Es ist sehr gut gespeichert und die Dame war sehr schön am Morgen Nummer eins. Sie hatten einen Waffelmacher und am zweiten Tag, meine Cousins Waffel stichte! Sie ging eine zweite für ihre Tochter machen, als die Frühstücksfrau begann uns zu besiegen, weil wir den nicht-stick Spray, der klar da saß, zu verwenden! Am 3. Morgen würden wir nicht die Frühstückswohnungen machen! Sie würde es für uns machen. Es war großartig, jederzeit warmes Wasser für Tee zu haben. Badehandtücher waren sehr begrenzt in meinem Zimmer, aber der Frontdesk gab mir sofort ein zusätzliches Handtücher, als ich eine beantragte. Ich dachte, die Handtücher waren von anständiger Qualität! Viel heißes Wasser und guter Druck auch! Bett und Kissen waren sehr komfortabel! Guter Aufenthalt!

Dieses Hotel ist absolut wunderbar! Sauber, bislang, gutes WLAN, Zimmer sind sehr schön, aber das Ding, das es getrennt stellt, ist das Personal. Sie sind einfach großartig! Von willkommen müde Reisenden bis zu uns bei allem, was wir brauchen. Wir haben uns versehentlich die Kleidung hinterlassen und Alexander Mulder im Hotel half, unsere Kleidung zu finden und erläuterte den Prozess, um diese Dinge wieder zu uns zu senden! So groß und er ging ganz oben und darüber hinaus!!!

We love staying at the Fairfield Inn in Cumberland after completing the GAP trail from Pittsburgh. We have stayed here several times and each time we are impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how helpful and welcoming they are to cyclists. Location is perfect, rooms are comfortable, breakfast selections are plentiful. They are within walking distance to downtown Cumberland - it’s a perfect home base for starting or ending a bike trip. We always appreciate having the use of the hotel lobby after we check out and have a bit of time before we catch the train back to Pittsburgh, and have never left the hotel without being wished a “Safe trip home!”

Check-in was quick and easy. Shawn was quick and efficient. It was nice being recognized and thanked for being a rewards member! And the lobby smelled terrific!!! The reception area is very welcoming, as well as the breakfast area with complimentary hot beverages. Was great to see into the beautiful pool area. Room was great, smelled fresh everything was clean and appears well maintained. Just wish the bathroom had a nightlight feature and a ventilation fan. The view from the room (backside) has a great mountain view, if you don't look down, but it's out of their control. The pools great lighting with plenty of windows. The pool was the perfect temperature as well as the hot-tub. Would definitely stay here again!

This Comfort Inn has been our ”home away from home” for over a dozen years and it never disappoints. Our recent stay was typical of our stays there over the years. Room was spotless clean. Beds were comfortable, grounds are clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast area is very comfortable with a nice selection of items. Always our first choice of a hotel when traveling through this area.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I wish I could live there. Obviously they do a lot of remodeling. The room had a fridge, 2(!) hand sinks and was impeccable. Outside and inside the plants and decor were charming and the coffee area in the lobby well stocked and clean. Around the hotel are beautiful woods, and lots of convenient restaurants, pharmacies, and stores. Highly recommend

I have stayed here so many times, that at one point, it became familiar. My home away from home, if you will. It's changed within the last 2 years. I deeply miss Allison. I have a special condition which I never had to explain myself or plead for changes, when she worked there. Everywhere I travel, and it is a lot of places, I make a connection. It IS imperative for someone so fragile, that they have sustained more than 1,000 fractures, to have that connection with someone who understands and knows what needs to be done, prior to and during a stay. Allison was that person. No matter the situation she made it happen. I always got the end room, by the office. Didn't matter who was booked. It was best suited and the safest, for me and my care-giving team. But she's gone and now you simply get excuses. People booked in groups who don't require room for 20yr old power-chairs. They haven't even arrived yet but yet, I am there, struggling. Instead of of accessing the situation, I am shuffled down a corridor, with loud and obnoxiously intoxicated kids and their inebriated parents, for a game. This happened the time before my recent stay in June. Both instances, I was housed down the hall. So my 20 year old, no longer power chair, has to be manually pushed everywhere. Ever tried pushing a power chair manually on carpet? I'll wait. I guarantee you won't need to workout afterwards. One must learn in life a very valuable lesson. People are not burdens. Disabilities aren't their fault. And lastly, there's always, Always exceptions to most every rule. It's quite unfortunate that BW Braddock has severely missed this lesson.
