Wir sind also in N. Carolina aus Michigan für die Hochzeit meiner Tochter und wohnen 3 Nächte im Comfort Inn/Mocksville. Am Morgen nach der ersten Nacht entdecken wir eine riesige Infestation von Bettwäsche in unserem Zimmer. Sie sind ALL in den Betten, Matratzen usw. Blut wird auf dem Bett unterhalb gefärbt, usw. Das Hotel war sehr entschuldigt und erkannte an diesem Punkt, dass dieses Zimmer eine Infestation erlebt hatte und dass das das erste Mal, nach 2 Wochen der Schließung, verwendet wurde. Ich würde sagen, sie haben wahrscheinlich nicht mit Profis um das Problem zu behandeln. Sie haben uns in ein anderes Zimmer für Nacht 2 und 3 verlegt. Fingers crossed! Also jetzt ist es Zeit, Hotels.com zu rufen, um zu sehen, welche Protokolle für diese Art von Sache sind (sie müssen sich mit dieser Art von Sache immer befassen, richtig?). Hier ist ihre ”Lösung:” wir geben Ihnen einen $25 Kupon für Ihre nächste Buchung! KEINE MIET!!!!????? So vermeiden Sie Hotels.com - sie interessieren sich offensichtlich nicht für Kunden. Andernfalls wäre für diese Nacht der Schreckenstunde eine volle Erstattung gewesen. Wow, wie stolz! Und ich würde zweimal darüber nachdenken, dieses Hotel zu nutzen. Ich meine, wirklich?? Wenn Sie Profis eingestellt haben, um mit Ihren Bettwäsche zu behandeln, müssen Sie natürlich sie feuern und mit einem echten Unternehmen gehen. Kann Ihnen kosten, ja.
