampton Inn hotels and love them all! I've never felt the need to review them, but I will review Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Cod-West Yarmouth - the hotel itself is clean and visually pleasing. The staff was okay - if I am to compare to the other Hampton Inn staff, I would say the West Yarmouth staff is not as accommodating. I'm usually greeted very enthusiastically upon check in-- and often times I am sent a text soon after asking if everything is good? I didn't receive a text here - and also the TV was not receiving a signal so I requested maintenance. While we were out- the TV situation was addressed as when we returned there was a signal and TV operating. However - the TVs aren't smart tvs! all of the other Hampton Inn TVs are smart enabled - which is nice for the traveler who does not like regular cable tv. So heads up-- Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Cod-West Yarmouth does not have smart TVs or if they do- our room didn't have one. Upon checkout- I asked that the receipt be emailed to me (in lieu of printing) - I usually receive it by the time I reach the parking lot, but did not receive one at all from my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Cod-West Yarmouth. For these reasons, although they seem minor, don't reflect the consistency that the other Hampton Inns have shown. Two additional details I just recalled - there was a large group in the lobby on Sunday morning about 5:30- waiting for a bus for a tour. The lobby cafe that is to open at 6:00 am opened at 6:00 AM SHARP. That's fine, but it should have opened a bit earlier to accommodate this large group of people. Other Hampton Inns will do that - if everything is ready, they will open a bit earlier. One other detail..... the coffee is EXTREMELY weak. Watered down both the ”light” and the ”dark” roast. I have encountered none of these ”minor” issues at any of the other Hampton Inns.

TTennisSML6I had low hopes for this stay and those hopes were even beyond than I could have imagined. We walked into the room and it already smelled like dead fish. The room looked somewhat updated but don’t be deceived. I logged into my computer to finish work for the day and was greeted with tiny flies. They swarmed my head and became more annoying as I sat there on my call. I then went to get my bathing suit and there were bugs on my bag and some of my clothes since my bag had been opened so my kids could get their bathing suit. First floor room, zero privacy, people constantly walking by and looking in to see what was going on in the room, closing the shades meant being a vampire on a beautiful day. I finally head out to the pool and thought something was wrong with the pool, it was beyond cloudy clearly over chlorinated. Not a single pool towel could be found either. Day 2 more bugs in the room. They give you shampoo, body wash, and a soap bar but no conditioner. the towels were a perfect size for our toddler not an adult and they only gave you 2. No tissue box under the tissue dispenser. TV would turn on but never worked. Two doors in the room, there should be a high deadbolt especially for first floor rooms. We had to barricade the doors at night to ensure the kids didn’t get up and leave the room. By day 3, we were ready to leave and the fridge is finally cold. It’s like they tried to update it cheaply but its true colors came out. Can’t put lipstick on a pig, it just doesn’t work.

This is my second time staying here, and I enjoyed it greatly. The booking through the front desk was smooth, I got a room that I wanted, and a couple of minor inconveniences were dealt with quickly and completely. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and housekeeping was quite competent (not always the case in other places). I look forward to staying here again.

GGlobal16387230728We chose to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a wedding in the area, as we are loyal Hilton fans. The hotel is older and quite spread out, featuring both a large indoor and outdoor swimming pool, which was a nice touch. The staff was generally attentive, and we appreciated their efforts. However, we were surprised to find that breakfast in the dining room ends at 10:30 AM, which we didn’t realize until our second day. On that day, housekeeping came by while we were still in the room, and we kindly told them they could proceed with cleaning. Unfortunately, a supervisor later scolded us for this, citing a policy that prevents room attendants from cleaning while guests are present. This interaction felt unprofessional and left us frustrated. If this is indeed a policy, it would have been helpful to be informed of it during check-in or to find a notice in the room. I requested to speak with the head housekeeper to address our concerns. She explained that this policy is a Hilton-wide standard intended for guest safety, particularly regarding cleaning chemicals. While we understand the reasoning, clearer communication about such policies would significantly improve the guest experience. Overall, our stay had its ups and downs. We enjoyed the amenities and the attentive staff, but the lack of communication regarding housekeeping policies was a significant downside.

GGuest UserWir blieben hier vor kurzem für ein paar Nächte. Das Zimmer war geräumig für King Größe, und es war super sauber. Wir hatten genug Zimmer, um uns auszustrecken und Paket und Spiel für unser Baby-Söhn aufzubauen. Frühstückswahlen waren wunderbar und gut verwaltet. Der Innenpool war riesig, aber wir konnten nicht genießen, da wir keine Schwimmsuiten mitgebracht haben. Wir liebten es hier.

GGuest UserIch bin 40 Jahre lang in dieses Hotel gekommen und es ist in den letzten 10 Jahren langsam in den Berg gekommen. Es ist offensichtlich vernachlässigt worden.
Gute Punkte:
Das Zimmer war sauber und das Badezimmer wurde aktualisiert. Niedrige Dusche. Das Telefon im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. So war das Zimmer insgesamt gut.
Der Service war insgesamt gut. Sie machten das Beste, was sie konnten.
Schlechte Punkte:
Die gemeinsamen Gebiete wurden völlig vernachlässigt. Hallenrugs waren mustig, schmutzig und hätten vor langer Zeit ersetzt werden sollen.
Verkaufsmaschinen nicht funktionieren. Pool-Stühle sind jetzt 40 Jahre alt und unbehaglich. Nur 3 Pool-Umbrellas. Warmrohr gebrochen für 2 Monate.
Nur ein allgemeines Aussehen der Vernachlässigung.
