Отдыхали в аппартаментах (а именно аппартаменты seahorse13) c 5 сентября по 5 октября 2023г. Выбирали место для отдыха с малышом (15 года),по отзывам понравились эти аппаратменты, так как частная закрытая территория, при этом свой отдельный вход в аппартаменты, пологий заход в море,детская площадка. Сначала плюсы: сама территория комплекса полностью оправдала ожидания - очень зелено, красивые цветы, две улицы, по которым можно погулять и побегать малышам. Территория действительно закрытая, посторонних ни разу не видели. На территории есть магазин, продуты первой необходимости,игрушки, вода (кстати, самая дешевая по сравнению с другими магазинами в городе). Море достаточно чистое, особенно до обеда, после обеда уже волны и вода мутноватая,но не грязная. Никаких фекалий, о которых пишут в других отзывах мы не видели. Детская площадка есть,но тут же начинаются скорее минусы...Итак:детская площадка - это двое качелей (одни из которых все в трещинах), горка (ступеньки тоже с трещинами) и странная качалка, на которой качаться нельзя,пружина то ли заржавела, то ли слишком тугая. Частный пляж с песком (галька начинается перед заходом в море,примерно 1/2 часть пляжа),но на пляже не могу сказать, что убираются: постоянно в песке окурки, скорлупки от орехов, семечек. Хотелось бы все таки более внимательного отношения к частному пляжу в комплексе, ориентированном на отдых с детьми. Собаки на пляже всегда есть,это, конечно, скорее минус,их достаточно много, но как понимаю, это по всему Фетхие. А вот почему по территории комплекса они гуляют стаями - это вопрос. Ресторан на территории тоже не то чтобы уау - для детей особо ничего там нет. Вино правда вкусное, нам понравилось. Уборка в аппартаментах плохенькая и редко - если снимаете на месяц и больше - раз в 10 дней, если до 14 дней - убираться вообще не будут. Сама уборка- это смена постельного белья, полотенец, протирают пол. Все полки на кухне жирные, мы сами оттирали где могли,под кроватями,под диванами никто не убирает - там клубы пыли. На этом глобальные минусы для нас могли бы закончиться,так как прекрасная погода, вкусные свежие фрукты с рынка и теплое чистое море несомненно их перевешивают, если бы нас не.....ограбили! В закрытых аппартаментах. Из закрытого сейфа!! У нас украли наличные деньги, причем дважды. И тут бы мы могли бы закрыть глаза (хоть такое и впервые происходит снами!), сумма не то чтобы критичная, если бы менеджеры комплекса хотя бы принесли извинения (я уже не говорю о возмещении или каких-то комплиментах в адрес пострадавшей стороны) за сложившуюся ситуацию. Но мы не только не услышали извинения,напротив - нам несколько раз очень настойчиво повторили,что ”у нас такое впервые, наш персонал к этому не может быть причастен”. Не понятно,что этим хотели сказать, но раз так - мы решили вызвать полицию. И здесь опять же получили отказ в каком либо содействии со стороны менеджеров отеля. (менеджеры кстати есть русские). We’d never been to Turkey so we were apprehensive about our stay but read good reviews on tripadvisor as well as keeping up to date on the hotels Facebook page which settled our nerves a little. Well, I can honestly say this has been the best holiday we have ever had. Location was great, not too far from the beach or amenities but far enough away to be nice and peaceful. The friendliness of the staff from the guys in reception, to the daytime/evening staff and the cleaners was very welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and tidy - the only very slight issue was the shower didn’t last long with hot water but that’s probably down to our kids!!! The shop on site was perfect and had the usual basics we needed and anything it didn’t have we could get from the local shops about 10min walk away. The restaurant and bar was great and reasonably priced, the only issue for me was no zero alcohol beer 🤣 (not really an issue though) The pool was lovely and there were ample beds. I’m a creature of habit and like having the same loungers so was getting up at stupid oclock to reserve our 4 sunbeds but probably didn’t need to be as early as I was doing it 🤦🏻‍♂️ Would we come again…? You bet! We have actually already booked to come back next August!!

Nevada hotel and spa gave us an unforgettable 10 days of summer family vacation in June 2021! We are always traveling with a family of three - mom, dad and our son. We love independent travel, ”no tours with operators and all inclusive!”. And this boutique, cozy and family (from the word - home and the attitude of the staff as relatives came!) Suited us best for the first post-war trip to the sea! Planned from March and helped us in booking the best room good handsome Bülent (hotel administrator). Upon arrival in Dalaman, we flew from Istanbul late at 11PM - this good friend was waiting for us, helped organize a quick late check-in and even brought goodies from dinner to the room! We had a huge panoramic room on the third floor overlooking the pool. A huge double bed and even an extra separate one for the son were made. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle - everything in the room worked properly; cleaning will always be clean and if necessary. Water was delivered. Towels were changed without restrictions! Meals were taken half board - breakfast + dinner. The attentive chef was always present and watched the dinner. We had a great time - meat and fish and plenty of vegetables! And for the festive dinner for the birthday of our son Timur, he prepared a special dish for us! (Octopus caught by hand!). Go to the sea through the promenade and the road. What you need for health! 100 m from the hotel market - bought goodies or products here on the way to the sea! Special thanks for the warm welcome at the hotel Sevil Mendos and her family. We hugged, saying goodbye before the transfer to the airport. Let's come again! The city and nature and the beaches of Fethiye are a separate fairy tale - the unique aromas and scents of blooming nature and the clear clear water of Calis beach. I want to come back here again and again!

Im Oktober war er hier für die ersten 2 Wochen. Hatte eine super Zeit mit dem sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Personal. Wie die OSCARS muss ich auch Betul und Celine (die Führung!), Hassan, der viel mehr als Botschafter als Bartender ist, Studenten Fatih und Nareen, und Aydin und Gulsan, die hervorragende Nahrung geliefert haben. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Gäste, aber es ist sehr gut für die Gäste. Ein großer Dank an alle von Carol und mir ... und ein zusätzlicher Dank an Murat für den Taxifahrer, als wir verließen, organisiert von Celine. Wie schön, einen Taxifahrer zu finden, der nicht denkt, er ist der türkische Lewis Hamilton! Eine niedrige Punkte? Einige ... aber keine Aufzüge so beachten, wenn Sie Mobilitätsprobleme haben; die Hauptstraße kann manchmal laut sein, und Sie müssen die besuchte Straße zu dem Strand vorn überqueren; und die Betten sind typisch türkisch - auf der festen Seite!
