From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and cared for. It seems that every single employee wanted me to have a memorable and satisfying experience. While perhaps not the most up to date facility, the Senator has character, and comfort. I stayed in the king size suite. Very very spacious, fireplace, jacuzzi type bath, separate room with seating, desk, frig, microwave, etc. Bed was very comfortable! The spa had such a welcome, calm feeling. My massage was amazing and the mineral pool was awesome! It is all glass enclosed, so the outside is sort of inside with you. The water was at a lovely 83-84 degrees - coming out my skin felt like silk, truly! I love to swim and this pool made my visit exceptional. It snowed while I was there and what a feeling that was to see the snow coming down while in that warm water. I also really liked the blue sky and clouds painted on the ceiling. Sometimes it seemed the clouds were moving.... Go figure... I enjoyed a great breakfast of homemade hash benedict and perfect coffee. Had to leave early to get home before the snow got more serious. But I will definitely return to swim, and to experience more of the spa's offerings. This was a lovely one day get away.

We stayed here while in Maine for a funeral. We always stay in Hilton Hotels and this one had a decent rating but we didn't agree. The room is nice and big, however was not the cleanest. The shower floor and along the slider door was covered with dark hair from whomever had stayed there before. The curtains in sitting area was stained and there was something spilled down the side of the foot rest by the couch that was never cleaned up. The bed is very uncomfortable. The pillows are lumpy and no support and the sheets are really stiff and itchy. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate and nobody told us what had happened. The room next to us had bags of trash outside the door that sat there the entire time and stunk up the place. We also did not feel completely safe there. We checked out early and went to a different hotel for the second night. We would not recommend this hotel.

Maine Evergreen was the perfect choice! Great room, nice location and unbelievable caring staff! They arranged a 3:30am breakfast for Ironman racers and it couldn’t be more thoughtful and kind! It was very much appreciated by all of us! Food was very good although the menu is a bit short in options. Still, worthy staying there!

I'm beginning to deeply appreciate Hampton Inns due to the predictable experience across many properties. This property is lovely, quiet, very friendly and professional staff, clean property, excellent bedding and AC/Heating. Breakfast was a step above other free breakfasts given to the wafflemaker, gluten free bread, and omelettes. Highly recommend this property. We did not notice the floors transfer movement to the unit below so you may want to opt for the top floor for even more quiet.

We needed a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in for one night after we attended a wedding. The only place we could find at a decent price was this hotel. I was a little worried based on other reviews, but it turned out totally fine! Our check-in was easy. I agree with the other reviews that the hallways have a scent, but it wasn't awful and I could live with it since the room itself did not have an odor. We had a second floor room with two beds. The room was very clean when we arrived. I checked for bugs, dirt, wet floors, and stray hairs and found none, so that was good. The mini fridge was a good size and had a freezer which I loved because we had several large ice packs that needed to be refrozen and they all fit. The beds were fairly comfortable and I slept well. The shower pressure was nice and the tub/shower felt spacious. The sink/mirror area didn't have a ton of counter space and was located in the bathroom, but it was fine. My husband went to check out the breakfast and he said it was cereal and packaged mini muffins. We passed on that. Overall, I would stay here again and feel good knowing that I was getting clean/safe hotel.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt, direkt gegenüber einem großen Einkaufszentrum.Von außen ist das Hotel recht ansprechend, das Innere hat eindeutig bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wir fühlten uns von der Dame an der Rezeption eher als Belästigung denn als Gast behandelt. Auffallend, drei Hinweisschilder und ein Umschlag im Zimmer für Tips an die Housekeeping staff. Housekeeping findet hier, wie in den meisten Hotels, nur noch alle 3 Tage oder auf besonderen Wunsch statt. Frühstück für diese Art Unterkunft gut.

Das Hotel ist unglücklich und die Verwaltung ist noch schlimmer. Ich und meine Nichte sagten, sie sei nur 10. Wir waren im Verkaufsmaschinenbereich, als jemand verrückt beginnt zu kommen schreien an uns so natürlich werde ich ihr sagen zu stfu und halten, wie das vor einem Kind und ruhig runter ... Nachdem sie in ihr Zimmer ging du denken es über .... nein Wenn ich mich anklage, öffnet sie ihre Tür aber ist immer noch in der Innenseite, weil sie Angst hat, herauszukommen und beschuldigt mich oder uns, sie zu harrassieren und sie zu stören, weil wir durch ihre Tür gelaufen sind! Ich habe mich an diesem Punkt geirrt, so dass ich ihr sage, sie ist verrückt und muss sich ihre Geschäfte zu erinnern, sie drohte, die Polizei zu rufen und der Arbeiter kommt und tat nichts, um die Situation zu beruhigen, die sie mich fast erschüttert, um Lügen zu machen, weil sie ein paranoider Junkie ist. Ich werde natürlich verrückt werden, wenn ich verletzt werde. Ich dachte mir, wenn jemand etwas aus keinen Grund anfängt. Sie lebte eindeutig in diesem Hotel, das erschien, weil am nächsten Tag die Arbeiter nur blind über mich glaubten, ohne sogar zu hören, was wirklich passiert ist. Sie nahm mich und meine Nichte zuerst an und begann alles, als sie merkte, dass ich nicht jemanden bin, der mit ihr verrückt war, dann spielte sie das Opfer und sie glaubten alles, was sie sagte. Nicht guten Geschäfts auf ALL und sie Glück ist alles, was ich sagen muss, weil Ihr Hotel scheint Scumbags zu schützen, die Drama scharf und nicht echte potenzielle Kostümer nur eine Drama kostenlos Aufenthalt und Spaß wollen. Und es ist lustig, dass Sie antworten können Julia Aber Sie können hier nicht antworten, aber Sie können nicht antworten oder etwas über diese Situationen tun. Und ich muss sagen, Ihre Arbeiter brauchen eine Weiterbildung ! Sie sind brutal und behandelt mich wie ich gelogen habe, weil sie gelogen und Geschichten über mich erstellt hat. Ich war auch ein Gast, es sollte keiner oder der andere glauben. Ich wollte eigentlich eine Erstattung für die Erfahrung, die ich aber zu gehen hatte, und niemand hat mich nie wieder kontaktiert oder besorgt. Wenn Sie Menschen gerne mit Ihrem Hotelservice zufrieden sein und keine möglichen Rechtsansprüche auf Ihren Händen haben, dann empfehle ich, kompetente Mitarbeiter zu werben und sich von einigen der schatten Dritter / verrückten PPL, die im Hotel bleiben.
