The hotel accepted our reservation in April 2022 for 33 Euros per night. 6 Days prior to us checking they cancelled the reservation via email advising us ”we cancelled due to your request”. We made no such request and contacted **********, through whom we had booked. ********** spoke to the owner who told them that the cancellation was due to ”construction” a very different story than the ”you requested to cancel”. All in all it was quite a negative and stressful experience. The hotel had no thoughts as to how this last minute cancellation on their part was impacting our holiday, they just wanted to increase the price and sell the room at a rate 3 times higher. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and they admitted that an employee had entered the price incorrectly. Poor management and a disregard for their customers meant that no one noticed this for 3 months and then decided to just cancel our stay on the 6th of July. It is infuriating and disappointing the such poorly run establishments are allowed access to internet platforms. The hotel is clearly not up to world standards and should not be advertised to a wide audience. After much back and forth on WhatsApp they did say we could stay for free but at this point it was just not palatable. Our reservation was cancelled and we did not relish the idea of turning up with the possibility of no room being available. Not the Turkey experience we were looking for.

Ich danke dem Hotelbesitzer Hasan und seiner Familie, die Zimmer sind sehr nützlich, groß und sauber. Außerdem wurden die Maßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit dem Virus sehr gut getroffen, das Pool wird jeden Morgen und jeden Abend regelmäßig gereinigt und gemessen. Am Ende der nächsten zehn Tage, als einfache und sehr schöne Lage, haben wir wirklich traurig von einem solchen Ort verlassen. Hasan und seine Familie haben uns zehn Tage lang in unserem Haus gefühlt, und wenn Sie auf Urlaub in diese Richtung gehen wollen, dann sollten Sie sicher ein nobles Apartmenthotel bevorzugen.

Были проездом всего на пару дней в сентябре - остались очень довольны! Номер хоть и небольшой, но комфортный: удобная кровать, холодильник, зеркало, телевизор, балкон, кондиционер. Очень вкусные завтраки! Из минусов: маленькая ванна, там душевая кабинка, унитаз, фен, есть мыло и гель для душа, набор полотенец. Нет шкафа, все вещи нужно хранить либо в сумках, либо на маленькой полке для вещей. Без кондиционера будет очень душно спать. Есть чай, чайник, кофе, сахар. В холодильнике есть вода. Хороший Wi-Fi. Близко до моря. Прекрасный отель за свои деньги! Остались довольны!
