While this hotel was a little higher price than we normally pay, it was worth every penny. Our 7th floor king room looked almost brand new and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This was one of the quietest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, not even any noise from the hallway. The wifi was fast and reliable. There was a small fridge in the room and a microwave available in the lobby/vending area. The walk-in shower and spacious bathroom felt like something from a much more expensive hotel. While there is not any dining or shopping within walking distance, the location is convenient to Boston and Concord/Lexington.

Wir haben dieses Hotel ausdrücklich gewählt, weil es einen Pool hatte. Unsere Gruppe hatte zwei Hotelzimmer, mit insgesamt vier Kindern, die nach einer langen Fahrt zum Hotel aufgeregt waren zu schwimmen. Nach der Kontrolle um 6 Uhr erhielten wir eine Karte, die angab, dass der Pool um 8 Uhr geschlossen wäre. Wenn wir versuchten, in den Poolbereich zu gehen, bemerkten wir, dass die Türen verriegelt waren. Wir fragten den Vorzeigevertreter, warum der Pool geschlossen wurde, und sie erklärte, dass es darum ging, dass es keinen Lebensschutz gibt. Der Vertreter nannte dann ihre Manager Becky, die sagte, es sei nicht die Schuld des Hotels, aber es ist unsere Schuld, weil wir nicht fragten, ob der Pool offen war. Es wird davon ausgegangen, alle Einrichtungen sind offen und zugänglich, es sei denn anders angegeben. Becky sagte uns dann, dass es wegen des Lebensschutzes ausrufen wurde, und niemand konnte das Poolgebiet beobachten. Ich wohne im Holiday Inn Hotels rund um das Land, und ich habe nie einen Lebensschutz in einem Pool gesehen. Wir haben auch Fotos von mehreren Zeichen, die zeigen, dass es keine Lebenswächter gibt und wir schwimmen auf eigene Gefahr. Wir hatten vier sehr traurige und weinende Kinder, weil wir ihnen versprochen, zu schwimmen, als wir ankamen. Ihr Manager, Becky, sollte sich über ihre schlechte Kundenservice, Ruhe und mangelnde Verständnis beschämen. Wir sind Eigentümer des Holiday Inn Zeitshare, und wir haben nie einen so schrecklichen Service erlebt. Das macht mich sicher nicht zu wollen, einen anderen Holiday Inn zu buchen, oder empfehlen Sie Holiday Inn an jemand.

So beeindruckt mit meiner Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Zimmer ist so sauber, es gibt eine kostenlose Parkgarage, und es ist ruhig und ruhig. Will definitiv lieben hier wieder zu bleiben. Zimmer sind groß und das Badezimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We LOVED The Archer Hotel! So many little, well thought out details, the likes of which are normally found in more costly hotels. We were blown away by this boutique hotel right from the start - the inviting lobby boasts plenty of windows, brick, and an industrial chic vibe. You quickly notice the penny candy (on display adjacent to check in), the refreshing lemon/lime/orange water, the comfy chairs of all types and sizes, and the pool table if you're so inclined. The rooms, large, well decorated and very clean are filled with sweet surprises behind every door. From the complimentary oh-so-creamy caramels and Fiji water, the Nespresso machine complete with glass cups and saucers, to the robe in the closet and slippers in the bathroom, we were delighted with each discovery. Personally, the bed was too hard for me and my husband, but it was nicely adorned with plenty of pillows of assorted poof. Both nightstands had ample USB slots for charging our devices and the coat rack on the wall inside the door was handy and a better place for our coats than the bed! I absolutely loved the ceiling decor by the elevators...a collection of ceiling medallions in a blue-silver hue, as well as the color scheme in the hallways and room doors. We took advantage of a recent drink & dine offer, a $25 credit to be used at their AKB bar/kitchen. We ordered their classic breakfast sandwich; eggs, cheese, spinach, and tomato, with this incredible savory sauce served on a toasted brioche roll (I’m salivating as I type). Delivered to our room with coffee and tea, it was one of the most memorable egg sandwiches I have ever had! The location was good - close to the Burlington Mall and so may restaurants. 3rd Avenue is also host to a couple of eating spots, bowling and arcade, and Wegman's grocery store. If I’m going on and on about this hotel, it’s because I loved it so. We are hoping to try another Archer Hotel in a different city soon!

Ich blieb ein wenig zurück zum Arbeiten im Candlewood, und ich war nicht sicher, was zu erwarten, aber ich war wirklich froh über meine Erfahrung insgesamt! Viel besser als erwartet für eine zweisterne Immobilie. Jeder war sehr nett, vom Vordertisch bis zum Haushalter, und ich hatte genug Platz in meinem Zimmer. Betten sehr komfortabel. Easy access to all surrounding areas. Ich werde sicher hier noch einmal bleiben, wenn ich zurückkomme!

During a time of distress, our family was welcomed into the Extended Stay Hotel in Burlington, MA The entire staff as well as the General Manager have been accommodating toward our needs. They are extremely supportive and friendly. The rooms are clean and they have a mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator so you don’t have to always go out for food. It’s located near local shopping areas and easy access to local and highways. We would always look for an Extended Stay Hotel whenever we travel.
