Sie wohnen in der Nähe der neuen Stadt (neuen Mardin). Sie fahren 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach dem alten Mardin. Die Reinigung ist sehr gut. Die Betten und die Kissen sind sehr komfortabel. Wir haben nicht gegessen, also kann ich nicht kommentieren. Ich werde das Foto meiner Zimmeraussicht hinzufügen. Ich habe meine Haarblätter im Hotel vergessen, sie rufen mich an, um sie mit der Ladung zu transportieren. Es war sehr besorgt, Herr Mehmet, der Leiter der Hochzeitsdienste. I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was abysmal, with rude staff and an unhelpful receptionist. The breakfast was a disaster - empty dishes, no bread, and we had to rely on the kindness of other guests to share their food. Even basic requests for water were met with reluctance, requiring repeated reminders. To add insult to injury, the hotel's excuses for the pool closure were inconsistent and frustrating. First, they blamed Women's Day, preventing us from swimming. Then, they conveniently cited a technical problem on another day. Overall, this hotel's poor service, uncooperative staff, and lack of basic amenities made for a thoroughly disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful mansion and words alone cannot express our experience. A truely unforgettable one. The attention to detail, cleanliness, spotless bathroom, presentation of rooms, delicious cuisine, and the most kindest and considerate staff I have come across in Turkey. Genuine hospitality like we have never experienced before. Our needs were met in every way and beyond, right down to organising a private driver to tour us, taking us to all the places we wanted to visit in our short stay. Honestly there is no way this could have been achieved without your help and effort. I am most greatful for having crossed paths with you all, Mr Mahmut Bey, Mr Servet Bey, Mrs Dilber Hanim and our most attentive Mr Bulent Bey who served us breakfast every morning and made us feel so special as well as the chef and cleaning staff… and heartfelt thanks to Mr Kiasim Bey for driving us and showing us all around Mardin and Midyat. Thank You for everything you all did for us, it was very much appreciated! Our holiday in Turkey this time was 2 months long visiting many different locations and places, all the way from Australia. Mardin however was something else, and really stood out amongst the rest. If you are looking for a historical & culturally rich experience please don’t bypass this place, but especially don’t overlook this mansion. I must add that we dined in the hotel restaurant one evening and the the food was like nothing we have experienced during our times in Turkey. This was definitely on another level. Absolutely delicious, using the finest of products and quality that is truely unsurpassed . After your stay, I can assure you, you will not leave disappointed but feeling overwhelmed by the beauty and charm of this place. I personally was left emotional and humbled by the history of this place, the heartfelt hospitality and the kindness of each and every staff member. Unser Aufenthalt im Mirsoum Hotel war perfekt. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Altstadt, in der Nähe aller Geschäfte und Orte der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, was es ruhig macht (beachten Sie, dass zum Zugang einige Meter zu Fuß und Treppen zu steigen sind) Wir haben in einem Zimmer geschlafen, das wunderschön, groß und sehr sauber ist. (Suite-Zimmer / 101) Das Mirsoum-Team ist sehr freundlich, hat uns mit unserem Gepäck geholfen, uns beim Einkaufen und Besuchen beraten. Hakke spricht Englisch und war für alle unsere Bedürfnisse sehr verfügbar. Er stellte uns einen Fahrer Mohamed vor, um Orte außerhalb der Stadt zu besuchen, guter Kerl, wir haben eine gute Zeit mit ihm verbracht. Bei Bedarf zögert ein Fahrer nicht, Mohamed zu treffen. (Türkischer Sprecher, aber Google Übersetzer ist unser Freund :)) Und zum Schluss war das Frühstück wunderbar, das bessere Frühstück, das wir während unseres Aufenthalts eingenommen haben (Wir haben 6 verschiedene Hotels gemacht.) Wir haben nur eine Nacht in Mirsoun geschlafen, es war eine Überraschung und ein Geschenk meines Mannes für unser 4. Hochzeitsjahr. Perfektes Geschenk.
