Das Hotel ist ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Motel. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und teils beschädigt bzw notdürftig repariert. Der Kühlschrank brummt und die Klimaanlage macht eigenständige Pausen. Das Bett und Handtücher waren aber frisch bezogen und wir haben insgesamt gut und ohne Probleme geschlafen.
Der Name “Best Value Inn“ ist irreführend weil es nur sehr geringen Value gibt
Tip: direkt gegenüber gibt’s bei Noah‘s Bagel Bakery sehr gutes und günstiges Breakfast mit frischen Bagels im New York Style !!

Das Hotel war super sauber und das Personal ist wirklich freundlich, die sind immer zwei große Pluss in meinem Buch. Ich esse in den Hotels, die ich wohne, nicht, weil ich lieber die lokalen Restaurants in der Gegend zu versuchen, aber wir waren in einer Drohung und beschlossen, ihr Restaurant für ein schnelles Biet zu versuchen und zu unserer Überraschung hatten sie einige unglaubliche Essen. Wir essen dort wieder zum Frühstück am nächsten Tag war es so gut! Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren beide 10/10. Sicherlich würden wir wieder hier bleiben, wenn in der Gegend

Warum haben wir hier geblieben? Ich war hier für eine Nacht mit meiner Frau und meinem Kind. Der Hauptgrund dafür war die Nähe zu den Preis-Leistungs-Outlets, die wir am frühen Morgen des Black Fridays erreichen wollten! Einchecken war reibungslos, Zimmer war durchschnittlich. Parken ist kostenlos. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt besonders bequem zum Preis. Frühstück war nicht viel (einige Muffins und Getreide, vorverpackt) Check out war einfach und ab gingen wir für schwarze Freitag Einkaufen! Hotelzimmer: 4 Sternen (Durchschnittliche Zimmergröße und hatte eine Badewanne) Zimmer Ansicht: 3 Sternen (Sie können Ihr Auto im Park sehen) Service des Personals: 4 Sternen (Im Allgemeinen hilfreich und einfach zu gehen. Der Tube hatte einige Probleme und sie kamen, um es schnell zu lösen) Lounges/Restaurants: 3 Sterne (Frühstück war nicht so groß) Zimmerservice: NA Lage: 4 Sterne (Near the Premium Outlets)

Wendy war nichts anderes als hilfreich und hatte eine tolle Einstellung. Wenn ich in Zukunft noch mehr Hotels besuchen würde, hoffe ich, dass ich die gleiche Erfahrung habe, die ich mit ihr hatte. Dieser Ort war schrecklich der Speiser war laut und brutal der Kellner hatte mich meine Karte um 3 mal schütteln, weil sie sagte, das System war langsam, bis meine Bank Betrug auf meine Karte gesetzt , um ca. 4 Uhr versuchen zu prüfen, sie haben die Lobby-Tüte geräuchert und Sie konnten nicht hören, der Kellner Die Lobby hatte weder frisch noch sauber geräuchert und das Zimmer war ungut, sobald ich in sie ging, machte mich krank zu meinem Magenbett sah schmutzig die Tauchen war gebrochen , ich entschied, nicht zu bleiben , würde nie dort Gewinn gehen!

GGuest UserDas Personal des Front Desk war hilfreich, und wir schätzten, dass sie zusätzliche Handtücher und Toilettenpapier hinter dem Front Desk hatten, so dass wir nicht auf jemanden warten müssen, um das zu unserem Zimmer zu liefern. Die Betten in unserem 7. Stockzimmer waren überraschend fest. Die meisten Hotels haben weiche Betten verbracht. Bad ist gut konzipiert, da es ein kleiner Raum ist. Helle Lichter und weiße Wände mit einer modernen Dusche erinnert mich an ein Deluxe Kreuzfahrtschiffe Badezimmer. Mini-Mikrowelle im Zimmer ist ein schönes Plus, weil der Trader Jo’s direkt über die Straße ist. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ein absolutes Plus. Und die Lobby-Zone fühlt sich wie ein Mini-Wohnung. Am Abend benötigen Sie Ihren Hotelschlüssel, um durch die Vordertüren zu gehen, sowie Tapschlüssel zum Zugang zum Aufzug großartige doppelte Sicherheitsmerkmal, das ich geschätzt! Und Hausbetreuungspersonal war wirklich hilfreich und freundlich.

GGastnutzerI’ve stayed here a few times now and TBH I’ve never really had any issues. The Front Desk are welcoming and very helpful. I can’t remember the girls name but she’s young and very pretty anyways she was very patient with me after she had checked me out and checked me right back in. It took the deposit money a few to hit my account again but she was willing and ready to work something out for me. One thing I do wish this Hotel had was some bacon sausage and eggs to their morning breakfast.

GGuest UserThe property i manage had damage as a result of the Atmospheric river on last Tuesday and a water pipe was broken by a fallen tree. Despite my best efforts the damage had still not been fixed on Sunday and a tenant asked if they could be put up at a hotel. I gave them two choices one of which was Holiday Inn. The tenant called the one on University Avenue in Berkeley and was told that there was a three day stay minimum. They were also quoted a rate 0f $209 a night. When I called I was told $169 a night and $159 a night with AAA discount and no minimums. I gave the girl my credit card and she swiped it and it was approved. All she told me to do was to give the tenants my AAA card number so I could get the discount when they checked in. My tenants went to the hotel and were told that there was no reservation either under their name or mine. I gave them the confirmation number given me by the girl who answered the phone. They found the reservation. Then they were told that they would have to give them their credit card so they could run it and pay for the reservation in advance of checking out ”just in case.” They were told if they wanted to use my credit card I would have to come down there that night, not the next morning, and have him swipe my card and if I did not come, he was going to kick the tenants out. Thus, I had to get out of bed at 10:30 at night and go to Berkeley. When I get there he tells me that he is going to charge my card that night for the two night stay. I told him I had already been charged and he said that he had canceled the charge because I did not accompany the tenants at checkin. Neither of us were told that I had to accompany them and being a business traveler I know that not to be true. When he gave me the receipt, he had changed the terms because I got new terms when he canceled the previous reservation and they had had an increase in demand. (The parking lot was only half full). When I asked for a copy of the receipt, which I was entitled too since he was charging me to check out before I even checked in, he refused to give it to me, telling me to ”take a picture.” I will never use this hotel again.

GGuest UserIch bleibe bei der Unterkunft, wenn ich meine Familie und Freunde im Bay-Bereich besuche. Ich kann immer auf ein sauberes ruhiges Zimmer und einen guten Service rechnen. Ich melde mich in der Regel nachts ein und es gibt immer ein nettes Personalmitglied unabhängig vom Tag, an dem ich einchecke. Das Essen ist gut, ebenso wie ich mehrere Artikel versucht habe.

GGuest UserWir fliegen um Mitternacht und wollten nur zusammenbrechen. Der Shuttle ($10) holte uns sofort auf und die Kontrolle in war super einfach. Meine einzige Beschwerde: Sie wussten, wir kommen, aber der Raumklimaanlage war aus und die Fenster nicht geöffnet. Es war heiß und reichlich! Wir konnten den Ac nicht zu arbeiten, aber der Kellner war sehr hilfreich und fixierte ihn schnell. Noch wünsche ich, dass sie voraus nachgedacht hätten. Andernfalls war das Zimmer groß und komfortabel, das Frühstück war in einem wunderschönen, großen Zimmer und war reichhaltig. Am nächsten Tag führte uns der freundliche Fahrer zum Mietwagen leicht und gab auch gute Richtungen.

ZZHUOIn einer Appartement-Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht, gibt es zwei Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und Bad, einer Küche und einem Wohnzimmer in der Mitte, einer Mikrowelle mit Mikrowelle sowie einer Tasse, einem Teller und Geschirr. Sehr gut geeignet für Familienleben. Auf dem Baum vor dem kleinen Balkon ist ein großer Vogel. In der kleinen Bucht liegen viele Yachten. Wenn man die Vorderstraße rechts entlang geht, gibt es ein deutsches Restaurant, deutsche Wurst und Bier schmecken wirklich gut. Das kostenlose Frühstück des Hotels ist in Ordnung. Drei Sorten Wurst werden täglich gegessen. An einem Tag gibt es Bacon-Patties-Würstchen, Milch-Cerealien, hausgemachte Waffeln und verschiedene Sorten Brotmarmelade. Ursprünglich wollte ich in San Francisco leben, aber ich sagte, dass die Straßen in der Stadt relativ auf und ab sind, die Einbahnstraße kompliziert ist und die Parkkosten hoch sind. Ich lebe also in Auckland. Es ist praktisch, an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen über die Auckland Bridge nach San Francisco zu fahren. Abends habe ich in der Nähe einen Guilin-Reisnudelladen gefunden, der so gut schmeckt! ! !

Sie hatten einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und ein anständiger TV im Zimmer. Mehr als ich für $80~ish pro Nacht erwartet hatte. Die Empfänger waren, was Sie zu diesem Preispunkt erwartet hatten, und das Personal war meist positiv. Ihre Frühstücksoptionen waren auch recht begrenzt, aber wenn Sie wirklich hungrig wären, würde es die Arbeit tun. Während das HVAC-System gebrochen war, bieten sie einen zusätzlichen tragbaren Heizgerät, das die Arbeit getan hat. Leider werden einige Dinge, die sie nicht kontrollieren können, die Innenräume wirklich viel schlimmer machen, als es versucht. Das ist neben der Tatsache, dass sie schrieen und schreien, und die Türen machten wenig, um den Ton zu mufflen. Das Schreien setzte sich über Mitternacht fort und hält mich über Nacht wach. Dieser Schrei kam sowohl von den Gästen im Halle als auch von den Leuten, die auf den Straßen laufen. Ich konnte auch sehen, wie das Zimmer von früheren Gästen abgeworfen wurde, mit Zähnen in der Lampenschirm, Farben auf dem Teppich, und obwohl ich den Reinigungspersonal sagen konnte, dass sie in das Badezimmer (Toilet in den Schwanz gefaltet, etc.) Anstrengungen gesetzt haben, war das Licht funktionsfehlerhaft. Danke, es hat mich nicht sehr beunruhigt, aber für diejenigen, die nicht gewöhnt sind, ”dass es sich um sie handelt”, könnte das nicht der Ort für dich sein.
