Finde Hotels in Bedford Township

My husband and I have been staying at the resort for our anniversary for the past few years now. We love it! As soon as you walk through the doors you go back in time. The ambience within the resort takes you back to a period of time where you actually feel as if you are part of that historical era. The spa is wonderful and my husband and I agree it has the best services out of all other resort spas we have been to. The staff makes you feel welcome and you are treated with an amazing experience as soon as you check in. I would like to recognize the following staff for making our stay so special; Hannah at 1796, Leanne, Toni, Patrick, Ginger, Katie, and Magdalena from the spa as well as Jozelyn at the Front Desk and all of the gentlemen from the Valet Service ( great personality).

Im Mai 2019 gab ich diese Einrichtung 3 von 5. Habe seitdem drei oder viermal hier verblieben und hätte wahrscheinlich das gleiche bewertet. Nachdem ich hier gestern Abend geblieben bin, werfe ich es auf eine 2 von 5 ab und werfe wahrscheinlich eine weitere Reservierung ab, die ich in zwei Wochen habe, zusammen mit der nicht geplanten Buchung Oktober. In meiner vorherigen Bewertung, ich gratulierte dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Diese Leute müssen alle aufhören, wie die Dame, die ich bei der Eincheckung hatte, muss einen schlechten Tag/Wochenend hatten. Nicht freundlich überhaupt. Ehrlich gesagt, ich denke, ich habe sie durch den Aufenthalt hier unbehaglich gemacht. Wenn man von den Unannehmlichkeiten spricht, muss auch die Reinigung sein, denn obwohl mein Bett gemacht wurde und ich frische Handtücher hatte (Ich nehme an), war ich auch der Vorkundens Müll, zusammen mit der gebrauchten Seife in der Dusche verlassen. Schließlich hängt mein Rauchdetektor an den Draht aus dem Deck. Winder, wenn es funktioniert? Ich habe gefunden, wenn ich in Hotels wohne, es sind die einfachen Dinge, die den größten Unterschied machen. Dieser Ort macht nicht diese einfachen Dinge, und es zeigt.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist gut.

We stayed here twice in in the same week while on our way to Ohio and back. Room was clean and comfortable. Property was clean. Used the indoor pool which was well kept. Although, my digital key would not open the pool door. I really only had 2 issues. First, I went down to the hotel desk to obtain a extra keycard for room. I normally use my digital key but was traveling with my parents so wanted to get them a keycard. Got to desk and no one was there. I waited and in the meantime someone else came to wait. Then we heard over a speaker welcoming us and that someone would be there soon. Still waiting and a third person got in line. I waited 5 mins for agent to come to desk. When she came I asked for a new card. She asked me my last name then asked me my room #. Never asked me for ID to make sure I was who I said I was. Now everyone in lobby heard my information. I let it go as my last name is hard to spell and hard to pronounce but felt that it was a lacking keeping my information secure. The second issue was breakfast. Kept running out of food and there was no fruit offered at all and didn’t have a lot of choices overall. Otherwise my stay was fine and pleasant. I would stay here again but probably would go elsewhere for breakfast.
