Hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, duck hunting, horseback riding are just a few of the recreational activities available to the area. **Fall and winter Kentucky Lake levels are managed by TVA and can be VERY SHALLOW (or no water at all) at this property from Labor Day to April/May. I have no control over the level of water and do not know from day to day what it might be. If you have questions or concerns about the lake level, please message owner with any questions.
