GGuest UserDie Lage kann schwierig sein, weil nicht alle Straßen eine Signatur haben. Sie hatten weiße Handtücher und Linen, nur sehr dünn. Ich spreche gebrochene Kanten auf den oberen Blättern, und eine Waschbecken, die ein Loch in ihm hatte. Am Tag, an dem wir angekommen waren, setzten wir uns ein, als die Tür mit einem Kartenschlüssel geöffnet wurde. Ich dachte, es sei Hausaufsicht, obwohl wir nichts gefragt hatten. Stattdessen hörten wir: „Entschuldigung, ich wurde diesen Schlüssel gegeben“ und die Tür geschlossen. Ein wenig später antwortete ich auf das Telefon, das eine ziemlich fragende Frage war: „Wer ist das?“. Ich sagte meinen Namen und folgte mit „Und mit wem rede ich?“. Sie sagte, sie sei aus dem Vorderbüro. Sie fragte, wie wir die Schlüssel zu diesem Raum bekommen. Ich sagte, meine Schwester hatte kürzlich eingecheckt und wurde zwei Kartenschlüssel mit der Zimmernummer auf dem Papierschlüsselhalter geschrieben. Sie fragte meine Schwestern Name und Schreiben. Mein Schwester und ich gingen zum Vorderbüro, um diese Person, die ich Amanda nennen werde, unsere IDs und den Schlüsselfall der Karten zu zeigen. Damals sagte Amanda, sie habe herausgefunden, dass die Person aus der vorherigen Umstellung uns das Zimmer gegeben hatte, aber es als ein anderes Zimmer aufgenommen hatte. So gingen wir zurück in unser Zimmer. Natürlich funktionierten die Schlüssel nicht. Also mussten wir zurück gehen, Amanda zu sehen und unsere Schlüssel für das Zimmer neu programmiert haben. Kannst du dir vorstellen, die Frustration? Später in der Nacht gab es auf dem Boden bis 11:30. Ich hatte Ohrschneider und konnte schlafen, aber meine Schwester war nicht so glücklich. Am nächsten Tag begann die Dumping um 7:30 Uhr und ging für eine Weile und dann am Nachmittag weiter. Ich ging hoch und klopfte an die Tür. Ich sah, was drei Generationen scheinen zu sein, und ich dachte, die Großkinder springen auf dem Boden, möglicherweise aus den Betten. So irritierend. Die wenigen Fernsehkanäle, die wir aus dem Direct TV hatten, hatten so viele Verschleppungen in der Übertragung, dass es schwierig war zu sehen. Andererseits waren die Frühstücksmöglichkeiten besser als das übliche Weichmacher Frühstück. Der Koch/Die Zuschauer war aufmerksam und hält die Dinge sauber. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal war freundlich und machte eine tolle Arbeit, um alles sauber zu halten. Es gab auch schönere und professionellere Frontbüromitarbeiter. GGuest UserDas Hotel macht alles, was Hampton sollte, obwohl wir das Personal sehr höflich fanden! Ein gutes Lager, obwohl wir es anzugehen, Bismarck ist nicht so groß einer Stadt. Die typische Hampton Frühstück, aber noch einmal, das Frühstückspersonal (normalerweise eine Person) war sehr gut bei der Bewahrung der Dinge sauber. Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte hier, um Bismarck zu erkunden und die Lage funktionierte gut. Es ist schön, dass sie einen Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Zimmer haben, da viele der preiswertesten Hotels nicht. Wir hatten auch Probleme mit dem Fernsehen. Es scheint, dass einige Leute ihre Laptops zu strömen, was sie wollen. Ich bin nicht jemand, der sich um das Sorgen macht, was ich im Ferienfernsehen verpassen könnte. GGuest UserWhen researching for a weekend trip to meet family, we selected this hotel primary for its pool/slide options, as well as the availability of the breakfast area (and rentable meeting rooms) for a gathering. The hotel shows its age a little, but overall we were happy with the stay. Our room was a two Queen, with a sofa (that folds out but we did not use). Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. One family member had a King room, and I noticed their tub had waterjets, but they did not test it out. There is breakfast offered each morning, but I did not eat any during the visit. I instead went to a great pastry shop in downtown Bismarck called Brick Oven Bakery. I did try the coffee during the first morning, but it appeared to be made from a liquid concentrate, which wasn't very appealing. The pool area is two adjacent rooms, each with a slide. One room has a nice-sized curved slide, as well as a wading pool. The other room has a very tall and long tube slide that actually goes out of the building and then back in; and also a splash pad & small slide for little kids. The splash pad did not seem to be shooting out much water. A nice perk was that the sister hotel along the parking lot had a lounge. They offered us two drink tickets at check-in, so it was a good excuse to check out the lounge. The lounge reminded me of a small-town bar, with basic tables & chairs, too-well lit, a bunch of TVs and video gambling.

GGuest UserDie Führung dieses Hotels ging über und über das, was von ihnen gefordert wurde. Ich habe meinen speziellen (medizinischen) Kissen verlassen, als wir verließen und konnte nicht einen anderen finden, um es zu ersetzen. Ich habe sie angerufen und nicht nur, wenn sie es für mich gehalten hätten, sie haben es mit einem Tee zurückgesandt, den mein Mann verlassen hatte. Wir werden sicher noch einmal dort bleiben, die Lage ist perfekt, nur vom Interstate entfernt, das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück war gut und der Preis war gut.
