So I booked through Priceline, for the 25-27 of June 2024. The maintenance and care of this place is non existent. I have stayed here many times. But every time the place gets worse. The manager does not get anything fixed or cleaned up. The curtains are rags. I nothing gets deep cleaned. This time the toilet was falling out of the floor. I brought to their attention within an hour of check-in. The maintenance, non English speaking, shows ups with a plunger, the next day. I told him it falling out of the floor...he leaves, says he will be right back, 2 hrs later, he finally shows up. with a crescent wrench. says its fixed....nope. still falling away from the floor. I asked the desk, they say they have no control over them...I'm am not able to go forward with my plans for the day. he comes back 2 hrs later again, removes the toilet, floods the room. I am in a room with sewer water. it's now 1:00pm, they move me to a room, took me an hour to transfer, my day is ruined. I ask about compensation, tell me I have to talk to priceline first. that took hours, they are a mess in itself. This hotel finally come back with a compensation of $20. for my inconvenience. They can't understand why I'm pissed. They acted like it's my fault the toilet is falling out of the floor. Like I should be grateful for the experience. Then tell me, they will refund me my fee, if i were to leave, because I am irate by now. But I won't be getting it until I check out, in a few days from now. Yeah, no dice......I will never see my money..The Hotel is under new ownership, who clearly do not intend to invest in any upgrades or repairs. Steer clear of this place, never got to take a shower, until 8:00, due to having to deal with priceline, and the hotel. Maintenance has gotten complacent, with doing the least amount. I don't think they have ever sanitized the Ice machine, or the washers and dryers. I had to scrub them down every time I have had to use use them. People, customer service, employees have gotten lazy. I will never stay here again, and because I got mad, they will not let me back anyway. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR FAILURES AS A BUSINESS. Last time I was here there was garbage strewn all over by the by the side door, for a week.....food, cig butts, nasty stinky trash. the manager walked past it everyday, and did nothing, or directed anyone to do anything.....LAZY!

Ich war hier für eine Nacht mit meiner Familie, als wir eine Nacht von Hause in einem Ort mit einem Pool suchten. Das Zimmer war klein, aber er schien sauber, bis mein 2-jähriger ein Paar Männer Unterwäsche (NICHT meine Männer) im Badezimmer entdeckt. Ich informierte die Front Desk, nicht versucht, viel davon zu machen, sondern mehr für ihre Informationen. Sie machte eine Notiz, aber hat nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung angeboten. Der Pool ist sehr schön und war der Hauptgrund, warum wir reserviert. Wir freuen uns auf eine Entspannung nach dem Abendessen, aber viel zu unserer Überraschung, es wurde eine Art Nachtclub in der Nacht. Es war eigentlich ein ziemlich cooles Konzept - DJ, Blasenmaschine, Schaum und 100% kindfreundlich, nur nicht das, was wir während der COVID erwartet hatten. Es ist offenbar auch für die Öffentlichkeit bei einer Deckwechsel, so war es ziemlich beschäftigt! Frühstück am Morgen war ok - Getreide, Muffins, Obst, Kaffee. Ich glaube, es ist in der Regel besser, aber mit COVID sie müssen die Optionen einschränken. Insgesamt, nicht sicher, ob wir wieder bleiben würden, aber es war nicht der schlimmste Ort, den wir haben geblieben.

In my opinion this is the best hotel on the airport. Being brand new it is spotlessly clean. The reception staff are really friendly and efficient. The bar food is excellent and very reasonable prices. The rooms are large, bright and the beds are extremely comfortable. The only thing to point out if you are flying from Terminal 3 it can take 25 mins walk especially when the moving walkways are not working. Only 5 mins to Terminal 2 though.

The check-in was flawless with the App and the front desk. The location is in a great location right on the water and abutting a baseball field. Our room overlooked the field and the river so it was a great room to have (627). The place was clean and this is our basic, but necessary requirement. The staff was super when ever we inquired about anything and made a great recommendation for lunch. A great stay, and we will be back to explore more of the city.

Die Erfahrung war wunderbar. Ich dachte, dass es wegen der Flugzeuge irritieren würde, aber überhaupt nicht. Der Service war großartig. Ich habe meinen Kaffee im Aufzug gefallen. Ich fragte die Dame, die das Zimmer reinigt, wenn sie etwas hatte, das ich es aufnehmen könnte, und sie sagte, wenn Sie bitte die Tür einfach offen halten könnte ich kümmern und es mit einem Lächeln und Gespräch getan. Jetzt ist der Service. Die Anlage war sehr aktualisiert und die Dekoration war schön, sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war gut, heiß, und sehr reichlich. Zusammenfassend hatte ich einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und werde wieder bleiben, wenn ich Manchester New Hampshire besuche

Go elsewhere. Checked in for 3 nights, and right away saw the piece of paper saying the pool would not be available until the 26th of July. If you wanted to use the pool at the hotel across the street, you needed to contact front desk to make a reservation!!!! It's the middle of July and your pool is not available. I don't book a hotel with a pool to use another hotels pool. Breakfast ok, but nothing great. On the mirror in bathroom is said Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. To request a stay over cleaning or just a few extra towels, simply call or stop by the from desk. The second day I went to front desk and asked for housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was done only after 3 days. Then take that sign down. Woman at desk asked if I wanted some towels, and I said yes, but said I was on my way out. The response I got was well just stop by on your way back. Couldn't even sent them up. When checking out, obviously a manager was talking to front desk rep. Both said are you checking out and I said yes. Neither one of them asked how my stay was. Construction all over this hotel as well. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from instead of this one. I am Hilton Honors member and this is why I chose this, big mistake!!!
