We just returned home from our trip to Austin, TX. We stayed at the Hotel Viata. What a wonderful experience. Everything about the Hotel was top quality. The employees were so kindhearted, professional and efficient. The Hotel was recently renovated into an Italian themed decor which is beautifully designed. The rooms are large suites, with a kitchenette, living room, French doors into the bedroom, a walk-in closet with a dresser, lock box, white robes, slippers, and plenty of room to hang clothes. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower where four people could fit into, double sinks, and a closet with the toilet for privacy. Two large TV’s, a desk, The views are scenic. The Hotel is up on a hill side, away from the traffic, hustle and bustle. Then there is a full Spa section, for massages, body treatments, facials and more, with beautiful spa and soothing music playing, and a lovely scent pumped through the vents. A spectacular pool area and hot tub, with a bar and seating area where you can order food and drinks. Cabana’s if you want privacy and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The fitness room is very nice as well. There is also a restaurant and bar, that has an outdoor seating area with a fire place, which is very inviting. We didn’t personally eat there, with talking to other guests they all said that the food is really good. The Hotel is so very peaceful, luxurious, quiet and clean. We highly recommend this resort like Hotel, and personally look forward to returning here when we come back to Austin. Thank you for the great hospitality.

We stayed here for three days for a family event. The rooms (bedroom suite) was so comfy. An early riser does not have to disturb the second person and is able to go where kitchen and living room area is. The kitchen was large and stocked for four people. The exercise room was larger than most and had nice treadmills. The front desk staff was very helpful and the breakfast was satisfying. Since it was unseasonably cold the few days we were in Austin, we did not make use of the pretty green space behind the hotel. It appeared to be a nice place to relax. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

”I was extremely disappointed with the staff at the Hampton Inn in Austin, Oakhill. The staff were rude, argumentative, and unprofessional, lacked any sense of candor, and genuinely seemed like something you would see in a bad movie. For context, my wife traveled to Austin on a business trip, and I was recommended by a colleague that she should stay at this hotel. I couldn't go because I was in Pennsylvania, visiting my mother in the ICU unit at Passavant hospital. I told the representative I wouldn't be there because my mom was being taken off life support, and it would only be my wife checking in. I mentioned this to the worker on the phone because I wanted to know if my wife could use my military discount if I booked the hotel for her and sent them a copy of my military id via email, as they requested. ”There After her check-in, I received a call from the front desk, stating that they could no longer give us the military rate because she didn't present the ID. I was confused by this because they asked me to send a copy via email, which they now had on file, but the representative was unwilling to listen. I asked to speak with the manager and she was even more uncooperative and downright disrespectful. I continually asked if I could explain myself, and let them know they have my ID on file, but the woman threw a tantrum and said my wife has 30 minutes to leave their hotel and we just paid for 5 days. It was easily the worst hotel experience I've had in 42 years, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. I have a long list of colleagues that come to Austin and work in this area, and it's a shame for military families to be treated with such disregard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as the poor level of professionalism and candor from the staff was unacceptable. ”There are many other hotel options in the area, and I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable and customer-focused stay.”

Ich habe 4 Nächte in diesem Sonesta Bee Cave Austin, TX gewählt, um Mother's Day 2022 zu feiern. Das Personal war alle untergebracht! Ich mochte seine schöne Lage. Das Personal half mir, mein Reisepass-Belohnungssystem-Konto zu verwenden. Ich mochte, wie nah die Stadtzentrum Shops ( Galerie ) sind. Ich ging täglich zu Panera Brot zum Frühstück. Ich kaufte bei Dillards und ganzes Essen. Alle waren nahe dem Hotel. Die Spaß Dinge, die ich in der Gegend gemacht habe, waren 1) Hamilton Pool State Park (Reservierungsanforderungen), 2) Lady Bird Wildflower Center 3) Bat Abend Flight Boat Tour in der Stadt Austin 4) Dimassi Mediterranean Buffet Restaurant

Das sauberste, freundlichste Hotel in Austin bislang ist es in einem sicheren Ort. Ich empfehle jedem meiner Freunde oder Familie, hier zu bleiben! Sie servieren ein warmes Frühstück und das ist selten in diesen Tagen. Nettes warmes Kaffee. Auch ich würde empfehlen, auf dem oberen Stock zu bleiben, schön und ruhig und niemanden zu Fuß über Sie!

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich, wann immer ich Informationen benötigt habe. Das ergänzende Frühstück, das am Morgen serviert wurde, war ein Lebenserwartungsmittel und wurde im Zimmerpreis enthalten, nicht ein Zuschlag und mit viel Auswahl, wie geschrotet Eier, Sauce-Patates, Pancakes, Getreide usw. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und das 3. Stockzimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Wasser war schön und heiß, wenn Sie eine Dusche mit viel Wasserdruck nehmen. Das Hotelzimmer umfasste einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Keurig-Maschine und eine komfortable Sofa. Das Badezimmer umfasst Handtücher und alle kleinen Dinge wie Seife, Shampoo usw. Dieses Hotel ist sehr nah (ca. 12 $ Cabo Fahrt) zum Bürokomplex Via Fortuna. ca. 45 $ Cabo Fahrt vom Flughafen. Die Zimmerpreise waren angemessen, da ich ein einziges Kingsize-Bett und ein großes Zimmer habe. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen.
