Ich hatte vor kurzem mit meiner Familie in diesem Hotel für einen fröhlichen Wettbewerb geblieben. Ich dachte, das Personal war freundlich und untergebracht und das Essen war lecker. Zusätzlich war dieses Hotel in einer perfekten Lage!

Nicht sicher, was die negativen Bewertungen sind. Dies ist der klare Schnitt am besten von jedem Ort, wo ich in Binghamton im Geschäftsbereich in den letzten Jahren verblieben habe. Zimmer wurde aktualisiert und sauber, Bett komfortabel, und Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ziemlich schwach, dass sie noch nicht regelmäßige Hauspflege im Sommer 2023. Pandemie ist vorbei, lassen Sie uns die Gäste richtig behandeln. Aber das Personal dort arbeitete großartig und ich würde sicherlich wieder da bleiben.

Ich war nie enttäuscht, in einem Mikrotel zu bleiben und das bleibt unverändert. Zimmer war bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt und sehr sauber - das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Wir haben keine Chance, das kontinentale Frühstück zu überprüfen, da wir um 4:30 Uhr verlassen, versuchten, etwas schlechtes Wetter zu schlagen - aber wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben.

Ich wünschte, sie hätten unser Zimmer gereinigt! Als ich gefragt wurde, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich das bei der Eincheckung beantragen musste. Der Zustand des Hotels ist subpar, zu beginnen - die Notwendigkeit der Renovierung, Teppich war schmutzig, Kaffeegeräte im Zimmer war nicht einfach zu benutzen und nicht Wasser zu liefern. Dass wir am Ende eines heißen Tages nicht gereinigt waren, hat die ganze Erfahrung schlecht gemacht. Schließlich, ich denke, das ist eine schlechte Praxis für das Reinigungspersonal. Sie sind nun belastet, schmutzige Zimmer bei der Eincheckung zu finden, wenn sie die Möglichkeit haben, ihre Arbeit zu beschleunigen. Langfristig schädigt das Hotel sich selbst.

Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Bett war komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sauber. WIFI funktionierte gut. Einchecken war schnell und einfach. Etwa eine Stunde nach dem checkout bemerkte ich, dass ich meine intelligente Uhr auf dem Rechner verließ, so musste ich wieder zum Hotel. Als ich ankam, war die Hausaufsicht im Zimmer und die Uhr war nicht wo zu finden. Ich versuchte, mit meinem Telefon zu verfolgen, aber konnte nicht lokalisiert werden. Hausaufsichtspersonal und Managementpersonal sagten, sie würden es weiter suchen. Nach einer Stunde nach NYC kam ich von einem Mitarbeiter an, der sagte, dass ein anderer Hausmeister es gefunden hatte und sie würden zurück nach meinem Haus schicken. Ich war sehr glücklich und als ich nach Hause kam, wartete es auf mich an meiner Vordertür. Danke für die Fortsetzung der Suche nach meiner Uhr und des Rücksendens. Ich schätze die besondere Aufmerksamkeit, die ihm gegeben wurde.

Das ist eine der besten Angebote, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind: oben haben die Zimmer renoviert und alles ist gut. Der Vorderdeck-Beamte, der uns angesehen hat, war sehr professionell und aufmerksam. Sie begannen gerade das Frühstück zu servieren, was nicht eine Option war, als ich das Zimmer reservierte, so war dies eine schöne Überraschung. Es war gut und sie haben uns nicht extra dafür gezahlt. Ein großer Ort, um mit allem zu einem großen Preis zu bleiben, was Sie brauchen.
