We were passing through from Yellowstone to Wyoming, and stayed one night. And a pleasant night it was. ROOMS: We were in a 5th floor room in the north corner, probably an odd layout being in the corner like that, but it was appointed very nicely, and quite comfortable. Shower had excellent pressure. Only minor quibbles were that the safe in the close was on an upper shelf, perfect for its open door to whack your head, and one side of the bed at the head was about five feet from the bathroom, making it not very private. 1st Avenue, unfortunately, is a pretty noisy street at night and early morning, and the A/C units behind the hotel made an audible hum in the room. But, again, we were very comfortable, and would willingly have stayed longer if we'd needed to. SERVICE: Both the desk staff and the valets were top-notch, friendly and helpful. AMENITIES: The hotel sports two restaurants: Bernie's Diner (breakfast and lunch), which was excellent, and TEN (bar and dinner) which was very good (and pricey). LOCATION: The hotel is in downtown Billings, so a bit of a drive from the interstate. The neighborhood is okay, not great. NET-NET: I'd certainly stay there again if I were passing through or visiting Billings. It's not cheap, but it was a nice stay.

Ich habe fast zehn Jahre im Residence Inn in Billings verbleibt und war bis jetzt konsequent zufrieden mit meinen Besuchen. Obwohl ich für meinen letzten Aufenthalt eine 2-Zimmer-Suite reserviert habe, wurden wir bei Ankunft über die 2-Zimmer-Suite nicht mehr verfügbar. Anstelle des 2 Schlafzimmers wurden wir 2 separate 1 Schlafzimmer Suiten angeboten, die nicht mit für den gleichen Preis wie die ursprüngliche Buchung verbunden waren. Wir haben uns für eine Ein-Zimmer-Einheit entschieden und schließlich eine schön verringerte Rate gegeben, nachdem es klar war, dass wir nicht zufrieden mit der Situation waren. Es ist ein bisschen ein Puzzle warum und wie das Hotel entschlossen, unsere 2 Schlafzimmer aufzugeben besonders. Nicht, dass es viel bedeutet, offenbar, aber wir haben Marriott Titanium Elite Status. Vielleicht fühlten die Mitarbeiter des Residence Inn es zumindest ein gleicher Handel? Sie könnten bedenken, dass einige Familien ihre Urlaubsausgaben in separaten (nicht einmal beigefügten) Hotelzimmern nicht schätzen und könnten eine solche Regelung als Abbau betrachten. Wir haben nicht den Eindruck, dass das Personal unsere Buchungsänderung als außergewöhnliche Situation behandelt hat, also vielleicht ist das nicht ein ungewöhnliches Vorkommen? Wir wünschen uns nur, dass das Personal vorab mit uns zusammengearbeitet hätte oder uns sogar versichert hätte, dass dies nicht normal war und nicht wieder passieren würde. Oder sie könnten es tun, wie die Fluggesellschaften tun, wenn ein Flug überbucht wird und fordern Freiwillige, die bereit sind, ihren Sitz (Zimmer) im Gegenzug für einen Bonus (Bonvoy Rewards Points?) aufzugeben. Ich denke kurz vor der Anmeldekontrolle für künftige Aufenthalte würde ich die Marriott Reservierungen Website dreimal überprüfen, um zu bestätigen, dass es noch Zimmer in der gleichen Zimmerkategorie wie bei meiner Reservierung gibt. Wenn es keine gibt, würde ich die Annullierung und die Betrachtung anderer Einzahlungsoptionen in Billings in Betracht ziehen.

Ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens in Billings ist die malerische Blockhausstruktur des Hotels eine gute Wahl.

Der Service war gut für einen Last-Minute-Notfall.

We Loved the separation between the sink and bathroom so 2 can get ready easily. The Beds were super comfortable. I had four soft pillows to curl up with for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and directly across the parking lot. Bakery items and resturant really hit the spot.
